If she did that, she'd essentially be claiming false ownership and stealing my pet, so I'd win, hands down emotion_awesome
Besides, Gera's voice in all this matters too emotion_awesome You would have to prove prior ownerships. Like receipts from when you bought him, shots against rabies, witnesses, and other such things. However, you must prove that Gera is "entirely" a pet. If he is found to be human, then you will go to jail. If he is found to be a pet, then you are fine. XD
We should do a court rp.
With a judge, have them do a rp fight over the ownership of Gera, proof if his a pet or not.
It would be something different.
