Russell pinched his nose, So much for laying low... "Fans, eh?"
The Ghost's abilities would give him the edge, if things didn't go well. Also, he didn't want his 'guests' attracting undo attention. Russell opened the door and quickly ushered in the three criminals, "Get in, before someone sees you."
Once inside and closing the door, "Perhaps you could start by introducing yourselves."

"You seem like a trustworthy man. I'll be completely honest." the Don said as the other two goons came inside the apartment and closed the door. "I am Don Louis Razolli. Current Godfaddah of the New Orleans Mafia. Da skinny one is Smitty, and the fat one's Bozo." he said, introducing his small entourage. " Allow me to be Frank. We could use someone of your potential in the big leagues of organized crime, so to speak. Are you interested in a partnership? Together, we can take control of the entire east coast." the Don said, the others staying quiet. Following orders for once. That's good. the Don thought.

Russell gaze evaluated the statement, glancing at a message on his cellphone. Returning his gaze to Razolli, Russell tucked the cellphone back into his pocket, "Obviously, you gentlemen do know that I am 'The Ghost', you can call me Russell -- in private please. I don't wish my identity to leak to the authorities anytime soon. I actually do see the golden opportunty that you suggest, Mr. Razolli. Shall we discuss the particulars?"
Russell motioned toward the table.

The Don smirked. "Russell, I'm glad we see that aspect eye-to-eye. I will be happy to discuss any details." the Mafioso said, walking over and seated himself, his entourage close by. He took his briefcase out and revealed a few cigars. "Do you smoke at all, Russell?"

Louis Razolli offered one of the cigars. "Genuine Cuban cigars. From the streets of Havana . . . rumor has it Fidel himself smoked this brand for many years." the Don said as he handed him one.

Russell took the Cuban cigar offered to him, lit it up, and took a few puffs, "These are still illegal, even these days. Part of the allure, I guess."

The Don smiled, lighting his up and taking a slow drag. "That's the benefit of being on the wrong side of the law. High risk, high reward." The Mafioso said, taking a puff, blowing a smoke ring.

Louis put a bunch of files on the table from out of his briefcase. "You see, Russell. We both have something that the other can use. I got political power and a foothold in every town from New Orleans to New York. You have the power to control any electricity, phone and cable lines at your whim." The Mafioso said. "If we team up, you will be one of the most powerful men on the east coast . . . a KING." he said, taking a long contemplating puff from his Cuban cigar.

"A new form of blackail, eh? I've thinking along similar lines. The question ishow best to apply our strengths to offset any potential downfalls?" The Ghost leaned back in his chair, drawing on the cigar, "So, are you proposing something flashy or quiet?"

The Don puffed more on his cigar. "We can look at it dis way. Russell, runs for mayor, backed by a real estate company." He said, using his traditional cover-up. "Then, Ghost and the Mob 'enforce' our hand upon the competition. As in, we fake a crisis as Ghost and the Mob, and Russell fixes it." the Don said. "And when you're in office, we share the profits for all the illegal contriband and taking over every electronic devices in the Coast!" he said, raising his cigar like a toast. "Whaddaya say?"

Crystal pulled up to the crime scene and pulled off her helmet, reveling herself as Catgirl.
She pulled some papers and a environmental mask out of her pockets and she put the mask on to keep the smell of death out of her nose.
"This one smells awful." She walked towards Bullock.

Harvey Bullock turned his head around and saw Catgirl, "Well look what the cat drug in. Whatcha doin here? Don't tell me that your after one of these two."
The senior detective motioned over where the bodies were. At the same time, Bullock casually moved in front of Catgirl near the police tape.

"No... I just over heard that there was something wrong over here thought I might poke" She poked Bullock in the stomach, "my nose into things."
She smiled at the big man and stepped around him and under the tape. "So ya'll figure out more than that someone went Chop Sui on these guys?"
She watched as a cat ran off with a piece of one of the men.
