((Nah, I like yours better anyway. Besides my idea was never for him to want her romantically, at least not yet anyway. It was more like a little attraction that Sam blew somewhat out of proportions XD ))

"Hey hey hey, don't get me wrong, i am!! It's top notch priority among every girl to talk about this 1st, no matter where the heck you go!" Akira explained; though she really was curious about Mt. Olympus!
"That's awesome though! But i like eating and sleeping!!" she teased, before asking, "Ok, so what does Mt. Olympus look like though? Heaven? Did you have fun?"
Kilala, being very blunt, asked next, "Did you have sex with the War God, Evermore?" to which Akira choked, before grinning at her feline.
"I was getting to that, Kilala!!!"

Tyler was already walking around inside the building, haven been drawn in by the music itself. Luckily for him it was the exact place they needed to be. Pushing his way through the crowd he somewhat got near the stage to see a young guy about his dad's age (which by the way was the weirdest thing to say ever) singing "To Love Somebody" up on the stage. The way the man looked down to in front of the stage it was obvious he was singing to his lover. Looking around he found his dad on the drums, doing quite a good job he had to admit.
Sam and Nessie were later to come in, having difficulty getting through the atrocious crowd. She heard the song as well and smiled. It was one of her favorites. Looking back to Nessie she spoke loud enough to where she could be heard. "Maybe one day we can tell our back stories, once we get one out of Daddy-o here." She finally saw her dad up on stage, playing marvelously if that could properly describe it. The only thought that came to mind was amazement. He was definately her father now, no questions about it. Since her mother didn't love music like her or Tyler.

Caroline nodded, trying to think of something to say. She had never been in this situation, but maybe something similar... Really though, the only love she was familiar with was familial love.
Good enough.
"Ari... What do his eyes say to you when he looks at you?"

"I'd like that!" Nessa yelled back. They were loud, but fantastic... she had to admit. Dragging Sam with her, she pushed through the crowd up to Ty, placing a hand on his shoulder. "I feel like I'm at a concert in the U.S.," she joked. "Mosh pit, anyone?" she was trying to make him feel a little better, and she hoped it worked... even if it was just a little.

Ari thought back to the previous night. That was all she had to go off of. "They looked..." she paused, "... like he cared. He looked affectionate." She nodded in an assured manner. "I was blind until last night... but when I did look at him, that's what I saw: affection, and caring."

Musica was tiring of the drums, he needed to expel his voice in song with a strong band behind him. And he had just the song. Running up to the front he patted Victor on the shoulder and told him what he wanted to do. Victor grinned and walked back to get the piano. The crowd eerily went silent, they were waiting to hear the angelic singing voice of Musica Brandt. The guys all stood around the piano as Musica sat down. Soon the music began, and everyone cheered for a few minutes. Everyone knew "Lean on Me" unless they'd lived in a cave for the past fifty years, and these people had not. It delivered well with them.

Tyler looked back at the girl who gripped his shoulder and smiled briefly to find it was Vanessa. She was trying to make him feel better, and that was enough for him to forget his anger. "I think you'd rather not. If I'm in the pit, there will be a Wall of Death. Maybe two if there isn't too many injuries." He said smiling as the two siblings both looked up at their dad, watching him closely. It was at this single moment they forgot their anger and sadness for him, but it wouldn't last. As he played and sung, the only thoughts they had were this is my father, I finally found him.

"It's kinda hard to change how you look at a person," Caroline ventured. "At the very least, you know he cares for you."
Unlike a certain chronically tardy elder brother who never visited her at ALL after her disastrous first day of school! Caroline sighed. She tried to stay upbeat, but her voice came out resigned. "Maybe he'll keep looking at you like that."

Vanessa couldn’t help it, she swayed in time to the tune and sang. She wasn’t a bad singer, either. She was in the choir at every school she’d ever attended, and was now in Bai Ching’s choir. She loved, loved, LOVED, the song.

"Maybe," Ari said hopefully with a smile. "You sure know how to make a girl feel un-stupid, Caroline!" she said, hugging the girl.

Musica and the guys finished up the song and they pushed the piano away. As he was about to start singing a version of "Time for Miracles" that would give Adam Lambert a run for his money, he looked down to spot his children with the friend of Ari's. It seems they came and found him anyway. "Looks like it's time. Suki, you can take it away doll." He said winking at the girl as she stepped up to the mic to sing. Everyone was gasping as Musica hopped off the stage to the young trio in the front. He began leading them away to a corner very near to Luli and Bo. Before anyone could speak, Musica hugged both of his children at the same time, making their eyes bulge slightly. "My little Sammy, my not so little Tyler, it seems it's time you knew." He said as he held himself away from them. His tank had already once more disappeared and he was just in his jeans, no shoes or anything. He looked over to the twins and gestured for them to come over.

"Sure thing," Caroline agreed. She smiled - she couldn't let her sadness ruin this moment for Ari. Caroline could go be sad and lonely somewhere else, at some other time - she sighed. she thought she felt her eyes p***k. Like she told Ari last night, she was feeling homesick. But, it was something a bit more than that. Dragons were sensitive, and had decent senses of empathy - especially when it came to family. And lately, her family had felt more and more distant. It scared her. "That's what I'm here for..."

Vanessa was as surprised as the twins seemed to be by the sudden hug Musica dealt them. She stood awkwardly at the edge, feeling like she didn't belong... she probably didn't. Biting her lip, she looked away.
