Tomy grinned, ignoring the loud whimper her stomach made at the mention of food. "Weakling," She smirked. "How about a big monte cristo with extra large fries covered in fat and grease."

Her smirk disappeared, she was teasing herself again. "Oh yeah, and a chocolate malt." Her shadowed grin returned and she gave a slightly louder chuckle.

"Monte cristo, eh?" He gave a big grin at the mentioning of monte cristo. "How about some hot 'n spicy chicken fahijtas with onions, green and red peppers, curry, all wrapped up in a toasted tortilla shell, with a side oder of shrimp," he stopped for a dramatic pause. "And a Grey Goose Martinie." The game had begun.

Tomy gave a disgusted scowl. "Blech." She muttered in distaste.

"A large big-mac," She chuckled, "With extra large french fries, an apple turn-over, and a large root-beer."

She was beginning to like this game, even if it was making her twice as hungry, a ghostly smile began to take over her face.

"A big mac. Yeah, that does sound better, actually," he said with a big grin. "A large Dominoes pepperoni pizza with cinammon sticks and a two-liter bottle of Mountain Dew." His mouth began to water. Although the game was torture to the stomach, he was having fun.

Tomy laughed, rubbing her gurgling stomach. "Right now, I'll eat anything!"

She laughed once more, and made the mistake of taking her eyes off the road for a fraction of a second. As she turned her head back to the road, her eyes widened and she quickly turned the wheel to the side as a zombie seemingly popped out of no where.

"Jesus!" She breathed as the truck's side smacked against the mindless dead thing, not enough to kill it, but enough to sent it on its back.

Tomy let out a large breath she had been holding, and gripped the steering wheel, they were almost there; she wasn't about to crash this baby.

"Holy...!" the truck crashed into the zombie like roadkill. Except it was road kill-come-back-to-kill....thing. Even in Nick's mind that sucked. "Maybe the game should be post-poned for now," he said with a nervous breath. "You know, so we don't die from hunger pains or a wall...."

Ray by now was on the roof top of the building. he had what seemed to be a flare gun. he aimed up and fired a shot. a red streem of light flew up in the sky making the area bright. He the walked over and looked down over the ledge to look at the truck where the surivors were.

Tomy drew in shaking breaths, forcing her fast heartbeat to slow down. "Yeah.." She replied quietly. Not daring to tear her gaze from the road, she motioned toward the back with a flinch of her shoulder.

"You should check to see if Forest's alright, I turned pretty fast." She said in all but a mutter.

Nick rubbed the sore spot on his head. He had hit the back of the seat pretty hard, surprisenly not getting knocked out himself. "Well I'll live. And everything seems to be here, but we should be getting close." He shifted his eyes to the road, seeing random body parts here and there, and the occasional pool of blood. "Well that's bad road kill if I've ever seen it."

Tomy sighed inwardly with relief and continued driving. As soon as the station came into view, Tomy felt extreme deja vu at the familiar area. Immediately, she shook her head clear from past experiences and cautiously pulled into the slightly empty parking lot. A few cars here and there, along with trails of blood, but no sign of movement other wise. Hoping out of the truck and grabbing her rifle, Tomy slung it over her shoulder and began for the back.

"Let's hurry." She lightly commanded, snapping her head around for any sign of life, or not life; as she waited for the others to signal their leave. She didn't know her way around the S.T.A.R.S building, hell she didn't even know her way around at the police station, so she waited impatiently for one of them to start giving directions.

His eyes scanned the signs for a few moments, turning left and heading down the hallway toward the offices. His weapon stayed firmly in front of him with his finger on the trigger - his feet making soft taps upon the tiled floor as he moved. He had a bad feeling that Jason had been killed by one of those creatures... If he had, the least he could do was bring the man's body.

"JASON!"

Reeve yelled again, pausing near and office that read upon a black plate in white text under the window reading: 'Jason Tyler King.'

"Jason?"

He asked, knocking on the door with the barrel of his rifle. He waited a few moments to wait for a response but like the man expected - none came. Releasing the trigger of his firearm with his right hand, Reeve lowered it down to the doorhandle and grasped it firmly. With his left hand, he manouvered the strap of his rifle around the same shoulder and withdrew his Revolver.

"Jay?..."

Reeve turned the doorhandle, pushing the door inward sharply as his right hand moved to his Revolver and he stepped inside. Quickly, he turned to his left and then to his right to make sure there was none of the creatures to either side of him. The room was empty, a doorway to one of the file storages hung open slightly and Reeve could hear a slight moan coming from said doorway.

"Damnit..."

He muttered, moving rather slowly over toward the door way now to make as little to no noise as possible. A click sounded through the office as Reeve pulled the hammer upon the weapon backward.

"Jason?..."

Reeve asked once more, though this time much more quiet than usual. Reeve turned his head to the side a moment as he approached the door, the smell of rotting flesh filling his nostrils and alerting him further to what had happened to the person he once called friend. There was probably nothing he would be able to do now, however.

Bringing up his left foot, he pressed his foot to the lower part of the door and gently pushed upon it to open it further. It moved with ease and little noise, turning around the hinges for the doorhandle to lightly strike the wall on the file room with a dull thud. The soft moaning from the room was still there, aided by a rather disgusting sound of flesh being torn into and torn out by sometihng.

Reeve stepped upon his left foot first, moving into the room and quickly switching to either side to see if there was anything on the sides of the doors. There wasn't, thankfully. Facing the left side for the moment, he headed down along the length of some filing cabients toward the turnoff at the end of the row to get to the other parts of the room. The second he reached it, he turned in the direction of the path and strafed himself out into the isle.

"Jay... DAMNIT!"

He yelled, his eyes on the sight at the end of this row near the back wall. The man he called Jason was kneeling over another man, the other's stomach and various body parts torn to pieces with blood pouring out from quite a few places. It seems he was a little too late to save the man - and way too late to save his friend.

"Bastards..."

He muttered under his breath as he took some slow, quiet steps forward. He had already alerted the creature because it was staring right at him as it began to raise itself upward and stagger towards him. His finger upon the revolver refuses to pull the trigger though, it was hard for even him to shoot someone he knew as long as Jason. The man was torn between utter hatred for whomever caused this and sadness for the loss of his friend.

Reeve continued to hestiate, simply sitting there as the creature moaned and lurched ever forward toward him. The finger he had upon the trigger of his Revolver was shaking lightly, pressing upon the trigger of the firearm just not hard enough to push it in the last little way and sending a shot straight into the head of the zombie. The moment he actually managed to squeeze the trigger in was too late - the creature had already lunged at him and the shock caused him to let loose a round into the roof of the building.

Reeve was brought down heavily, striking the ground as his gun struck with a light thud and momentary scraping noise as it slid a little across the hardwood flooring. Instinctively, Reeve moved his arm up to press it under the creature's jaw and pressed against the neck to hold it's mouth away from him. The blood-covered, rotting teeth seemed eager to take a piece out of him while his other hand pressed upon the forhead of the creature.

He never imagined such things being so strong and hard to pull away, what with the way they walked and all. Though it was hardly the time for idle thoughts as he fought to keep the moaning creature's teeth from biting into him. It seemed to be trying to get ahold of his neck above all else but even if it was going for his vest he didn ot wish to take the chance of it being able to bite through.

"Get the hell off!"

He shouted, slipping his one leg out from under the creature and bending it upward so his foot was pressed against the ground around his knee. Pushing on the ground and turning in the same direction, he used the momentum to roll the back of the creature into the nearby filing cabinents.

Reeve let his arms loosen for a moment so that he could push the creature with his arms back into the filing cabinent once more. The thing seemed to be relentless when it was able to get this close, Reeve being glad he shot them on sight now. Reeve brought up the same leg he had before, but this time to wedge it inbetween both him and the creature. From there, he began to extend it to push himself away from the creature.

When he was almost out of reach, he quickly pushed harder to slip from the creature's failing grasp and push himself away from it. He didn't go very far, only about half a meter but it was more than enough. Scrambling to his feet as the creature did the same, he was up far before it could be and he moved over to where his Revolver was - picking itu p with this left hand and grasping it between both hands.

He turned back to the creature - now standing and moving toward him - and brought his Revolver to level with the creature's head. His finger pressed upon the trigger as he muttered:

"Sorry Jay."

The shot from the weapon sounded throughout the shooting range, piercing right through the creature's forhead and splattering what was inside all out behind it as it crumpled over in a bloody heap. Reeve winced himself at the thud of the creature, watching it for a few minutes to make sure it was dead before moving over to it and kneeling down.

"Where'd you put those keys... I'm sure you won't be needing the guns and ammo anymore..."

Reeve returned his Revolver to the case, shaking the clothing on the downed creature and hearing the ever familiar jingle of keys. Reeve quickly went about locating them, finding them to be in one of the back pant pockets of the man. From there, Reeve rolled the creature over and set his hand arounda neckless on it's throat. Gripping it firmly, he tugged it free and slipped it into one of the main pockets on his vest.

Crawling over to the other body, Reeve searched it for a few moments but found nothing of real value. Other than the corpse's wallet. Reeve smirked as he took it out, opening up the wallet and taking the $10 inside. It would come in handy for gasoline once he was out of this damned city. Stuffing it into the same pocket as the one he placed the neckless in, Reeve got up and headed out of the file storage room and back into Jason's office.

Once there, he went over to the desk and pulled out the chair with a slight scraping noise as it was pulled across the wooden flooring. Taking a seat, a puff of air came out of the rip of the left side of the leather seat. He made sure to sit so that there was room between him and the chair - his rifle still being upon his back. He didn't want to have it hurt his back in anyway, even though it wouold be uncomfortable if anything.
