Sodain nodded and smiled. "Let energy flow out one hand and into the other like a endless river of energy flowing down stream from one hand to the other, Once you feel centered reverse flow pushing energy from the one taking the flow in pushing out , and the other one that was pushing the energy out taking it in until you feel centered that way as well. And keep switching the direction until you feel your energy smooth out inside you and calm down."

Sodain said making a ribbon of energy flow out of one of his hands into the other one for a while. It started looking like the shadow energy ribbon at first but then slowly changed colors through the rainbow of colors. then reversed it pushing back into the hand it came out from to have a visual explanation.

Silvatrina eeped running around the room the guard chasing her wanting the booze but Silvatrina started drinking it a more and she said "No fair I was to distract your brother so you could tickle him not be chased by a booze hounding guard Mina no fair!" She howled drunkenly and snorted as she laughed.

Silvatrina suddenly stopped turning holding the bottle out towards the guard "You want to take it here ya go." She said and as the guard reached for it she groped his pants right at the crotch moving in kissing him on the lips and then the guard froze blinking and she pressed her bare gem capped breasts to his chest and then took off running with the guards armor leaving him in a pair of boxers. She laughed and snickered. "I still got it I can still steal the clothing your wearing right off your back!" She laughed running out of the training facility now with the bottle and the guards armor but then there was a crashing sound and a deep growling sound.

Silvatrina's voice shrieked as she ran into the facility and she stared as a hulking brute of a man looking a little beastly squeezed into the door. "Um Hello darling. No I can explain..." He looked sternly to her grabbing her ankle dragging her having the sake bottle in his hand dropping the guards armor on the floor as he dragged her to the shower room.

"You sit there and cool off, let the toxins of that drink seep out of your body from the heated water or I will toss you back in." He snapped walking out as shadows made bars criss cross on the door way to the showers. He groaned wincing holding his shoulder and sat down. Blood dripping from a odd red blade stabbing into the back of his shoulder with a person's arm still attached.

"To think I come to see how my wife and children with her are doing to find her in this state." He said snorting and reached back ripping the blade from his shoulder just to have it fly back in making him howl in pain.

"You keep working on that Silvia and I will return after I help your father." Sodain said walking up to him. grabbing the sword and removed the severed arm pulling the sword out and sent what looked like electricity through it as the blade turned to a puddle of blood on the floor. Not reforming or trying to stab anyone Sodain then spat a ball of fire it was blue in color onto the blood which made it crystalize and then vaporize into nothing. Once he was done with that he placed his hands tight to the wound on this man's shoulder flowing energy through it and Sodain closed his eyes to focus. "Worry not Silvia is right now focusing on balancing her energies in the Shadragow technique. She is doing well and your other two children are playful like little whelps Shadow lord Daruga." Sodain said in a strong stern voice.

Daruga sighed feeling his shoulder mend. "Thank you for your aid but who are you. This is the first I have met you yet you know who I am but I am at a loss to who you are." He said watching Sodain carefully out the corner of his eye. "And what type of blade was that. I never met a blade that would return to a wound when thrown to the ground." He asked to see and in a way to test this young man.

Sodain explained softly after he removed his hands the wound closed and then moved away. "That was a Danagri blood sword. Once it wounds a person it will always return to the wound as if a magnet drawn to metal. It is also know as the sword of endless wounding. You need to send a powerful shock through it to destabilize it it is the only way then a frost fire will destroy the blood. So if another powerful shock goes into it. It will not reform and return to the place and person it last wounded. It works based on a concept like the shadow bleeder weapons. But unlike the shadow bleeders it is harder to get rid of. As to myself we have met before.

Though not with me looking like this. Sodain looked over his shoulder with solid black eyes no whites and blood red slitted pupils, His hair turned blood red and he sprouted dragon horns one solid black one pure white. And one dragon wing folds out of his back on the right side, and a fiery red bird wing on the left. "I am the son of Victor and Solaria. I also once used the black blade butterfly sword. Before I gave it over to a man who formed the shadow clan. Your great grandfather Ikamu Kurami. Who also deemed that mastery of ones emotions silencing the more aggressive emotions was key to the success of the clan." Sodain said before returning to how he looked before.

Daruga's eyes widened a bit then after a moment thought. "Sodain of the fire scale feather and blood fang clan of Syna... I see..." He said coldly and Sodain bowed his head. "Then my youngest is in good hands at least." He sighed before collapsing onto the floor passing out.

Her brother leaped up hugging Silvia. "Come on Silvia its okay when have you know your big beast of a father to let something like this keep him Down?" He asked trying to get her focused.

Sodain nodded helping Daruga to a bed. "He just is tired, He fought his way here to make sure his children and wife was alright. He will be fine after a nice rest. Plus Silvia if your father was in trouble those bars on the shower room would vanish if something serious happened. But if you look they are still up strong. He was able to relax knowing you all are in good hands here. Which he passed out into sleep. Much like you do. Once you make sure it is all safe you then can let yourself give into sleep Silvia. Who do you think you got that from? Not your mother obviously." Sodain said snickering getting him to a bed having moved two together to support his large body and used both covers to barely cover him.

"See Silvia even Sodain says father will be alright. So come on lets get that energy of yours back into check alright?" He said softly kindly and hugging Silvia.

Sodain then got up walking over to a crystal in the wall. "Wolgar report to the new training arena for the shadow clan training sessions here on Syna. The shadow lord stopped by and passed out after making sure his pride was alright bring the shadow scanner and the elixir just incase." Sodain said and soon in a few minutes Wolgar raced into the complex with a large bottle of swirling black liquid that looked like liquid shadows seeing the shadow lord went over putting the scanner on his arm Starting it which had a faint but strong heart beat on it and started examining him after a while Wolgar laughed.

"Shadow fatigue. He used his powers to keep sleep away til he got here and to make sure everything was alright here. Up a good rest is all he needs. As well as if he wakes before he is fully rested make sure he drinks a small glass worth of this elixir it will help restore him and let him sleep well.... By the way how did your mother ever survive having you three with your father being this big?" He asked curiously and Sodain face palmed himself "Wolgar! thats not something you ask his kids! It's not like they know the answer to that or want to think of things like his man hood!" Sodain said scolding Wolgar then he looked over to Silvia.

"It's alright you keep your energy focus I need to go check on something I will return soon. So that way we can go all out sparring to help you relax when I return, I know you had a lot of fun with our last spar you didn't even really realize you was using the shadow step at the end as it came natural but you performed it like a master." He said bowing to her then left as a shadow turtle walked into the room up to Silvia making a noise grunting as if wanting picked up. The turtle she made earlier was still around. "Aw look he's lonely and finally made it here to you. Now that is one determined shadow turtle you made Silvia." Sodain said laughing then left.

Sodain walked slowly over to the warp area of Syna thinking looking out at the lower lands for a bit.

Wolgar sniffed the air turning into a wolf like human form then back and snorted. "No I am positive your mother is not my kind Silvia. I was talking about the size of your fathers overall body not just between his legs mind you." Wolgar said in defense.

Her brother laughed a little at Wolgar. "There are many like mother or just as brash as her out there in the world Silvia. Wolgar just seems to be one of them. And yes I will be right here Silvia to make sure if you over calm your energie I will stop you." He said and yet Wolgar was rambling about how his anatomy differed to their mothers and so one as he walked off seeming lost in a sort of rambling trance.

Sodain sighed a bit. "What do you know about your father Mina? Being the eldest I am sure you know he was married once before to one more like him. But what do you know about him?" He asked softly wondering about telling her what he knows but was not sure if she already knew about his rare condition.

Sodain gasped blinking and then raised a brow. "Man then perhaps that makes your mother his third wife. I didn't know he divorced someone. No I was talking about the queen of shadows who died bearing your father twin beast girls. Kala and Kalia. No I was meaning the poison and allergy thing." Sodain said softly.

Sodain sighed. "He has shadow poisoning. If not treated properly he will lose his shadow energy completely which is a slow death sentence for shadow beasts. it's.... How your father dies in my future. Right now it's undetectable. That elixir that I am sure Wolgar is remembering he didn't have it a few days ago, and pondering how he had it and what it was for. It is merely a treatment for it.

He will require a blood transfusion from a offspring shadow beast child if he is to live. Though knowing how they are I am not sure if they would want to help him. Shadow deception filled minds make them perceive things in an opposite way. Where if he showed equal love and praise to Silvia and them they may see him giving more praise to her and not them. Yet if something happens and they are punished equally they might see it as he punished them more then Silvia.

I was going to find them and sit them down to talk to them. To try getting them to understand something and see things in the right perspective. You see for your father to get and succumb to the shadow poisoning now is too early in my future for it to happen. Something or someone else may have found a way into the past to undo the future for the side of good and light. I have felt a dark hand guiding things to the opposite way they turned out in my memories.

Even as we speak a large chunk of my memories is fuzzy as if vanishing or altering in my head. Its my memories revolving your father mostly right now. But if I balance time by saving him by the transfusion it means he will no longer die in the future from shadow poisoning. It will alter my time slightly but if he dies now Silvia will cast away her powers which will end my future before I even get the new powers that brought about my return to this time. Meaning the way I was the first time. A clam in the shell afraid of his own powers only after losing my mother did I swallow my pride and vow never to feel anything, never hesitate, and never let anyone else suffer loss as I had and to weaken the barrier on my kinder emotions it took Silvia to blind side me into fighting her and not letting me get a hit in on her.

I learned all the little tricks to her learning faster through it and plan to use them to guide her to these techniques before she finds them for herself. Her father is a key figure to her future as the umbra assassin in your clan. The highest rank by the time she is 25. A week before she and I was to marry with her getting me out of my shell where we fell in love with each other was when Dyna attacked taking her from me. Dragons are cursed with a life bond. if they lose the one they bond the life bond with they do nothing but long for death. trying every way they can to kill themselves.

But as you might have seen I should have died permanently healing my mother when she was attacked. I should have also died when I purified that man of the demon shadow he was possessed with. I am cursed to not find true death. The only tool able to give me as I am true death was used and destroyed long ago with the phoenix and dragon wars. There once was a time phoenix's and dragons got along with the other working hand in hand and a few finding love together. But a rare black phoenix destroys that trust between dragons and all are victimized to a death sentence.

Phoenix's still live in this world but had to give up the powers of their flame to live without being persecuted. And that is where harpies came from." Sodain said closing his eyes sighing. "All because of the one who gave birth to my father. That alone broke the trust between dragons and phoenixes. So in a way my father being born is what caused it. My mother fell in love with him and thus because of the life bond set upon him with her. If she goes to the dragon lands she will be killed torn apart by her own kind.

Only a few dragons still trust her and side with her. Those are the dragons you can see up here still. Khan is one of these that sided with my mother. Feeling a total banishment from her own kind was uncalled for. though he is still able to go back to the dragon lands. Only because if the other dragons try tearing him apart for siding with mother. The whole council of elder dragons will rip the ones who try attacking him apart. And a civil war to where only a handful of dragons left will exist. If all dragons die so will all the magic in the world. Everyone even your parents will be as the ungifted ones of the lower lands.

Khan seen my birth as a security measure by the 'true' gods because through my parents I was born cursed never to die. And because I am a dragon even if I end up being the last one magic will live on through my life. And that the phoenix power will help to fuel the magic so it is not weakened this is Khan's view as to the purpose of my birth. Though it is rare for a dragon to be born able to father life, as well as mother life into this world I am one as is my mother. Though because of my father it is only seen that I am of both reproductive genders when I am in my dragon form.

Though I can willingly change my human forms gender between full male and full female. I prefer the full male form mostly though some times I can not control it. Some times I will wake up unable to change for up to a week from a female human form. This is usually around the time of a solar eclipse and until it is over I can not retake a male human form. In a way I am a lunar dragon. My dragon side draws power of shadows through the manipulation of light. Which is referred to as false shadows also. Yet the sun powers my phoenix powers and so I guess the male aspect might be from the phoenix and female aspect from my dragon side.

As it is when there is a lunar eclipse I can't take a dragon form for the life of me. So I figure I get one gender from the dragon side, and the other from my phoenix side. All phoenix's lose power during a solar eclipse. Which for me would mean my dragon side will be stronger then my phoenix side. But I don't even know if my rationalizations of this are accurate or not. It is just the best explanation I can give to it. Well I suppose if I have a chance to balance out the future I come from I guess I best be off to find Kala and Kalia before they go mad and turn on the shadow clan being caught by Silvia and executed by your father." Sodain said as he started to take a form of a dragon to prepare to take flight. "I best just fly to the temple where they would be at. As the temple can sometimes take it upon it's self to move to a random place. There is no way to pinpoint it on the warp device." Sodain said sighing.

Sodain nodded. "If you like but if the going gets too rough for you you can back me up." He said letting her get on his back before flying off to find the temple. Which was rather easy this time around and Sodain landed near by. "Now where did that entrance go to...." He said sighing focusing his simulated shadow powers after turning back into his human form once he let Mina off his back. "I will once Inside do my best to make this quick. I know being down here makes you uncomfortable Mina." He said then side stepped just at the right time spinning and punched the air open palmed with fingers curled above his palm. Hitting something or someone cloaked in shadows making them fall down.

Meanwhile Daruga coughed himself awake sounding like he has a cold and sat up in bed slowly struggling a little going slowly. Watching Silvia he smiled softly seeing her doing well in her training still up here.
