Nyx:
The dwarf looks your dagger over carefully.
"I can offer you one silver's worth of compensation towards these," he says. "Then you'll only need to pay three silver. Deal?"

Willow:
"Probably better than you want it to be," the merchant replies quietly. "But if I'm understanding you correctly...you're offering sex. Isn't that supposed to be kept in the brothels? Even so...if you're sure, I think we can work out a deal."
You can almost feel Lyriana's jealous gaze on the back of your head. Also, you are currently in possession of four gold, thirty-four silver, and ninety-two copper coins. So, realistically, you could pay full price and not have to worry about it...but what fun would that be, right?

Layla:
"I like that idea..." she says.
Xiao smiles and puts her arms around you, teasingly slowly, and kisses you.

You quickly learn the first spell: it's a quick-cast healing for {d4} health. However, as it's designed for quick-casting, you can't charge it up past {d4}, so you'll have to cast it a lot, or learn another spell in order to be effective.

Satisfied with just having the one spell for now, I put the book away in my backpack and begin idly contemplating fusion possibilities with healing magic while I wait.

I take the daggers. "You too." I begin to fasten the daggers to my thighs and manage to stumble back towards were Apollo, Layla, and Xiao were waiting as I do so. When I get there I settle down next to Apollo and start humming the song I was singing earlier.

((Ready to skip ahead.))

"Sounds good! How much will that be?" I ask.

"Stick around and you may find out" her face grew slightly serious but the smile was still there. "I...Feel I must appologise Lyirana".

Willow:
"Ooh, maybe I will," Lyriana says.
When you talk about apologizing, she looks at you with a shocked expression.
"Really now?" she says.

Sand-Claw:
"All right," the man says. "It will be done in half an hour!"



Willow:
After talking with Lyriana for a time, you find that it is time for The Challenge.
If you wish, we can IM/PM so that the whole discussion can be RPed, or you can post the major point of it in your next post, but that will not be responded to. Your choice.

Layla:
After half an hour of "play time" with Xiao, the two of you emerge from your secluded area with dirt, grass, and twigs all over you. You realize that it is time for The Challenge.

Apollo & Nyx:
After half an hour of sitting on the bench, you find the others beginning to meander their way to you. It is time for The Challenge.

Sand-Claw:
After half an hour, you return to the weapon maker. He has added crosshairs, a forward-mounted blade, and made the string tighter in the attempt at giving it a little extra damage. It may not be perfect, but it'll do! After picking up your crossbow, you find the group at the end of the road of shops.

Everyone:
"I guess it is time to determine the ten fighters to go in," Tasson says as he joins you, a bottle of poison hanging from the leather belt he just purchased.
