Nanzzy-chan Auriga La Shock The opposed has brought up evidence to provide that he is incapable of taking care of himself. The Court brings up the objection to your statement based on its opinionated source. Please provide evidence that will counter the plaintiff's evidence. As to the matter of threatening, if the plaintiff were to perform an action (that is more than words), then this Court will rule in favor of the defendant. ”Where is the edge of your darkest emotions? As I said, he doesn't need anyone to take care of him, as he has proven countless times that he can, in fact, take care of himself (as evidenced by his continuous effort to get himself back in good health and the fact that thus far, he has actually survived too); but, should anyone have to take care for him for whatever reason, I do believe I am the more suitable person, as I can satisfy his every need. And honestly, I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving anyone, especially my pet, in the hands of someone who is known for torture and killing.After hearing the evidence by both the defendant, Nanzzy, and the plaintiff, Minky, this Court rules in favor that the observed, Gera, is not a pet in its truest definition. He is a human who is willingly taking the role of pet, however can satisfy his own personal needs (as shown by the fact that he is still living). With this matter resolved, the matter of whom he belongs to is irrelevant. He has the sole decision as to who he will be a "pet" of. Mister Gera, you have three days to formally declare who you wish to belong to (if anyone at all). This Court is now adjourned. *slams gavel down on desk*
