"Sure, the more the merrier." Mazurn said as he looked at Brawen more closely, now that he wasn't so confused.

After much deep thought and comtemplation, I decide that it would be best to stay here and hold the fort, incase the guys that destroied this place come back.

Nyx: You find nothing of interest except for the sheath to the sword.
Willow: This man's neck is thicker and harder to break. You fail at this attempt.
Layla: You blade enters with yet another hiss! but does not kill him.
Claw: The church is very quiet. The many statues of divinities look upon you with varying expressions, from manic laughter to outright hatred.

I slightly shrink back as the bandaged man looks at me more and feel my face warm a little. "W...w-well what are your names? Is there any way I could help you so far?"

Quickly giving up her attempts Willow jumped onto his shoulders and with her knees around his neck, twisting in a strange way, this had killed men twice this size and she had gotten stronger since.

I quickly maneuver to a sitting position where I'm facing the downed soldier, jump to my knees and then attempt to bring down my blade as quickly and with as much strength as possible.

I perform the same manuever as last time, stabbing with my open hand, and pulling back the other arm back into a defensive position.

Willow: His neck shatters.
Leina: Your blade cracks his skull and hits his brain. He goes limp.
Layla: He is dead before it goes in, but it still hisses.

I pull out the blade. "Nice teamwork!" I say to Willow. I try to listen for more sounds, to see if the soldiers were coming or planning. I look for a defnsible spot, or some form of cover to hide behind.

I yank my blade out of the soldier's skull and quickly glance about to see if the unconcious soldier is still so and to see how Shield Boy is doing with the other soldier.

Layla: "What's going on out there?" a voice calls. The nearest defensible location would be inside of the priest's room, which is at the bottom of this flight of stairs. Your character's mind tells you that there is always a stained glass window in a priest's room, guaranteeing you a way out if you should be overrun.
Leina: The dazed solider is sitting up, slowly reaching for his dropped sword.

I rapidly get into a crouching position and attempt to leap to the dazed soldier, preparing my sword to slash across his head area as well.

I start walking in the direction of the room, signaling for Willow to follow. I knew if we got distance, I might be able to weaken them with ranged attacks. I'd likely have to carry Willow if we jumped through the window in case of a fall.

"Hmmm..." I try swinging the sword around to test it's weight. If it's too heavy, I'll just leave it and get one downstairs.

Leina: You make contact, but not as effectively as the last attack. He grunts as he starts bleeding from the impact, but he is still moving.
Layla: When in the room, you immediately see the stained glass window. The rest of the room is fairly bare except for a simple bed and a bookcase full of various religious texts.
Nyx: The sword is decently weighted, but leans toward the heavy side.
