[If you want to want until Greasy and Crystal have a chance to post, that's fine. We could set up a few things, so that we can 'launch' an investigation.]

Bullock ended up listening to various reports coming in from different precincts and he still couldn't believe it -- the Russians have retreated.
Now fatigue was setting in after his adrealine ran out after the fight, and Harvey was trying not to get punchy, "Sarge, send a detachment down into the Narrows. There's a lot places they could be hiding, and I don't wanna drop dead asleep afore I know those Commies are really gone."
The police sergeant replied, "We're all beat, Detective, but we'll do it."
The burly detective patted the sergeant's shoulder, "I know, but I don't think any of us can rest easy until we're sure those Ruskies are gone."

(((Ok I'm catching up here. One, it was mentioned what floor they were on when Kesshou and Arell met for rpthe first time. I stated that she used her wings to ''jump'' to the third floor where he was standing. Then after that I had Artemis state he had dragged the groceries up either three flights of stairs or several flights but either way it still states thaT they are higher than the first floor. I'm still gonna just roll with it but I am not going to be told I didn't do something when I did. Also the reason why I havn't been on even on my phone lately is cause I developed shingles and the meds that they put me on all have dizziness as a side effect so I've been sleeping a lot. But I'm gonna try to remember to get one more again.))
Crystal snapped out of it after the shock of ''Joker'' apearing in her window. ''O my God! I know that scent!'' Crystal jumped up and ran out to Robin and Jinx. ''I know who that was!! He's just from an alternate reality!''
Kesshou looked around, now confused. ''Did I miss something?'' Kesshou got up as well and followed Crystal. ''Who WAS that man. Is he from this set of universes cause I don't think he's from mine.'' She was skiddish now cause people weren't supposed to be able to sneak up on her like that, her sence of smell was even better than a blood hound's and this man un-nerved her.
Artemis ran after the others. ''What the hell have you gotten yourself into this time Cry-!... Catgirl?'' He stopped himself from saying her real name in front of people again.

Jinx blinked hard looking at Crystal, Keeshou and Artemis, "'Did I miss something?'.....," The goth thumbed in the direction to the S.T.A.R. Labs facility that's partially in ruins, "That's what you missed."

Arell shot up like a rocket and went over. "Catgirl, honey, just say de boy's name an' I'll get de lowdown on him ASAP." the Cajun said, ready to rock.
((I can testify for both things from Crystal. I've been trying my best to help . . . kinda hard to do when you're a couple states away as the crow flies but it's better than nothin')

Robin stared at Catgirl once she joined them, thinking a moment over which part of this chaos she was reffering. His mind was still set on the STARS lab... but she was speaking of the Jokerfied man at the window.
"You know... who that was?"
An eagerness took over Tim, but at the same time he wasn't sure he WANTED to know.

Robin turned his head, back to facing Jinx.
"Not that long ago a man showed up at the window... he had Joker's ID, but it wasn't the same man I've seen...."
He looked so familiar...

Crystal and Kesshou were keeping up with the others easilly. Artemis stayed at the apartment.
Crystal looked to the others. ''He smells just like Jason Todd. I used to hang out with him at the arcade whenever I was in town before I started this hero work.'' Catgirl lept over an open manhole as she spoke.
''Although he smelled off. Like you do.'' she spoke to Robin. ''Like he's from another world.''
Kesshou flew low to easily hear the group. ''I know who that is. When DC Comics held a survey of who the fans wanted to be killed off over nintey percent of cards returned had his name written in and when they held another asking if they were sure thats what they wanted only something like point zero five percent said no.'' She flapped her wings a cuple times to keep herself up.. ''So I guess it was my parent's generation's fault he died technically.''
((I don't know the exact numbers and she would either but it's close enough lol))
