oh boy....now was really not the time for this. But i knew that Lecta's stubborness wouldn't give...I forced myself to stand up, and tried to walk a few steps....and stumbled. I needed the stars. I called to them, and i called for energy from the sun...Lecta would probably wonder why i was singing at a time like this, but i didn't care at this point. Draku was slowly falling into the control of a dark power...Stars, here they were. I sang lightly, softly, and the stars gratfully gave me some of their energy...more stars...I hated myself for dimming so many stars at once, but i swore on the sun that i would drain myself of this energy when this was all over. Still i needed more. this called for more drastic singing...i needed energy from the sun itself....."Lecta, i need you to sing with me...." this song required at least 2 or more people...for the sun was a powerful force, and one could not do it alone....

"What why?"she asked and stared at him with odd eyes. Confused she tilted her head to the side and ran a hand along the side of his face"This is no time for singing, we need to get to Draku..."she whispered and sighed, strange how she could feel Draku's confused and pain filled soul"I...need to help him..."she whispered and gripped Eleyym's arm hard and chewed on her bottom lip.

"i need...energy...please, it won't take...long" i managed...and i started singing softly...weakly..."lecta...", i paused the song, "sing what i sing....after...me" i managed once again, and waited for her to sing the verse, ylnoon yave...toun cryestelirs... i sang. and waited for lecta...

Lecta never sang before. She laughed nervously and smiled"Alright..."she whispered, taking in a silent breath. The lyrics of the song passed thru her lips like she was reading a poem. Her voice was low and elegant. Ears twitching, she felt a bit better, and more comfortable with herself. Singing was awefully strange, to manipulate the voice in order to creature something...so beautiful confused her.

toun jahaven yave lyretmuel i continued...I could feel the energy from the sun flow through me...it was empowering, enchanting even, but i couldn't stop. Lecta was marvelous. i knew she could feel the same enchantment i could... she might even take up astromancy...i remarked to myself...i was still a little hazy, and my mind hadn't caught up yet. But i was getting stronger physically. i continued the song....

Feeling his muscles tence, Lecta knew he was becoming stronger, releaf filled her soul. Knowing well that he would be alright and strong enought to walk. Then they can go to the Aid of Draku, singing in a calm voice, exitement made her body tremble wantingly. Her mind seemed to black out as the music rung in her ears. It was odd to her, the stars werre not singing yet. She still had gone into a daze.

I was strong enough to walk now...I got up, still singing softly, and practically dragged myself in the direction of Draku. I had to keep singing, or the sun might drop several feet in the sky....This song bound mine, and Lecta's soul to the sun for the duration of the song. That was why it was sung so rarely. If anybody failed while singing it, their skin would become black, and they would fade from existance entirely...they would fade from memory....chel yastavem ooul toun lavyde i continued. I couldn't tell lecta about the connection right now...there was no time. Draku was still in trouble....

Back in the city, a massive siege was taking place. Undead where crawling all over the place; on buildings, trees, and everything else. I was fighting beside queen Astai. Constantly knocking down undeads with blessed needles and various kinds of elemenkinetic magic. Only drawing daggers when they drew to close. The entire scene was compete and utter chaos. This is hopeless I continually thought over and over in my mind. I still fought though, the queen must be prodected, at all costs, it was my duty as captain of the queen's guard. The queen was behind hme muttering about Lecta, her granddaughter. Why are you thinking about your granddaughter at a time like this I thought to my self.

The singing continued, she wanted to stop. Her throat began to hurt. She was glad the song was comming to an end. She stared at Eleyym, he was getting stronguer. Relief rushed thru her body but she felt something was wrong. She released a gasp, collapsing to her knees and placed a hand to her chest"N-no..t-the well!"she managed to croak and stared up with blurry eyes"S-something is wrong....with the forest..."she growled to herself and shakily stood up.

"Lecta!" i screamed. Oh no....what could be wrong. Was this happening to all the night elves? this couldn't be happening. I had most of my energy back, thank goodness. Would lecta die here? if she did, then i might die with her. If she died, then i had no more reason to live, by the power of my oath. Oh, but what about draku? I couldn't do this. It's impossible....unless....no, no i couldnt!!...but i might have to... I thought to myself. I didn't want to do it. It would have serious repercussions considering how strong Draku might become. I'd seen this future before, but i never thought it'd be a possibility. Had i failed as Lecta's protector?.....

"W-we have to go help my grandmother...G-go help Serobi find Draku..."she breathed and stared up at Eleyym with serious eyes. She stared towards Meldonar, sweat ran down her forhead. Another jolt of pain rushed thru her body and she let out another gasp"Go!"she growled, sitting herself on her knees. Her skin split open, revealing bare muscle as flesh recovered the horrible looking sight and purple fur formed once again over her body, her ears had become a bit larger and stood straight up on either side of her head. Large teeth poked out from between her lips as her mouth pulled out into a muzzle"T-turn around if this discusts you.."she squeeked thru closed pain filled jaws. Staring up at the man beside her with furious looking eyes.

I fought off another wave of undeads. "Go Iavas," Astai said suddenly, "Go find my granddaughte Lecta. She needs your help." I turned and looked at her, "I won't leave you now." I said. There was no way I could leave her. Not now, and not ever. "There is no time for this, my time is coming. You must save my Granddaughter, she must be protected." she said. "I can't!" I replied. Then a swarm of undeads came at once. Astai pushed me away screaming "Go!!!!!" My mind whirled, voices said attack, voices said run. I had to run...run and find her granddaughter...run now. I started to run, I turned for one more look, and saw her valiantly fighting, but slowely she was being overpowered by the hoards of undead. He turned to the forest running as fast as he could, memories of Astai running through his mind, and tears staining his face.

Quite honestly, it was grotesque. I'd seen people shapeshift before, but never in such a violent manner. This wasn't natural. I had no choice but to leave. I hated to say it, but we couldn't let Draku fall into the hands of evil. Who knows what they would do to him...or with him.... "I'm sorry my leige..." and i turned and ran. I couldn't turn around, for if i did, i would stop and stay. I had to find draku....tears must have run down my face, for everything was blurry, and breathing was no easy task. i'm so sorry lecta....

She cried out in pain as her spine streatched and Bone plates exploded out of her skin, the plates covered her spine, shoulders, the side of her face and forehead. She snarled and layed on the grouned. Her blue eyes franticaly keeping allert. She must rest before she whent to aid her grandmother. She had never shapeshifted in such a violent way. She must look horrably dismantled, her body was in much pain. It took many people years and years to learn a dire combat wolf form. And she did it in meerly 10 minutes. The fur on her body turned each into tiny spikes. Her canines grew much larger and she let out another gasp of pain and sank her large claws into the ground.

I ran through the trees, he reached a clearing. He saw a man running off and something shapeshifting. It seemed to be a dire wolf. "Lecta" he said under his breath. He walked in and said "Lecta!!! Stop!!! Don't!!! your Grandmothrer has sent me to protect you in her last hour." His face still tainted with his tears. "please stop this." He stared at her waiting for her to reply, if it was possible.
