"I'd say this is more of a 'blast us some bad guys'. according to Norrington, we're the rebel scum. though he followed Eric to teh security station, and ushered everyone in first. James was the most militarily trained, so better to let him in last and be ready for a pot shot or two.
But once in James looked around.
"alright get us up and running, and then we can relax a bit."
Norrignton and his small troop were waiting while thier comm tech was fiddling with a translocator.
"Progress?"
"Some, sir. I can get it to signal it's use, but not exactly tell them that we're not here yet. trying to configure the sensors for that now."
"Alright. Corporal, Sergeant....start sweeping. any signs of use of power, anything that can be used for battery. if you find the enemy, execute extreme caution..capture Commander Moria or Rennel if possible. kill any security or use them as bartering hostages."
Both men gave thier salute, and started moving in two man cover formation.

"Oh goodie." Following the others, whistling as he did so. Indeed once told to be upbeat, he was quite so wasn't he? But he more or less followed the military and security type guys, recalibrating his gun some as they made thier way into the room. "So...want me to hotwire things? I could use an energy cell from someone's gun and I'm good." Waiting for someone to hand one over, Erik was the lucky volunteer, and he went about stripping wires and wiring them into the little makeshift power source. Pretty soon, things jumped to light...and Rennell got a shock as well. "Yeowch...you know...when you have metal in your body it hurt more..."
"You know, you're a useful little guy, but I just can't figure out how you aren't dead yet. Get away from the controls, you're in the way."

"That's because he's got enough bioengineering in him to control his natural blood problem to make it really hard to kill him. unless you know where to hit."
A slight grin while James reloaded his weapon, and inserted some wires from his bioware arm into the control outlets by the door to encrypt the access coding.
"okay Eric, route the power as you need. give me a voice command setup if you can too for some nasty surprises."
The two were checking every room and hall, carefully..feeling doors for power or heat, guns always at the ready...steadily getting closer to the security station.

"Or you could just give me a paper cut and well let me bleed to death on the floor then." A little shrug as he smoothed shocked hair and moved out of the way, sitting aside and out of the way. So the rest of them could work and what not without him and his wings being in the way.
"You got it James." Thus seating himself at the control console. "I'm routing power to some weapons systems and giving you your voice control. Try not to cause too much of a scene. I'm also going to do a body check of Fleet." Waiting a moment as things processed. "We have two in the hall, the rest still in the bay. There's three on Envision." Wait, three?

For a brief moment, Fox took his time to admire the giant 2 storey fusion cores and the various metallic coils around the large room, most of them off due to Michael's re-reouting and three now glowing bright indigo in the room devoid of any other light source. Ah machinery, it was a guy's best friend. Then, his eyes wandered to the display panel and everything didn't seem so beautiful anymore. He linked his PDA to the control dock, typed in a few codes, and watched the blurred commands roll down the screen. "s**t." The comm link to Michael was opened immediately as his fingers punched in another command. "Uh Boss, bad news..."

A moment to stop in his fighting with Jelena before looking to his comm link. "Fox, I don't like those two words togther at all. Please don't tell me we're about to go into a meltdown or anything because that will just ruin my day."

James nodded lightly.
"Computer, activate Micheal's Fire on hallways seven and three. Give me Heaven's Gate on any exit docking door."
A slight look over.
"Two in the halls...three on envision...and the others in teh bay? that makes no sense.."
"Comm?"
"Got it sir. we'll be wiped off internal sensors in about five minutes, and all registered to where this thing is supposed to take us."
"Good. Corporal?"
"Nothing sir. we got some hotspots to bead on a location. other than that, we're heading back in."
"Head to the transporter. we'll meet there, and once we're off the register, we'll wait for the power to come back up."

"You know me, Boss. I always jump at the chance to give you the best headache ever." He gave a light chuckle at that before turning serious again, and fiddling with some buttons. "We were right, the reactors weren't made to handle this stress. It's burning them up fast, and the pretty coils here look ready to short out." A quick glance up at the intense purple glow that now symbolized peril instead of beauty. "I can play for a bit and get them to hold out, but you have to figure something out fast. Either we return full power to restore the balance or lose it all, indefinitely. So, any bright ideas?" Bad pun, Fox. Seriously.

"I can understand bay and halls...that's our wonderful not so excited guests. Captain said he was with Jelena in Envision, that makes for two...but not the third one there. It's not Lilia, she's checked in on Bridge and no one else wearing a PAID tag either..." Clicking various things on the consol, trying to get a better idea of things.
He cleared his throat. "Um excuse me, but my sensors are indicating a increase in the flux and speed of soundwaves in the halls...I do believe our friends are rather close...or getting there."
Michael took to banging his head on the nearest wall. "This isn't happening to my Fleet!" Another bang on the wall and he returned his attention to his communicator. "Alright...restore power to Envision, leave Ingenuity down and give half power to Impression. That should help a little for now..."

James was still trying to figure that one out...when he shook his head lightly.
"Eric..do any of the Fenrir's have any kind of tracker we can pick up on? I really hope she didn't let those loose as makeshift security."
not to mention Norris would be pissed to high heaven. Then a look to Rennel.
"Good. Let them roam over here..better to have a chance at picking them off. He only brought a single team. highly trained, but still only six men. Two of which we downed when you played hero. so he's down to four."
Four was more than enough though. Four properly trained, if they got into the right spots could cripple fleet rather easily.

Fox took the loud banging noise as either Michael's fist or some other body part against the metal plating of the ship's interior. "Sorry Boss, I knew I should have looked into reactor updates last time I went down..." A little sigh as he scrutinized the screen again and calculated estimates in his head. "Yeah, should help for a bit. I'll keep you posted. Fox out." A click ended the convo and he pushed the headset up into his messy blond hair to get it out of the way. Next, he set about restoring half power and whatnot by captain's orders and watched as a few more tesla coils around him flickered into bright indigo light to join the first three. "Let there be light..."

"No trackers in them...though I don't put it behind her to let them out. In fact that big alpha male knows the ship layout...she used to 'take him on walks' at night. Not a fact you should share with Captain by the way." Yeah...Jelena did some stupid things sometimes. Though a look at Rennell. "Finally you're really useful...and the only one who can manage the gravity situation without grav boots." Hm...interesting fact there.
He beamed. "And a great hero I was if I do say so myself." Crossing his arms lightly and giving a grin before a look over to Eric and splaying his wings some at the comment. "See, I do more than be peppy." And back to James. "Okay so what do we do now?"
"Well those things are always stressed by Catalyst....doesn't surprise me. Do what you can Fox and watch your back." Clicking off his comm again and looking to Jelena. "Okay I'm tired of being nice, and now I'm ordering. Dr. Trevale, you are coming to Bridge. Disobey that order and I'll throw you in the brig after this."
Jelena crossed her arms, leaning against her Fenrir. "Then you're going to have to incarcerate me Captain."

General Norrington was pacing. and very, very agitated.
"Are we done yet?!"
"Just five more minutes."
"you said that twenty minutes ago."
"I know. but I ran into a problem, it's solved, and now we should be okay in five."
"We better be."
the others were waiting, ready to go and ready to rock and roll. Power had been partially restored to Fleet, accordin gto the information fomr teh comm interface...as of right now they were working on getting the transporter to send them to Ingenuity rather than Impression. James was part of that ship, and if Norrigton knew James, there were some better weaponry stores there.
James leaned on the wall, flexing his bioware arm some.
"He almost had you. you got lucky...your stumbling cause a shot to go right over you, and just miss your regulator. I'm sure you know how bad that woudl have been."
A slight grin.
"For now, we wait, we monitor. if he comes this way, and gets within say..three meters of the door, we get ready for a fight. if he gets stuck on Impression, we go about normal routines, let them rot. if he gets someplace else...we go hunting."

"Yes I know how bad that would of been. And hey, people can't just sit around all day and what not waiting for something to happen. Someone has to do something now don't they? I just happened to take the opportunity. And it's now my fault this is all happening." Though he only stayed quiet for about ten more minutes. "No honestly are we just going to hang around here all day and do nothing?"

James looked around, and gave a small sigh.
"Rennell...look around you. we are up agasint four highly trained military specialists, and wether we want to admit it or not, fleet security isn't really up to par in that respect. and you know General Norrignton...something isn't right. I put that man in a bed on tubes for the rest of his existance. and yet here he is, standing tall, giving orders and taking shots. I doubt it's bioware...I mean he'd have to have so much done he couldn't survive the surgeries."
A look over at Rennell.
"We have to unravel the puzzle of how he is here. without know what we're up agasint, this is like trying to hunt a bear with a bowie knife. if we can trap them like the Captian wanted, then we're fine..if they get someplace else, we go get them. our job righ tnow is containment. the less lives we lose the better. we've already lost two."
"Ready General."
Norrington stopped, and snapped his fingers. the dead body of the animal control expert was dragged to the translocator and place in.
"Translocate that, and see where it ends up first."
