Hey, it could be worse, Jaho. You could be dating a guy (well, girl in your case har har) that thinks wanting time to oneself is a sign that's something is horribly wrong in the relationship. ._.;

Why is it that games I want to play keep coming out on the PSP? I'm not interested enough to think that a PSP is worth it, but it is enough to be frustrating.
Especially when they're just ports of games I want to play. And Valkyria Chronicles 2. And Monster Hunter.

Maybe it's not true in your personal specific case, but in general someone saying 'I don't want to see you, i want time for myself' is pretty ******** big sign on the wall that a relation is on its last legs.

@ Sorce & Jaho: xd
@Aldo: To me, its just a sign of someone wanting a day off from life. The main reason I b***h about that (drama llama ahoy, turn your ships away now!) is that I was feeling like crap yesterday and just wanted to bum around at home, or have him drive over, but he couldn't since there weren't any cars left at his house. Then he threw a fit at me wanting to stay home and recuperate, and when I mentioned I was tired of always being the one to drive everywhere, things got wooooorse. s:
And the thing that gets me is that he wants "alone time" when I'm over at his house, so I end up sitting upstairs reading or sleeping (there's really not much to do at his house >_>) while he's downstairs playing on his laptop. =S
[/end llama]
Merr. Why is most everyone I know going on diets? xD; This makes cheap gift giving (aka cookies) hard. Maybe zucchini bread? Hrm.

Not to be an insufferable c**t here, but are you *sure* he wasn't right on the money when he feared that your relation might be in its last days?

Different people need different amounts of "me-time." Some people can be with another person 24/7 and not feel overwhelmed or antsy, and other people can't. It's only a sign of trouble in the relationship if you know the person doesn't usually need alone time, or they're suddenly wanting it more. Of course, if one person wants to be together all the time, every moment of the day, and the other feels smothered by that, their relationship may never have been a winning proposition, but not because of the alone time itself - because of the different approaches to being in a relationship.

@Aldo -- See kerm's post. xD
@Kerm YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD THANK YOU T-T
The biggest fight in our relationship is based on me feeling like I'm smothered and him thinking it means we're not really together. He has kind of a frightening Siamese twin approach to relationships. ._.; "If you need time away from me there's something wrong, we're not really together, we should be like the same person" et cetera. I'm too independent a person for that, and I wish I knew how to tell him without breaking his heart. :/

At least a rational explanation of what you feel would supplant the OMG It's over anxiety. I kind of have that same problem just because I have huge anxiety issues overall, but I've kind of learned that, if I think about it, I realize that it's because of the anxiety and not because of reality. Still, I find that the whole Cubs thing does work to my advantage because it keeps me from having to answer stupid question about how my being an atheist and her not works. Sometimes people really get their panties in a twist over s**t that isn't that big a deal, especially when it doesn't affect them at all.

I feel like an awful friend because instead of feeling bad that she got dumped, I'm secretly happy because this might make her move back and frustrated because I didn't get to finish the event yesterday or today like I was hoping and I also had to forfeit a quest on MS because I went up to see her and spent the night so she wouldn't be alone. D:
Bah.
