Cyrus would nod, it still felt strange staying in someone else's room, but he soon followed suit - after stashing the sweets away so people wouldn't forget to share and gorge themselves on the goodies, he turned for Silver's room and started to settle down for the night. In the meantime, Creed had taken the trip across town to his residence and had finally made it home, wasting little time in returning his equipment to its place before putting the samples in the chiller for later use. The sun had already started to rise by the time he'd gotten back, so after catching up on a few hours sleep, he decided to check his camera, sitting down at the laptop before opening the screen. "Hmm...that was a close one." the camera angle had shifted greatly - mostly due to Cyrus's rigorous shaking of his coat, but it didn't take long to reset the angle so the world wasn't set on its side. Leveling out the camera, Creed took a moment to flick back through the footage and although there was no sound, it wasn't hard to work out that someone had perhaps mentioned how 'sneaky' the scientist was and that they might have hidden a camera on Cyrus's person... The violent shaking of his old comrade's coat would have left many with the feeling of Motion Sickness, but Creed saw it through to the end, finishing up on the empty room now that everyone had gone to bed. "Well...that was enthralling." letting out a yawn, Creed pushed away from his desk and went into the kitchen to fetch himself something to eat. Once his hunger was sated, he retrieved the samples - from the same fridge - and headed into his lab to begin testing his serum. ~*~*~ Tala had been grateful for the advancement in his rank, but becoming a Delta didn't stop him from looking out for the little guy and he would quickly make his presence known when he spotted people picking on the little guy for fun. Although his chores differed from Crystal's, he would still make time to meet up with her, even if it wasn't necessarily all the time, he would share his experiences with her and listen to her tales if she had them to tell. In the times when it was quiet, Tala would take a moment to walk the gardens or peruse the library, he made sure to learn more about his rank and also took the time to read up on the the Citadel's history when he had the chance. He would quickly discover that Delta Rank members were entrusted with an array of different tasks; Some would work with the guards, helping to protect the city's borders, others would head out in small scouting groups - some to survey the land, some to collect supplies from other lands and others to gather new plants which would be first inspected by the healers - to see if they held any positive properties - before being delivered to the gardeners who might just decide to germinate them for transplanting in small pockets outside the walls. The fact he was being protected meant he wasn't necessarily allowed to join the groups that headed outside the city walls, but occasionally he was allowed to join a small splinter group on supply runs, collecting groceries and rations for use inside the palace. In these cases, if Gloria was to attend, he'd stick close to her, helping out in any way he could. The new uniform awarded him a little more respect, but the others were still quite wary of him. Quite surprisingly, he'd actually made a friend in the time that had passed, the guy was several years older than Tala, but Brynjolf - Bryn for short - had stepped in when a 'fellow Delta' had overstepped his mark. In Memory, Tala had found a Delta male bullying an Omega and rather than use his abilities to scare the man away - which after some time, now seemed to gather less effect as the ranks grew to recognise him - Tala had decided to confront the man face to face, standing between him and the Omega which seemed to rile the Delta immensely... Angered by the accusation - and also at being caught, the Delta had lunged forward, gripping Tala by the front of his uniform and thrusting him up against the wall, threatening to beat him for his insubordination, Bryn had happened to be in the right place at the right time and just as the man's fist moved to meet its mark, the male had grabbed it - mid-flight, buckling the man's arm behind his back before pushing him to the ground. "I needn't remind you who you were about to assault?" The man lifted his gaze, hoping to meet Tala eye to eye, but hiding a smirk when he realised that the youth had infact gone to ensure the Omega was alright, rather than standing there like frightened prey... "That lad is under protection of Lord Wolf himself," he pushed his knee into the man's back as he said this, "The fact he has stepped in must mean you were abusing your rank as Delta. Do I need to tell you what happens to those who abuse their rank?""If Anyone is abusing their rank, it's him!" the man snarled, "What right does he have to just waltz in here and start changing the rules to suit himself?!" What he meant by this was that it had been custom knowledge for the Deltas in the city to take their frustrations out on the Omegas, in a Wild Pack, the Omega would step in to break up fights, taking a few hits if necessary in order to diffuse any situations that may turn violent...or deadly. "I have seen no change in the rules, Olfrid." Brynjolf snarled back, "Omegas are there to disperse tensions, yes, but they are not targets to strike when you feel violent." he stepped back, allowing the man the opportunity to rise to his feet, "Now, unless you wish for Lord Wolf to find out, I suggest you walk away with your rank intact."The man would rise to his feet, glaring up at the younger male before keeping his head low as he moved to leave. As he passed the pair, he would make a mock lunge towards them, laughing as the Omega gave a whimper at the sudden advance, Tala did nothing more than flinch, stifling a growl as the man eventually disappeared from view. Grateful for the rescue, the Omega would bow profusely to them both before making a hasty exit, this left Tala alone with the male. "So you're the one they talk about...?" Brynjolf's expression was stern and he folded his arms across his chest as though he was unamused by the youth's actions, "I don't like bullies." Tala kept his gaze averted, expecting trouble for standing up for those less likely to stand up for themselves... he lifted his eyes as the male placed a hand on his shoulder, watching as it was retracted and then offered to shake instead, "Brynjolf.""Tala." he shook the male's hand, ducking down slightly as the same hand lifted and ruffled his hair, "I like your guts, kiddo," Bryn smirked, "But don't rely on that thing to protect you," he pointed to the bracelet which was ever present on Tala's wrist, "A lot of people can't see past their noses and won't hesitate to strike you for your arrogance."Tala's eyes drifted down towards the bracelet, then back up to the male as he turned to leave, "I'll see you around," he glanced back over his shoulder, raising his hand in a wave before making his way back down the corridor. Tala would stand there for a moment, then head off to look for something to do. ~*~*~ Dante had indeed discussed Lord Raven's proposition with his gang, asking their thoughts and noting that pretty much all were against the idea - and he couldn't blame them, Lady Tigress had a reputation for her violent outbursts and if any servant was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, they were liable for assault... It had stunned them however, when Jesse had put her name forward. Her excuse was that guard work bored her and she needed something to spice up her life a little. She was still a little upset that Tala hadn't come back with them, so rather than moping around, she opted to take the job and head to Lady Tigress's Citadel as a plant on the inside...

Lord Raven, when told Jesse was volunteering, he was unsure about it still yet figured it couldn't hurt. They could come up with an escape plan, have a small transmitter on her so it wouldn't be found so she can relay any data to him when she could. Plus if she could gain Lady Tigress's good graces enough then she might get some deeper inside info.
"It'll be risky...and dangerous but I think if we have an escape plan and she can control her temper then it should be fine. Do you think she can hold her tongue and control herself? Lady Tigress's beatings are brutal and not for someone who isn't accustom to taking damage." He would comment quietly, keeping his gaze forwards as he had a feeling he had company as he had hope to discuss about Jesse's choice with Dante.
If Dante or Jesse herself or someone else of the group were there and came forwards with an answer, he would turn his gaze over to them and he would listen closely. He would watch them then face forwards once more with a heavy sigh. "I don't want her tongue getting her into trouble cause her to possibly die over not being able to control it."
He would go quiet and listen while thinking. "Perhaps on the transmitter I give her there can be a panic setting that will alert me, you or both of us that she needs out of there ASAP. I could have at least two vehicles modified to handle faster speed so we would have a way to get there faster than normal to get her out. Maybe I find someone to customize two cycles or your group could customize two cycles to handle faster speed and carry two people easier...I'd even authorize weapons if it's found necessary." He explained and sat back, stretching as he was trying to think and plan for every possible outcome of this endeavor to learn more of what Tigress was planning.
~*~*~*~*~
In Delta Fire had made it to the storage. She eyed the guards and slipped down between it and an empty building. She eyed them closely then made her way along to the back and stepped back. She ran forwards and went up the wall before pushing off and used her boots, reaching the ledge of a window. She grunted as she pulled herself up some and used a dagger to remove a panel of glass.
She quickly stabbed it and laid it down gently. Fire reached in and managed to find the latch, opening the window. Oh thank you for the invite. Don't mind if I take it. She thought with a grin and slipped inside, coming down on top of a few crates that creaked under her weight. She wobbled but managed to balance herself. She released a breath of relief then moved carefully to get down to the floor.
Fire turned her gaze to the dim light around her and saw there were many supplies neatly stacked and organized. "This makes it that much easier for me." She muttered under her breath and began to look for mechanical parts. She found a few interesting pieces and picked them right off their shelf out of their boxes. She pocketed them and slipped a few into her messenger bag under her new cloak.
She also found a unique looking pistol and pocketed that as well. Should be fun to look this over, maybe upgrade my pistol more. She kept searching and listening for the guards.
"Do you think she's going to show up?" one soldier asked another.
"Yea, she's been in a pain in the arse all week so there's no doubt in my mind she'll show up. That's why I set up a little smoke trap in there." The other stated as he pointed inside the building with his thumb.
"Heh you're so devious. I like it. So...how will we know if she trips it?" the first asked.
"Oh, we'll know. It's a gas that makes the person who smells it dizzy and disoriented. Pretty smart I know." The second said proud of himself.
Fire inside did not hear this as she searched for more items to nab. She came across a box and summed a small flame on her finger, looking at it and was impressed as it was a high end portable motor. Tool could totally use this. Come to mama. She thought and reached, grabbing it. Her eyes widened in shock as a puff of rose colored smoke was blown into her face. She coughed and waved it away but stumbled backwards, crashing into some items.
The solders smirked at hearing this. "Bingo!" he called over others and they rushed in from the front. The bright lights went on and she yelled in pain and quickly let out flames from her mouth. The men yelled as they ran out while she struggled to get up. She managed to get out the window as as the building was burning up. She struggled to stand and even run without running into something or stumbling.
Everything looked to be moving and doubled. She struggled and breathed out ice behind her at times as she ran.
Walking home from the food vendor that had stayed open late, Annabell and a couple bags of produce. She slowed down and watched an area where she heard crashing. She blinked, her hair pulled back by request of her father. The mechanical eye was working better with her having been allowing it to be used.
She jumped when a female fell out with a couple trashcans. Annabell ran across the street and knelt by Fire. "Oh dear! Are you okay?"
"Hide me," Fire begged, coughing roughly. Annabell looked around then put both bags on one wrist and put Fire so one of her arms was over her shoulders. She began to stand and started to move across the street.
"Where do I go?" Annabell softly questioned and picked up the pace when hearing the solders.
"That way." She pointed and Annabel followed, going down the side street. "Move the man hole and throw me down."
"But..." She looked back, nervous and laid Fire down, removing the cover. Fire stood and stumbled over, falling in and dragging Annabell with her as the cover fell back into place. They fell and landed roughly and Fire laid still, sighing.
"They should come sooner or later." Fire moaned softly as she closed her eyes, not liking the way vision was doubled and head spun.
"They who?" Annabell asked worried.
"Friends so just relax." Fire said as she hoped what sprayed in her face would wear off.
"Who are you?"
"No one, just a shadow." Fire grumbled softly then inhaled deeply. "HEY IDIOTS!! GET YER BUTTS HERE AND HELP SO I DON'T DROWN!!" she screamed loudly and it echoed, causing Annabell to wince and hold her ears.
~*~*~*~*~
Leaf had left watching the up map. He was getting himself a sandwich and hadn't seen Fire's tracker was stationary inside one of the tunnels a mile or two away.
Tool came out with the kitten in hand and turned it on. "Okay lets try this." He cleared his throat. "Speak." The robot sat instead. "No, speak not sit." The kitten meowed after hearing the word 'sit'. Tool groaned putting his head on the table.

"Your concerns and mine are alike," Dante nodded, knowing Jesse well, he had indeed been hanging around, his intention to catch the Owl alone and speak with him about the mission before them, "Tala seemed to lessen her temper...when he was around that is, but she's been rather distant since we left him in Omega... Her tongue on the other hand...I can only hope our little experience with Lord Wolf might have taught her something in the way of restraint..." He didn't want to think what lengths Lady Tigress might go to in order to discipline the female should she step out of line... "It also depends on how swiftly someone can reach her...Which, regardless of any upgrades you might be able to find, I fear won't be fast enough..." Dante breathed a sigh and leant against the ledge overlooking wherever Lord Raven's gaze had travelled, "The more people we send as backup to protect her, the more lives we risk if she's found out..." he didn't want to admit it, but Jesse would have to undertake the dangerous task alone... "I have full faith in her though," he tried to force his naturally confident smile, but even he wasn't sure she'd be able to pull it off... ~*~*~ Cyrus observed the kitten as it appeared to misunderstand Tool's seemingly simple orders... "Perhaps you've got the right wires in the wrong places?" he wasn't entirely up to snuff with all the technological pieces, but general automatons worked when everything was in the correct place... He watched as it made the sound upon the command to sit, then tilted his head as he heard another sound that didn't quite sound catlike at all... "What was that?" unaware it was Fire's shout for assistance far in the distant tunnels, he looked to Tool, then turned to look at Leaf as he prepared himself something to eat. He was more than a few years older than the pair, but his hearing was still efficient enough that he could tell the different sounds of creatures when he was back out in the Wilderness... ~*~*~ "Your guardians aren't with you tonight then?" Tala, who had seated himself out on the roof overlooking the courtyard, turned his head at the voice, watching as Brynjolf climbed out through the open window before making his way carefully across the tiles. "I just needed to escape for a while..." He appreciated the care and consideration that had gone into protecting him, but having a guard almost 24/7 was really starting to wear him down... "I can leave you be if you want me to?" Bryn had started to sit down, but paused, looking to the male enquiringly before Tala shook his head, waving for him to sit, "I can understand where you're coming from though... I don't think I could handle it myself.""I'm not ungrateful or anything, infact, I feel I've learnt so much in the time I've been here..." Tala had drawn his knees up to his chest at this point, "It's just...I kinda miss the world outside... y'know?" his eyes were set on the vista just visible over the top of the castle walls, he missed the freedom he'd had in the outlands, the long walks, the hunting, sleeping out under the stars... "That's the trouble with being on someone's hit-list..." Bryn frowned, casting his gaze down as he spoke, "You either run away and spend the rest of your life looking over your shoulder, or you seek shelter and end up becoming a prisoner in your own sanctuary..." Tala noted the tone in the male's voice and tilted his head, glancing away as Bryn lifted his eyes, "You sound like you speak from experience." Tala returned his gaze to the horizon, his eyes flicking back towards the male as he spotted movement, Bryn changed his position, swinging his legs round before drawing one up to his chest and resting an arm on his knee, "You're not the only stray that Lord Wolf has given shelter to," he smiled, then followed Tala's gaze as he recalled memories from his past, "I used to run with the Big Dogs back in Rydol, was a bodyguard for a Guy called Enok LaFrey, nasty piece of work, had plenty of pit dogs running errands for him around the city, but he had a weakness for the ladies..."He could picture the man now, tall, well dressed, a long jacket with a fur trim that hung past his knees and flowed outwards with every step he took, a female on either arm as he tipped his hat to whomever caught his eye... "It was a good deal, I was paid well and even got to vent some frustration on anyone who dared challenge the guy...but it only took one girl to bring the whole lot crashing down..." It wasn't hard to guess but Tala remained silent, listening as Bryn explained how the female had been given to Enok as a gift by another gang leader, but she had infact come from another citadel where she had only agreed to go along so she could afford the medicine for her father... "Elizabeth," he breathed a sigh, "She didn't realise what she was getting herself into, but didn't deserve the life that lay ahead of her.""So you broke her out...?" Tala had torn his gaze from the world outside in order to fully comprehend Brynjolf's story, "What else?" Bryn finally locked eyes with the youth, "We found our way down into the sewers - not the best exit, I must admit, but it allowed us to leave the city altogether, we then took a land-bus to Dangu to find her father..." "And?""We found him, but not before Enok found us." Tales like this rarely ended well, but Brynjolf clearly planned to tell it to the end, "There was quite a battle and I ended up taking down more than a few good friends in the fight, but in the end, Eliza and her father were able to escape and I went on the run..." It was clear he wasn't going to 'get the girl' in this story, but Bryn didn't seem too upset about it, "Enok was apparently killed by my replacement a few months later, rubbed the guy up the wrong way and got the sharp end of the blade for his crimes I reckon, but by then, I'd made a fresh start here and saw little point in returning...Nothing left for me after that.""So you've been here ever since..." Tala dropped his eyes, he'd enjoyed the tale, but felt sorry for the male in regards to losing out on a happy ending... "But you're no longer hunted, why would you stay when you can...""...I would think Eliza has moved on by now," Bryn sighed, leaning back so he could look up at the sky, "Besides, I've got a good life here, a roof over my head, food on the table, money in my pocket...""But...""...Yeah." he forced a smile, closing his eyes as the cool breeze crossed the rooftop, "It might have been nice,"They sat there in silence for a moment, Tala watched the man quietly, then rose to his feet, "I'd better get going..." he looked back to the window from which he'd come, "Lots of things to do in the morning...""...Right." Bryn nodded, getting up and dusting his pants off, "I'm pretty busy myself." he followed the male towards the window, holding back to allow him to enter first, "I hope you find her some day," Tala watched as Bryn closed the window behind them, "Likewise," Brynjolf nodded, "See you later then I guess," Tala nodded and the pair turned to head their separate ways, with the youth casting a final glance over his shoulder before turning the corner and taking on his wolf form as he headed towards Lord Wolf's chambers.

Lord Raven looked to Dante and sat back with a sigh. "Maybe we could set up a scout team nearby that's just out of sight. They would be close enough to rescue when needed." He pondered over that thought. They could come up with a device to cloak a tent so they could have a scout team out and ready to go when needed but to get through all the gate systems Lady Tigress had set up would be the time delayer.
"But those gates would need to be gotten around to get in fast enough if we would need to. I don't want you losing a member of your team and I would like to know for a sure fact that Jesse wouldn't lose her control of her tongue to Lady Tigress. Lord Wolf does not put up with that either but Lady Tigress is far worse than he is." He sighed and pushed some hair back.
"I'm also wondering how Lady Snake found out who the criminal was so easily when none of Delta's team of investigator's could and they are known to be part of the top best." He said as a side comment with it being a side thought. "You know our teams have been working long and hard and we could not find any matches with anyone in the systems yet she did. How is what I am wondering." He muttered quietly under his breath. "How in Aphelia did she learn who killed Lord Dragon and have such confidence she was 100% right? It troubles me to what lengths or connections she has to give her this level of knowledge behind our backs."
He took a breath and sighed. "But back to Jesse, sorry I had to get that out there, if we sent two people her and someone else then it could seem suspicious, you think? If they were to pose as siblings I don't think Lady Tigress would suspect anything but..." his face went grim, "that would mean the possible loss of two lives instead of one should she turn violent. Then again there's also the chance that one could get the other out safely into hiding and then call for help on the transmitter...."
He looked to Dante once more seeing the smile. "I trust your judgment and I trust your team. If you think she can handle it alone and she things she can handle it alone, then, I'll have a transmitter set up that can send out messages discretely on a closed channel long distance. I'll make sure it doesn't stick out from anything else so no one suspects, or shouldn't suspect, she's up to anything or has anything out of the ordinary."
~*~*~*~*~
In Delta, Fire sighed and growled. "HEY! I'M ANNOYED AND SOMEONE'S GONNA GET THEIR EYEBROWS BURNED OFF!" she screamed with irritation as the stuff hadn't worn off yet. "Just my luck, it has to be a long lasting spray." She moaned with defeat as she closed her eyes.
Annabell shivered as she stayed put. She was too nervous to move and afraid of this woman now who just threatened to burn people's eyebrows off. What is with her? She didn't seem so violent before. Maybe father was right about strangers being violent drunks.
At the hideout, Tool thought and nodded, going in and switching the cords around. Leaf turned with his food done and made his way over, looking at the screen. "Hey how long as Fire's dot been in the tunnels?"
Tool looked up from his fiddling as he connected the last wire back into place. "Um...maybe for a few minutes or longer without moving and...I think me and Cyrus heard something in the tunnels a little bit ago...." he trailed off and perked his head up. "And um just now..." he flushed a little embarrassed he didn't realize this sooner.
Leaf groaned and moved towards the door to leave. "I'll go find her." He groaned, putting his food down on the table. "No touching that Tool."
"I won't touch it! You always add mayo to it and I hate mayo." The teen stuck his tongue out in disgust.
Leaf left and began to make his way towards where he saw her locater indicated. It took him a few minutes and if Cyrus came along then he wouldn't argue it. He didn't know what shape Fire was in or what she had brought back with her.
When he found her lying on the ground he quickly approached and got down by her side. "Fire! You okay?" he then looked up to see Annabell. "Who are you?"
"Um, no one, just someone who found her and helped her when she asked." Annabell meekly answered back. She was nervous seeing him and started to shrink back some.
Leaf sighed not wanting her scared. If Cyrus came along he would turn to him. "Can you get Fire or you can help her home as I tend to Fire?" if Cyrus was there and said he'd help with Fire then Leaf would let him handle her as he, Leaf, went up to Annabell. "It's okay, don't be scared. It'll be fine. How about I walk you home and you can get back to a normal life?"
"Nothing's normal after that disaster happened or after they took my sister." She muttered quietly before letting him help her stand. She and Leaf would leave if Cyrus had come along.
If Cyrus didn't come along then Leaf would lift Fire up so she was supported by his body and motion to Annabell. "Come on, let's go. I'll get Fire in bed then I'll escort you home. Okay?" she would silently nod and follow him back to the base.
Once back in the base Fire would sigh and weather Leaf or Cyrus asked her what happened she would simply groan at them and roll her eyes. "I fell for a trick. I got the component though...after getting sprayed in the face with some weird gas that has made everything spin and double on me."
If Leaf was told this he would shake his head. "I've never heard of something like that. I hope it wears off but if it don't by morning then we'll need to figure out some way of curing you of it."
"I'll be fine." Fire said sighing hotly. "I just need to get it out of my system and I'll be good to go."
"You're getting rest and we'll figure out what that stuff is in case it isn't out of your system by morning or tomorrow night." Leaf said sternly if he were there with them.
If Annabell had come back to the main part then she would stand in a corner, ignored by Tool who was giving the kitten orders and clapping with joy when it would work. It was still a bit picky but working now. She would stay put until Leaf or Cyrus walked her home to make sure she got back safely.
~*~*~*~*~
Lady Snake smiled as hours later she had a visitor, extending a hand and taking the package which had multiple vile's ready to be put into specialized darts. She made her way to the messenger, marking the box and sending it out on its way to Delta to the guards there.

Dante would listen understandingly as Lord Raven spoke of his concerns, it wasn't that the male didn't have his own fears, but he had learnt that when times were hard, he couldn't protect everyone - that and there was also that underlying fact that you can only keep them close for so long before they begin to fight against you and act against your will...even if you were only trying to look out for them... "I would trust her with my own life if I had to." Dante nodded reassuringly. "By all means, set up a guard outside the citadel, but if something's going to happen, it can't always be prevented..."He couldn't understand how Lady Snake had come across such information, but knew he could easily have revealed Fire's identity to the Owl much sooner - especially as she'd lived with them for such a short time... Still, Dante wasn't the kind of person to throw an important ally to the wolves, and with Lord Silver being a very close acquaintance to the female, he could have brought an entire city down upon the gang if he'd said anything... "She will be ready before sunrise," he started to prepare to leave, turning and looking around to ensure they were still alone. "I'll have her equipped with the transmitter before she leaves and I'll also ensure we maintain some form of contact with her, even if it's only intermittent."~*~*~ Cyrus would follow Leaf as he moved to locate Fire. He felt bad for not acting sooner, but with his limited knowledge of the location, he might have made matters worse by taking a wrong turn and getting himself lost. Once they located the pair, Cyrus would move to her side, leaving Leaf to tend to the stranger - He was secretly hoping Fire would still be reasonably accepting of his help after what he'd done for her. If she allowed, he would lift Viola up into his arms, carrying her back to the hideout once Leaf had talked the stranger into accompanying them back, he would then set the female down on her own bed before turning to Leaf who would soon tell her that she needed to rest. ~*~*~ Routines had always been part of his life and with the new circumstances, and of course the chores that came with them, Tala would arise just before dawn, pulling on his uniform and leaving his room just in time to hear the birdsong as the creatures that nestled in the trees inside the courtyard sprung into life... The morning was a crisp one, with a fresh haze covering the ground as he walked through the garden within the palace walls. He breathed deep, this was as close to being back in the outlands as he could get and he relished the moments before the light would start to creep over the walls. "...Bright and early. I like that."The voice made him flinch and Tala turned to watch as Brynjolf pushed away from the wall, unfolding his arms as he walked towards him, "I didn't expect anyone else to be up...well...except for the Omegas..." Tala watched him advance, averting his eyes respectfully, "Normally nobody is," Bryn rolled his eyes at the male's actions, then shot him a smile, reaching out and ruffling his hair, "I've decided I'd like to get to know you better, so we're going on a little trip." He was still mostly in uniform, but this morning, he'd forgone wearing his jacket and instead wore a black tank top which revealed several tattoos that traversed his arms and no doubt spread across his back, "A trip?" Tala lifted his gaze, his mouth opening slightly in confusion, "But there's nowhere really to go...unless you mean...""Outside.""Outside?!" Shocked, Tala drew back as the older male held up his hands in an attempt to quiet him, "But you know I can't..." he shook his head, "If anyone saw...""Hush, that's why we're up early...right?" Bryn placed a hand on Tala's shoulder, glancing around before looking the male in the eye, "Surely there's no other reason you walk the gardens alone at such an hour?" he tilted his head, knowing he was right. "C'mon, it'll only be for a couple of hours, then we'll slip back in."Tala looked away in thought, then locked gaze with the male and nodded, "Okay...but only for a couple of hours.""That's the spirit." Bryn beamed, then turned, starting off at a swift walking pace towards the corner of the garden, "I know a route down past the gates, we'll slip past the guards and then we can go from there." he glanced over his shoulder to make sure Tala was sticking close, then led the way towards the hidden path.

Lord Raven nodded. "I have a longer range chip that can be installed to give it a stronger strength. Make sure it's tuned to a secure channel so no one should be able to pick up on it, or not right away in any case." He stood and watched Dante leave. "I wish her the best of luck. I'll send a vehicle with the chip later so she can leave by sunrise." He then went inside himself to take care of any business there was that needed tending to.
~*~*~*~*~
Fire hadn't fought back against Cyrus, letting him carry her back. She would sigh when laid down and roll her eyes at Leaf's lecture. "Look, I'll be fine, okay." She snapped.
"I don't care what you think. I care about facts and the fact is that you got hit by some weird gas that we've not encountered until now that literally made you a capturable target!" he heatedly snapped back.
"You worry too much!" she snapped and huffed, rolling over and covering up with her back towards them both.
Leaf heavily sighed, taking her bag and cloak off her first and putting them up. He did open her bag out in the main room on the table and looked at all the components and things she managed to grab, including one that had a small wire with a small canister attached. "Dang it, what are we going to do?" he would look to Cyrus if he came then sat down at the able, looking at the small set up. "They knew what she wouldn't turn down. This is a high end piece of hardware. It can sell for nearly 500."
Fire would lay in her bed, eyes closed but was listening to them speak.
~*~*~*~*~
In Omega the next day, Crystal got up on time and began her work to get things all set up for everyone. She wasn't aware about Tala and Bryn's plans but was looking forwards to hours later having breakfast with Tala should his chore schedule allow.
Gloria would be up patrolling the area as well with the soldiers, searching and making sure all was secure in the castle. She had seen Tala and Bryn talking but thought nothing more of it, continuing on her way and work.
~*~*~*~*~
Later into the morning, the package arrived to the Delta guards. One of them opened it and showed the contents to their commander. He nodded and had the stuff loaded up in the right ammo so they would have a second gun ready to use on Viola next time they saw her.
Below ground, Viola had woken with her stomach growling and she stumbled her way out of bed and into the main area. She got to the fridge and pulled out a roll with a bottle of water. She felt lazy and didn't want to prepare anything. She made her way over and sat roughly in a chair, sighing and took a bite of the roll, groaning. Her head was still slightly spinning but it was not as bad.
"Ugh its still here." She moaned quietly as she chewed and swallowed then got another bite of the roll.

"This way," giving the youth a nudge as he seemed to hesitate the closer they got to the guard station beside the gates, Brynjolf led the way off to the side, using the undergrowth to shield them as they found a small break in the wall before sliding through. "Careful now," The man's tattooed arm suddenly shot out, blocking Tala's advance as he stepped out and almost off the edge of the wall that was directly beyond the break. "Give me your hand." As Tala did so, he would lower the male to the ground before joining him and urging him off to the right - away from the guard station. This was the first bit of excitement Tala had experienced in what felt a long time and Tala's heart was beating fast as he followed the older male down another small path before slowing as Bryn turned back with a smile, "Check this out." he beckoned him forward, then turned to look at the view that spread out before them. "...Whoa." He'd never seen the city from this angle, all the houses that spread out in neat rows, he could clearly make out the square where Lord Wolf had released all those creatures in the Festival of the Hunt, he could even just make out the large gates on the other side where many would enter from the Wilds to trade... "I like to sit here sometimes," Bryn had placed a foot on the small wall and rested his right arm on his knee, "It's sheltered, so unless people are really looking, they can't see anything." he smirked, then patted the youth on the back, "Wanna go down?" he met Tala's gaze, then chuckled and pulled up the male's hood, "This way."~*~*~ "If it's worth 500, then it'll be too hot to sell, not even the Fences will take an item so obviously stolen..." Cyrus had often needed to use such retailers in the past when he'd taken down creatures that had belonged to Lord Dragon - it was a punishable offense, but luckily he'd known someone else that dealt with...degradable trophies, but Creed would be no use to them this time and so he exhaled a sigh and sat down, "Unless Tool can use it, which I guess is why she brought it back, then it's almost useless to us..." He couldn't at that time think of anything that would help their cause, but he sympathised with Viola and understood why she'd gone to such lengths to bring it back... "I would think she meant well though... She has great skill, but it's only a matter of time before her luck runs out..." he hadn't known the female for long, but felt he cared some for her and would have hated to see her come to harm at the hands of the guards...or the Owls for that matter. ~*~*~ "What is the meaning of this?!" Tigress hissed, pointing a clawed finger towards the guards as they led the female into the hall and towards her throne, "Filous!" she ordered, watching as the man leapt from where he had sat beside her on the floor before skittering down the stairs towards them. "You intrude on her Ladyship's recreation time, why is this?" he attempted to puff himself up in order to look more threatening, but the glare of the guard made him recoil a little and instead he looked to the female herself, "A gift, Milady," Ignoring Filous altogether, the guard, who had been Logir in disguise gave Jesse a shove forwards before his comrade, - Renn, forced her to her knees at the bottom of the stairs, "The Lords felt you could use another slave for your bidding." he hoped that sounded right, yet was grateful that the helmet he wore hid everything but his eyes, "A Gift?!" Tigress narrowed her eyes at the treatment of the female and sat up, sliding her legs over the edge of her throne before leaving the nail-file with which she'd been filing her claws, on the side. "I have enough slaves." she rose now, lifting a hand and recalling Filous to her side, "Send her back from whence she came.""But Your Ladyship...! It came from the greatest of Lords..." Renn stammered, trying hard to keep his composure before the Owl herself... "It!?" With lightning speed, Tigress lunged forward, slamming Renn in the chest and casting him across the room before glaring at Logir who drew back, "On your feet." Tigress turned towards Jesse who lifted her eyes before turning her head and rising, "Be gone." she hissed at the guards as Logir moved to retrieve Renn from where he'd fallen, She would watch in silence as the pair took their leave, then turn her glare towards Jesse who was beginning to regret her decision to come... "Your Name." the Tigress regarded her with narrowed eyes, "Whatever you wish to call me...Mistress..." Jesse kept her eyes down, flinching as the Tigress reached out with a clawed hand and drew her blonde hair from the collar around her neck, "Name.""...Lily," Jesse hated using an alias, but it was necessary so she didn't draw any unwanted attention... "Hmm..." the Tigress was silent for a moment, then with a single movement of her hands, the chains that had bound the female dropped to the ground, "Come.""But Mistress... What of Me?" Filous scampered close to his Ladyship's side, casting a glare towards Jesse as Tigress waved him away, "You'll find your place." she climbed the stairs and retook her throne, ushering Jesse forward to sit on the floor by her side. This felt a little too easy, but Jesse nodded, moving swiftly before turning her head to avoid the glare from Filous as he took his place on the less preferred side of Tigress's throne... Once outside and still recoiling from the blow, Renn radioed in that 'the package had been delivered' before allowing Logir to assist him in making their way back to the village square where they would meet the team that were gathering supplies for their lengthy stay outside the gates...

Leaf sighed nodding. "I doubt we can sell it any time soon if ever." He looked the part over. "Tool might be able to find some use for it. If anything, we could use it as a bargaining chip if we ever need to deal with the underbelly of a citadel."
Fire listened to them talk as she ate and wished it would wear off already. She wanted to be able to do her running that night. She didn't like being stuck inside. She heard the comment about her luck and grumbled as she finished the roll. "I'm good. I got skill and my luck won't run out." She complained so the pair would hear her while looking towards them, taking a drink of water. "I've always gotten out of things." She was leaving out the fact that if it hadn't been for Renn and the others then she would not have gotten away from Ritzu.
~*~*~*~*~
Gloria watched the pair moving after she'd finish patrolling and frowned. She moved and leaped down, glaring to them. "Where are you two going?" she questioned sternly, her arms folding. "You know Lord Wolf doesn't want Tala outside the walls and why he doesn't. It's dangerous for him because we don't know when Lady Tigress will strike again."
She sighed and would listen to what Bryn would have to say. She snorted and huffed. "You know that it isn't that he hates Tala being outside to have freedom but it isn't all that safe. What happens if Lady Tigress sends her shifters? How would you counter them?"
She then turned her eyes to Tala. "And you," she put her hands on her hips, "I know you like your freedom as any pup does but you should know more than anyone, due to your first had experience with them, how dangerous the shifters are she uses. Because not only are they shifters but they are trained assassins. My team may also do the same thing but we are feline, not shifters and we also have standards whereas they don't."
Gloria took a breath and sighed before looking to Bryn again. "How can I be sure you won't end up losing him? Or keep him out so he's late on starting his duties? I know there's more to life than just work as does Lord Wolf know this but we also know how dangerous Lady Tigress is and she's been laying quiet. This worries his Lordship very much because we don't know what her Ladyship is planning nor when she'll pounce again to try and reclaim the one she views as a pet."
She folded her arms watching them and would listen to their try at reason behind their little exploring outside the walls so early. She would eventually sigh and lower her head, closing her eyes. "Fine but I'm following you guys from a distance to make sure no one and nothing surprise attacks you. You'll need backup if she has sent out any assassins to snag Tala. Also, this will be for me to ensure you don't overstay your exploring. There are chores and his Lordship does like things neat as well as people having something to do for pay."
Gloria looked to Tala then Bryn before stepping back. "I'm watching and no funny business." She said and was gone, leaping back and going out of sight but she could see them even if they couldn't see her.
~*~*~*~*~
A female guard sent with them by Lord Raven for extra hand paid a vendor for the apples, carrots, grapes and oranges she'd just bought. She also had bought a few bottles of drinks. She was enjoying her shopping with the other team getting the other items they would need for their extended stay outside the gates. She wasn't fully used to stakeouts but was skilled with long range shooting with her sniper riffle that was in the tent.
"Oh that looks good. What is it?" she asked the different vendor about the unique looking peach.
"It's a peach fused with a strawberry." The male vendor answered pleased.
"Oh how much?"
"15 each."
"That sounds fair. I'll take 6." She handed over the 90 and he gave her the 6 peachy strawberries. "Thank you, have a nice day sir!" she waved while stepping away.
"Thank you, you come again!" he waved back and greeted another customer that came up to his stand.
She made her way over to look at some other things while waiting. She was concerned what was keeping them. She would look over and started looking at the items for sale while heading towards where Renn and Logir would be coming from. Blair saw them and smiled, approaching them carefully. She had been distracted so didn't hear the report in her ear piece. "How did it go?" she asked softly, dressed in similar garb as they were.

"Ah, Gloria...!" Brynjolf turned round as she made her presence known, "I thought you were still checking up on the Omegas..." he scratched the back of his head like he'd been caught red handed, then looked to Tala, "I just thought the kid could use some fresh air...outside of the castle walls." he mumbled the last part, well aware of what had happened previously and how dangerous it was to wander around with the risk that Tigress's goons were still lurking somewhere... "I just thought, with the fact they broke in last time, it wouldn't make any difference where he was if they came back for another try...?"Tala listened intently as he fumbled for an excuse of his own, Bryn was right though, if the shifters had found their way inside the castle before, who was to say being outside the perimeter walls wouldn't put him any less at risk? He would drop his gaze when Gloria reminded them that espionage wasn't the shifter's only profession... "He's not gonna be that easy to lose, Gloria," Bryn rolled his eyes, placing a hand on the male's shoulder, "Besides, hasn't he earnt even a little down time?" He'd been watching Tala for a while now and hadn't seen him take a single day to himself, which as a Delta, with the opportunity to have a day off at least once a week seemed more than a little unfair... "I'm sure even you get the chance to let your hair down sometimes, right?""I didn't think it would be so bad...seeing as it's so quiet down there?" Tala finally broke his silence, glancing at the city below before looking to Gloria, "I've got my hood too...so if I keep it up, maybe nobody will recognise me?""Most folks will be still half asleep anyway," Bryn added, "The Boss has gotta loosen the leash at some point, it'll only drive the kid nuts if he stays shut inside all the time...Besides, you could be holding back on some real Delta Potential," He patted his chest with his right fist - a motion most Deltas did through acknowledgement of one another and respect of their rank. There would be a moment of silence following this, then Bryn's expression would lighten as Gloria finally seemed to cave and agree to let them go - even if it was only for a short while...and under her hawk-like scrutiny. "Let's get going before she changes her mind." Brynjolf turned when Gloria made her exit, taking a few paces before glancing back as Tala finally cottoned on that they were allowed to continue on their little adventure down to the city below. The male followed swiftly, looking over his shoulder as though searching for wherever the female might be hiding... ~*~*~ Tigress sat upon her throne, her clawed fingers tapping irritably upon the arm rest as she glared across the room to where the guards led in another visitor who had sought an audience with the Owl... Jesse sat upon a small pile of cushions to the right of the throne, it wasn't overly uncomfortable, but she found herself growing increasingly bored as the time passed by. Inevitably, thoughts crossed her mind as to whether or not Tala had been forced to sit there as she was now, listening to every conversation, yet remaining silent for fear of a beating if he spoke out of turn... But Lady Tigress had not made any move towards her in such a way, in fact she had been quite lenient, merely scolding her for speaking out of turn, rather than physically beating her like she had expected... Jesse had only been testing the water when she had interrupted that first meeting and now came to the conclusion that Lady Tigress had taken pity upon her because of how much she hated the fact that because 'Lily' was a female, she had been regarded as nothing more than 'It' by the Guards who had brought her in... She felt sorry for Renn and hoped the male was alright, but she was also shocked as how swiftly Tigress had moved to discipline him. Every now and again, the guards would lead someone through the doors, be it a tradesman or a farmer, a Lord or a suitor. Tigress would regard each one differently, but in the end, they would leave either content, or unamused. One man in particular was dragged away by the guards, cursing the fact that the Woman refused to agree to something he felt was more than worth her time... "I'm sure you find this all rather boring..." Jesse lifted her gaze as Tigress spoke, watching as the doors closed behind the man, "...It is, a little." Jesse wasn't sure how her reply would be received, but hearing the Owl sigh, she felt perhaps it had been an appropriate comment for that moment in time. "However do you cope?""It has its benefits..." The female leant her chin on her fist as she rested her elbow on the arm of the throne and slouched in her place, "But it is also necessary to keep the peace.""If you don't mind me saying, that guy didn't leave very peacefully..." Jesse looked to the door as one of the guards returned, taking his place. "You can't please everyone." Lady Tigress lifted her free hand to adjust a stray hair that was annoying her before sitting up and leaning forward, "Filous!" The shout was sudden, but the man came a-scampering almost immediately. "Mistress!" he stumbled on the steps and bowed profusely where he had fallen, "What is it I can do for you?" he lifted his head to regard the female, casting a glare towards Jesse whilst he had the chance, "I'm hungry. Hold my meetings and fetch me something to eat." she leant back on her throne, ushering him away with a mere wave of her hand, "At Once, Mistress!" Bowing once more, the man made a hasty exit, leaving the pair in the silence of the throne room, hearing nothing but his footsteps as they disappeared up the corridor. "So where do you hail from?" It wasn't until the large doors had closed that Tigress finally broke the silence, turning her head to regard her new throne-companion. "...Me?" Jesse lifted her gaze, "Well I couldn't care less where my guards come from." Tigress replied sarcastically, rolling her eyes at the female's reply, She didn't like that comment, but Jesse knew she had to hold her tongue, it had barely been a few hours since she had been left by the guys and she knew Dante would be pretty peeved if she botched the plan before the first day was out... "I'm from Rydol." Maybe that wasn't the best location to give, but it was one she knew - if she'd said Delta, there was a chance the Owl could call her bluff and ask her something she couldn't answer... "Hn..." Tigress raised an eyebrow, then leant back on her fist again, "Could I hazard a guess as to who might have gifted you to me then...?" she wasn't overly fond of guessing games, but if it passed the time... A guessing game... Jesse hadn't expected that, but then again, Tigress was still rather young, "Guess away," there was a grumble and Jesse could only assume it was because she'd left off the 'Mistress' part of her reply, "Lars?" she turned in her seat, folding her arms and resting her head in them, "You're attire isn't as dusty as I would expect from the fields, but there is that familiar damp scent you get with the Underground Market.""Lars? Gross! No way." Jesse shook her head, "That sleazeball wouldn't give anything away without asking for something in return." She had dealings with the man in the past and knew how hard it was to get anything worthwhile from the guy. "...Sorry." Her sudden recollection of Dante's 'how to speak appropriately infront of the Owls' struck her mind and she looked up towards Lady Tigress, half expecting another scolding... "You're right." Jesse relaxed when she realised Tigress had taken her comment as it was, "That Fetcher isn't worth the print on his own coin." she lay her head to the side, "Sereg?""Nope." She held out her arms, "...I might be bruised, but marked, I am not." the man wasn't nicknamed the Blood Lord without reason. Many of his slaves had been tested and marked for the pureness of their blood, if they were of a certain calibre, they would be marked and they blood sold to the highest bidder - it wasn't called the black market without reason... "It's disgusting how someone can do such..." Even Tigress was sickened by the thought, "Okay, fine...one last try." She lifted her gaze as Filous returned with a plate of delicacies, setting it down on a nearby table, "Vermilion." The guy had been an ally of their gang for years ever since Dante had saved his stock from a rogue trader, Jesse knew that if she declined another guess, the Owl could grow irritable... Vernon Vermilion it was. Besides...the guy would understand, right? "Ever a gentleman...even to his slaves," Jesse nodded, noting the gleeful expression on Tigress's face. "I must send him my gratitude..." accepting an unexpected gift from the blonde bombshell rarely carried any repercussions, the man had often showered those he liked with gifts...maybe Tigress had finally caught his eye? She seemed pleased with the thought and sat back, dismissing Filous who shot Jesse a glare as he sat down on the opposite side of the throne...it was clear he was unimpressed with the fact he'd been relocated and Jesse was sure she would pay the consequences later on... ~*~*~ Logir would acknowledge Blair as he assisted Renn in their walk towards the gates, "Dispatch is a success...but Renn might need to take a rest..." he held the male's arm over his shoulder, supporting him as they walked, "Might have said the wrong thing to her Majesty..." he smirked, grateful it had gone better than planned, "Are those Peachy Strawberries?" Renn perked up a little at the sight, then gave a groan and held his stomach as the muscles complained from the impact, "...Urgh...I might have one later...if I make it..." he winced, looking towards the gates and wondering if he would survive the trip back to camp. "You'll be fine." Logir rolled his eyes, "Are we ready to go?" If the answer was yes, he would follow Blair closely, assisting Renn as they walked towards the gates.

Gloria made her way from her hiding spot, keeping an eye open for anything suspicious.
~*~*~*~*~
Tool had woken later that day as Fire went back to bed. He looked at the part and thought over what he could do with it. He spent most of the day fiddling with it and finding different things to try it in, even thinking of how it could benefit them weapon wise or power wise.
~*~*~*~*~
Blair nodded. "Yup and I am sure you'll make it." She let a small cute giggle out and looked over to see a pair of twins walk over with other supplies such as other easy to store foods and drinks, like fresh water and first aid supplies for just in case they would need extra.
"We're ready to go." The twin male and female said together, being named Riwing and Liwing or Ri and Li for short. They weren't sure their parents thought about the future for their names that sounded adorable then but were odd sounding as adults.
Blair lead the way with them out of the market and to the gates, easily exiting and began to make her way towards their camp. She kept an ear open and her wits about her, getting into their transport. She would wait until they were in before starting the quiet engine and taking off down the road. She waited until they were a good distance away before activating the cloaking device, curtasy of Lord Raven.
She would circle back around and park at their base of operations that was close to the outer wall yet a good distance to not be easily noticed or for them to be heard by the guards working inside the citadel. Later when they got to camp, she stopped, turned off the vehicle and got out, grabbing her bags. "I hope the package can hold her own in there." She commented quietly while making her way inside the spacious tent.
Riwing rolled his eyes. "You know she can, she did good in taking lessons, right?"
Liwing nodded. "She did, I saw she had control before Logir and Renn took her inside to deliver her. I'm just confused it had went so easily." She looked to Logir. "You don't think her Ladyship suspected anything, do you?"
She'd wait on an answer after grabbing the supplies she had bought and began to make her way inside with her brother.
~*~*~*~*~
It would be later that night when Fire would wake and quietly make her way out of the base, a fresh stash of bullets in her bag and her daggers charged and ready to go. She would make her way out and onto the street, looking around before leaping up to get a higher view point to what was going on in Delta. She took a breath and sighed after a few moments. "Things are quiet...that's unnerving."
Viola looked over to see a truck coming in. "Wonder what that is..." she whispered and moved to follow it. The truck stopped at the station and she watched. Her eyes widened as she saw a man stumbling out in chains before being tripped in his cloak.
"Hah, stupid old man." One guard said while laughing and kicking him on the ground.
"I know, right? This guy is the feared Lysin? What a joke." He also kicked the seemingly defenseless old man.
Fire growled, gritting her teeth and drew her daggers. Now they're dead! She thought and swiftly, without a second thought, jumped off the building. She opened her mouth and shot out flames, burning a couple guards as she landed, slashing back one and stabbing another.
Gunfire erupted onto her as she turned, taking damage but powered through it, wounding and slaying as many as she could with her daggers and fire breath. The guards she could see crawling off after her minutes long attack, she ignored, turning her attention to the man on the ground. "Master Lysin! Master Lysin, are you alright?" she asked quickly while looking him over the best she could.
He nodded silently before coughing, rolling over to hid a gun he drew. "Don't worry master, I'm here now and no one will harm you or anyone anymore." She promised as she laid a hand on his back. "Tell me where and show me where you hurt and I'll make sure you get medical treatment after I remove your shackles."
"You're so kind." The man said in a quiet, shaking voice.
Viola twisted her face in confusion hearing this. "Master? Your voice...it doesn't sound-" he put the gun against her belly and fired the dart, causing it to inject her. She grunted and her eyes widened as she tried to understand what she was feeling. ".....right...." she whispered as her body started to collapse and go limp as her vision began to darken.
The man smirked removing his cloak. "I know, sweetie and is her Ladyship gonna be happy to see you. Nighty nighty, deadly fireball." He chuckled and watched as she lost consciousness, a final bit of ice forming on the ground when she exhaled before the potion took full effect. He stood and looked to those that now came out of hiding. "Load her up. We'll have someone stay in the back to give her a second dose if she starts to wake up as we take her to Lady Snake."
The others nodded, shackling her wrists and ankles together, the wrist shackle having a chain the connected to a collar they attached to her neck. She was loaded up into the back of the truck where the one who posed as Lysin go in with two others. The doors closed and it started up, turned around and took their leave, heading off to Lady Snake's citadel.
The driver, once out of the city, radioed in on his phone, calling Lady Snake. "We caught the criminal my Ladyship."
"Good, now take her to Lady Tigress and tell her she is free to use the criminal as she sees fit. Inform her that is the criminal that killed Lord Dragon, the woman we've been searching so long for. Also, tell her she might later have another guest paying her a visit." Lady Snake chuckled at the thought of having Trumpet showing up at Lady Tigress's doorstep demanding Viola's release.
"Uh...okay my Ladyship, we will do as you say." He was baffled by this but didn't argue with it. They hung up and he turned.
"Hey where we going?" the one in the passenger seat asked.
"We gotta go to Lady Tigress. Lady Snake wants the fugitive delivered to Tigress for sentencing."
He shivered. "I feel bad for her now. She's gonna have a slow death. Too bad, she's kinda a cutie."
~*~*~*~*~
It would be hours later before the transport made its way into the city and into the capital. They had to use another dart on Viola and now drug her out of the truck, dragging her groggy body into the castle. They demanded an audience with her, stating they had a package from Lady Snake.
If they were allowed inside the throne room then the trio with Viola would go in and approach, bowing their heads to Tigress and drop Viola who was semi conscious onto the floor. "Her Majesty, Lady Snake, sends you a gift, the fugitive who caused Lord Dragon's death." He would announce with his head down. "She also is able to use two magics, fire and ice. She did burn to death a few guards before her capture and I saw her trying to freeze the ground in a sheet of ice before we finally brought her down."
If Tigress wanted to they would back up and let her inspect Viola. If this happened Viola would groan and glare at the Owl and spit in her face if she could but not speak a word.
If told to they would take Viola to a cell by following one of her guards or let her guards take Viola. "Her Ladyship also said you can use her as you see fit and we brought you the box of the serum she had developed to handle Viola. It helps neutralize her fire and ice magic as well as makes her groggy." He paused then spoke again. "She also said you would have a visitor later on who will be coming to seek out Viola and that you are free to use him as you see fit, and to tell him any agreement he tries to show you is void in your citadel."
"You are obviously free to contact Lady Snake yourself and speak to her on the matter of the gift." The one with the box would give it to Tigress or whoever she instructed take it. They would stay and give information as requested before departing once they had done their job, leaving without Fire.
~*~*~*~*~
Back in Delta, Leaf would be tight fisted as he looked at the map, searching and would grit his teeth, trying to not lose his cool but was almost ready to punch something as he saw where her tracker showed. "This is bad, very very bad." He snarled and lowered his head, putting his head into his hands.
Tool kept his distance, looking down and held onto a small music box bird he had come up with to play a simple tune he put together. He kept quiet and the bird close to him. He felt a sinking feeling in his stomach, not knowing how Fire got captured but a part of him felt guilty as he could only think it was over getting him parts to give him more freedom for his mechanical creations. "Why did she have to?" he whispered softly and moved back and went into Fire's room, sitting on her bed.
Leaf eventually would lean back and take a deep breath. "Silver is going to kill me." He moaned into his hands as they slid down his face. "There's no way she's going to survive Lady Tigress. She's the more vicious out of all the Owl's aside from Lady Snake and the former Lord Dragon."

Brynjolf was surprised at how quiet Tala was, occasionally he'd glance towards the male, hardly certain if he was still there, but smiling, reassured as he watched the male run his hands across the plants that lined the walkway. "So, where you from exactly?" he decided to break the silence, having gotten used to listening to the other Deltas he often ran with. "The Outlands, originally... I think." Tala's only sure memory was of the time he'd spent with Cyrus outside in the wilderness, "I used to live with a Hunter, he taught me enough to survive, but never really allowed me out to test my skills," his mind drifted slightly, recalling the man's face and the times they'd spent under the stars... "It's been a while since I've seen him though..." he remembered back in Omega when Cyrus had turned to him, hopeful that he'd join up with his new comrade, "He went off with some guy to Delta, I lost contact after that..." he hadn't intended to abandon the group, but now he was running with Lord Wolf's pack, he was starting to understand why Dante had been a little distant when Tala made his decision to stay... "A Hunter, eh?" Bryn began to consider the male's attributes, wondering exactly what his young companion was capable of, "How's your tracking?" they drew level with the first of the houses that encircled the main heart of the city, "It's alright," Tala turned as an array of scents hit his senses, freshly awoken fires, the smell of baking goods... he felt his stomach give a growl, then turned as Brynjolf waved him forward, leading him right up to the door of a small bakery. "Bennam always starts just before dawn," he pushed open the door, glancing past the counter before tilting his head to look through into the back room, "Supposed to be good for something or other," he shrugged, "Yo Ben! You up?""Dumb Delta. I'm up long before you've even crawled into bed." the older male frowned, emerging from the back room before setting a tray down behind the counter, "Gotta make a living." he started to feed small pastries out onto the larger trays, looking over the brim of his glasses before flashing a smile, "You come to help, or feed your face?""I've already eaten, but the New Blood could use a bite," he winked at Tala who glanced away, "You Whelps are getting younger..." he peered down at Tala, then stepped from behind the counter, "Could use some meat on your bones, Boy." he prodded the male with a bony finger, then thumped Brynjolf in the shoulder. "Where's your pack? They owe me a little labour for that feast I provided the other day.""Lobo's got them out scouting," Bryn smirked, rubbing his shoulder before stepping towards the pastries which lay behind the glass shield, "I'll get them to drop by sometime,""You had better, I might have made Delta when I was young, but those flour bags aren't getting any lighter." he made his way back behind the counter before leaning upon the frame of the display. "So what'll you have? I've got things to be doing, so don't take your time."Tala would watch as Bryn pointed out a few things, lifting his gaze to the rest of the shop before turning as the older male gave him a nudge, "Anything you fancy?" he tilted his head, choosing a few more things as Tala declined the offer before paying the man. "Don't forget." Bennam called after them as they returned to the door, "I'll ask for you myself if I don't hear anything!" They took their leave, making their way deeper into the city where Bryn would show Tala around the trader stalls before circling back via the Blacksmith, "Anything you want made, you see Gunnar." the sound of metal striking metal could be heard long before they arrived and Tala's eyes widened as the saw the size of the forge, "I get all my weapons here," Folding his arms Brynjolf leant against one of the beams, watching as the man worked. "Our forge was never that large..." Tala recalled the small firepit Cyrus had trained him on, watching as the man turned the glaive upon the workbench, striking it before quenching the blade in a nearby barrel, "I'm sure if you ask nicely, he'll let you have a go..." Bryn smirked, advancing as the man straightened up and turned, removing his goggles before setting them on the side as he greeted Brynjolf with a firm handshake, "They let you out then?" The pair bumped forearms before Gunnar turned, his keen eyesight not missing Tala as he stood somewhat out of the way, "Whose the New Blood?" he stepped forward, "Looks more Omega than Delta,""He was," Bryn rolled his eyes, "Says he's had lessons in the forge, you looking for an apprentice?""At some point." Gunnar took a moment to wash his hands in a different barrel, wiping them off on his pants before offering Tala a hand, "But I wanna see what he can do first." he wasn't entirely disappointed with the younger male's handshake, but turned to the side, holding out an arm towards the forge as though inviting Tala to try. ~*~*~ Tigress hadn't appreciated the intrusion of the guard, she had after all asked Filous to turn away any further meetings - having taken more interest in discussing Rydol's Underground Market...but at the mention of a gift from Lady Snake, she held an air of both interest and suspicion, "You bring me a Murderer..." she rose from her throne, unimpressed, even at the mention of Lord Dragon... Jesse sat up, watching as the Tigress stepped down towards them, her long, thin kimono dress trailing behind her as she walked... "Dangerous..." she reached forward a clawed hand, drawing Fire's fringe from her face before wrinkling her nose as the female spat in her direction, tainting the fabric on her shoulder... "She should be Muzzled." Drawing back, Tigress scowled, waving Filous forward to take the box when offered, "See to it she is held in my deepest dungeon...at least until I can come up with some use for her abilities..."She was flattered to have received to many gifts in one day, but she would glance over her shoulder towards Jesse, curious as to why she would be graced with such in so little time...it certainly wasn't her Birthday. "Filous, put that away and guard my throne. I need to change." she cast another glare towards Viola, then turned her head with a huff and took her leave as one of her servants rushed to walk by her side. The man would wait until everyone had left before making an advance towards the throne. He took a moment to dust the polished golden seat before leaning over the arm and scrutinising Jesse closely. "I am not convinced." he tutted, frowning as the female failed to make eye contact, "Lord Vermilion would not send an apology for turning her Mistress down." He didn't specify as to what Vernon had refused, but it was clear he had thought this over, "What are you really? A Snake? A Spy?" he hummed quietly to himself as he sprawled across Lady Tigress's throne, "If you are here with ill intent for her Mistress, you will die before you even drew your blade." He wasn't foolish, he knew something was up, but would snap to his feet, pretending to puff Tigress's pillows as she returned with new attire, "The Boy was a gift, you are a fraud...I am watching you closely." he drew back, bowing as Tigress advanced, resuming her throne before draping her legs across one of the arms, "Fetch me a bard, this room is too quiet." she reached across, plucking a handful of grapes from a bowl before leaning back as she bit one from the bunch, chewing it twice before spitting it across the steps... "Disgusting." she sat up, leaning over the arm of her throne before dangling the bunch infront of Jesse's face, "Good for you." she purred, waving them to and fro before allowing the female to take them, "Thank you, Milady..." Jesse didn't like having to speak like that, but she was more concerned with the little 'Goaty-Man' who had hastily cleaned up the expelled grape before scampering off to fetch a bard to play for his Mistress... "I swear he's plotting against me..." she watched as Jesse pulled a grape from the bunch and popped it into her mouth, "Lily?" Remembering that as the name she had given, Jesse lifted her eyes, "I know you are new...but if he speaks ill of me, you will tell me, won't you?""Of course," Jesse nodded, with Filous aware she wasn't who Tigress had been led to believe, she had to be especially careful not to step out of line... Although, with Tigress suspecting her own throne-companion to be up to no good, there was always the chance Jesse could turn the tables and remove him from her side... She would have to mull it over. ~*~*~ Having been out collecting supplies and scouting out possible allied locations, Cyrus had understandably been resting when Fire had slipped out, he awoke to find the hideout in disarray and it didn't take him long to realise what had happened... He'd been shocked to hear the news, but he couldn't help but feel a little guilty for not staying awake to talk her out of leaving... "There has to be something we can do?" he felt really bad and now sat at the table, resting his forehead against the palm of his right hand, "Is there any connection with our allies in Dangu yet?" He was clutching for ideas before wondering if a certain personage would be able to offer any assistance, "Maybe I can ask Creed...?" He knew the man was good at placing trackers... He'd discovered the tiny camera shortly after the rest of the group had retired to bed, but he'd kept this quiet, knowing it was more than Skylar's life was worth to follow through and actually involve the officials...Especially as he was almost certain Creed would have see him find the device, "The man is a fool, but he has ways of winding people around his finger...if I can get him to cooperate...?" He didn't know how Leaf would react to his proposition, but it was an option...

Gloria had followed and now watched them quietly from her hiding spot, curious to see what Tala's skill would be should he try the forge.
~*~*~*~*~
Viola grunted and glared as she was drug off through the halls and taken down to the dungeons. She started to regain some sense and tried to struggle when they had gotten down into the dungeon. She bit one guard when he tried to muzzle her after they shackled her arms to chains connected to the wall and her ankles to chains attached to the floor.
He yelped dropping the metal mouth guard. Another picked it up and after much fight and a few more bites that drew blood, they managed to strap it on her. She was hit with half a dose of the serum this time that quieted her and they figured would give time for Lady Tigress to inspect the prisoner. They left, closing and locking the prison door tight and stood guard where they were supposed to as the others went to get their wounds nursed.
Fire struggled hard against as she could muster before relaxing back against the wall, exhausted. She looked up at the ceiling and closed her eyes as she sighed through her nose, hating this. She may have lost her cloak, bag and weapons but she still had the hair clip in that held the tiny tracker.
~*~*~*~*~
In Delta, Leaf listened and took a deep breath after some time. "I'm not sure. Maybe we could ask him if you think he could help. I don't want Silver involved. He shouldn't get in trouble or rise questions as to his loyalty over Fire's foolishness." He looked to Cyrus. "Do you think he'll even help us out with getting her back?"
He looked at a message system and shook his head. "No, nothing yet. I'll try sending another message requesting help in getting Fire free after or before you've talked to Creed?" he looked to Cyrus. "I really don't know what else we can do. You and me can't go in and get her. We'll be busted for sure then there's no one to take care of my brother, plus that could turn bad on Silver." He groaned, putting his head down on the table in his hands.
"If he can wind people around his finger then he might be able to work his way into the palace to get to Fire, maybe. It's worth a shot but do we talk to him first, or..." he got up and moved, sending an e-mail to Dante to see if his team could help them in anyway again. "Do we wait for a reply and then talk to Creed and find out if they'd be willing to work together?" he inquired not sure.
~*~*~*~*~
Silver had been monitoring his arm and with less stress it had slowed down the fading. It was still acting up but it was giving him some more time. He was holding off on calling Creed. He had noticed when taking care of some paperwork a few guards being brought in for medical treatment. He saw some with burns and frowned, moving towards the medical wing.
"Can any of you tell me what happened?" Silver asked after the doctors had finished treating them and they were in beds to rest up and recover.
"No, it happened so fast." One said before coughing roughly.
One of the captains came up behind Silver and saluted before tapping his shoulder. "Lord Silver, I can explain. We were unloading a delivery when we were attacked by a thief with a blow torch. We managed to disarm and arrest the thief. They had a symbol from Sistan so we sent them back with a couple guards to explain so they will face trial."
Silver turned while listening, not sure he bought it but did nod. "Thank you for telling me. I'm glad there was only injuries."
"We did lose a couple people but there was only those two deaths." The captain stated.
"Still, I'm glad there was little life lost. Thank you and I hope everyone has a speedy recovery." The captain nodded and Silver left, going to the throne room, thinking this over. It didn't sit well and left him feeling uneasy and unsure about all this exactly. He wasn't sure about it but hoped to find out, hoping badly against all odds it wasn't Viola that they were talking about.

"I'll see what I can do..." Rising from his seat, Cyrus moved for his coat, he had intended to have a word with Skylar about his little...addition, but with Fire's life on the line, the call for support was more important. "But he won't do something for nothing..." He'd learnt this well when it had come down to Creed's great interest in Tala... Pulling on his coat, Cyrus would make his way along the tunnels, finding his way up to the city street before heading for the park where he would make the call. Meanwhile, in Delta, Dante's phone gave a chirp. He'd been sitting in the lounge area of the hideout watching the latest updates on the television. With a yawn, the cat stretched and hopped from the male's lap, disappearing as he opened his emails and read the newest message through. "...Oh boy." He already had Logir and Renn camped out on Dangu's perimeter, and with Jesse practically tethered to Lady Tigress's side, there was little more he could do to get involved... "I can pass a message along, but that's it..." he forwarded the message to Renn, adding that if they could make any contact with Jesse, then it would be a great help... he then returned word to Leaf explaining that his hands were tied, but he had men on the ground and would inform him on any updates. "Just keeps getting better and better..." dropping his phone beside him, Dante exhaled a sigh and leant back against the cushions. ~*~*~ When the time came and Lady Tigress had left the throne room to see to other matters, Logir was finally able to advance, once again in his full armour, he approached Jesse, standing over her whilst maintaining his act, "I have news from Dante.""Let me guess, he wants me to get in real nice with Queenie here and then try and talk her into doing something good for the cause..." she kept her gaze down and her head bowed, kneeling on the cushions whilst she waited for him to continue, "Actually," Logir glanced around before crouching down, "We need you to keep an eye on Tigress's latest prisoner.""The Murderer?" Jesse's eyes widened slightly, recalling what the soldiers had said when they'd brought her in, "Tigress sent her to the dungeons...I don't know what they're going to do with her, but apparently she was the one who killed Lord Dragon...""Suspicious." Someone gave a bleating chuckle and the pair turned their gaze to see Filous slouched over the arm of the throne, his head rested on his upturned palms as he listened into their conversation, "Why would you be so interested in Lady Snake's Gift?" he folded his arms as he sat back, "And the guard...I've seen you before... Are we passing messages? I should...Eeeep!" he attempted to scramble backwards as Jesse shot to her feet, her hands clutching for his throat before she was pulled back by Logir who had to maintain his role... "Vicious Witch!" he cursed, pointing at Jesse as Logir wrestled to keep hold of her, "Just you wait I'll!""You'll what?" Tigress stifled a growl as she stood a short distance away, arms folded across her chest, "Lily, what's going on?""Mistress! This Girl is not what...!""SILENCE!" the woman's voice resonated around the walls, "Lily?"Logir released his grip, letting Jesse step past him so she could speak to Tigress face to face, "He seems to think it fit to rile me up, Milady," she bowed her head, "I'm only sorry I couldn't keep my hands from his throat." she averted her eyes, giving the impression she felt bad for her actions, "They're talking behind your back! Mistress!" Filous leant forward from his seat upon Tigress's throne, "They speak about the Murderer and I suspect they're discussing an uprising!""Filous?" Tigress held up her hand to silence him, listening as he acknowledged her, "You're sitting on my throne." The little man stiffened as he realised too late, "Guard, kindly remove him from my sight." he pointed to Logir, then turned her clawed finger towards Filous, "At once, Your Highness." Logir nodded, stepping away from Jesse and instead reaching for Filous who gave a yelp and attempted to scramble from the throne before the man caught hold of his collar and wrestled him to the floor. Tigress would watch as Logir removed the little 'Goaty-Man' from the throne room before stepping forward, dusting off her seat and then sitting down. "I hope you understand...if you are working against me, I won't hesitate to use you as an example anyone who may think to betray me." she had records for being brutal with those who stood against her...and it was only a matter of time before she came to a decision regarding Fire. "I belong to you now, Milady." Jesse kept her eyes down respectfully, "Any considerations regarding an uprising are far from my thoughts..." she couldn't be sure if Lady Tigress believed her, but relaxed a little when the woman exhaled a sigh and ushered for her to reclaim her seat beside her. "They had better be." She frowned, summoning a servant for something to drink before slouching in her seat. Seeing him struggling, a guard on patrol would offer his assistance, helping Logir see Filous down to the dungeons where he would restrain the little man inside a vacant cell before returning to the door. The move had been an advantageous one as on route back through the dungeon, he was able to lay eyes upon a female heavily restrained in one of the cells... It left him feeling more than a little uncomfortable, but he would keep his feelings to himself until he was back at the camp. ~*~*~ Gunnar stepped aside, making his way across to where Brynjolf now stood, watching with some interest as Tala started working the forge. Using the bellows to breathe life into the coals he heated up the metal and then beat it into shape on the anvil; sparks flew as the male plunged the blade into the oil barrel to quench it, stepping back to avoid being scorched as the flames lit up the space before inspecting what would become a dagger with more working... "Have to admit I'm impressed." Gunnar slid his goggles back on, hanging them around his shoulders as he made his way back over, "It'll need a little more practice, but you certainly have skill.""The Kid continues to amaze," Bryn smirked, unfolding his arms and advancing, taking the blade from Gunnar and looking it over before launching it towards the wall. It stuck with a resounding thunk in the close centre of a wooden shield that had been mounted on the wall for show, earning something between amusement and some irritation from the blacksmith who grumbled and moved to retrieve the blade before hitting his comrade across the back of the head with his hand, "Next time, aim for the wall." Gunnar frowned, turning back to Tala, "As for you, not a bad job, maybe if they let you back, I'll let you improve it." he set it on the side and tossed the male a towel before retaking his position by the firepit. "Speaking of coming back..." Bryn exhaled a sigh, rubbing the back of his head, "Folks are starting to move, so we'd better head back to the castle..." He allowed Tala to dry the sweat that had formed from the heat before taking the towel and hanging it up on a nearby hook. "You ready?"Tala cast a glance back towards Gunnar as he took hold of the rope and started pumping the bellows again, then nodded reluctantly, knowing he'd only been promised a short trip out... "We can come back though...right?" he looked hopefully towards Bryn who exhaled a sigh, unsure what he could say that wouldn't get the male's hopes up without dashing them when reality came crashing down around them later on... "...It's alright," Tala gave the older male a playful punch in the arm, "I'm happy I got out for a few hours," he started to walk, recalling the route they needed to take in order to get back to the castle. "Ah...Kid." Shaking his head, Bryn flashed Gunnar a wave before jogging after the male and wrapping an arm around his shoulders, pulling Tala into a headlock before ruffling his hair and letting him go again. "Hey!""Don't go making me feel all guilty okay?" he watched with a smirk as Tala returned some order to his naturally messy hairstyle, "If I made the rules, I'd have you out hunting with me and the guys in the outlands," he nudged Tala in the arm, walking ahead of the male and forcing him to jog to catch up as they turned towards the path that would lead them back towards the castle perimeter.

Leaf nodded. "I'll negotiate a price or type of payment with him. We just cannot tell Silver. He don't need anymore stress." He looked up as the system 'pinged' to indicate a new message. He read it and his fell with another exhale, replying back that he understood and thanking Dante for any info he could get on Fire's condition.
~*~*~*~*~
Viola looked up when she heard the noise, seeing a fine dressed man drug in and put into a cell. I guess not even her own workers are safe...although I feel he's a two timing sleaze. She thought silently. She looked up as they left, watching Logir before lowering her head, feeling bad she'd been caught. No way Silver, Dante or Leaf or Renn is coming. I don't think Tigress will let them close enough to touch her killer. Bet they gave her those darts too She sighed feeling hopeless without her magic and just hoping that Leaf and Tool stay safe with Cyrus.
~*~*~*~*~
Gloria was glad to see them leaving on time and smirked when she saw Bryn cheer Tala back up. She would need to speak to Lord Wolf about a new job for Tala, sending Bryn with him. She was thinking the Delta's and guards could use some new weapons and Tala would be great for the job to craft them. She had been impressed with the starting of the blade he made. She could only imagine how well it'd turn out.
~*~*~*~*~
Trumpet got up when his phone vibrated and saw a message from Lady Snake. He then answered as it rang. "Coming," was all he said before hanging up inside the hideout.
The taller man looked up confused as did Flute and Clarinet. "Where you going, Trumpet?" the man asked, now going by the name Bass.
"Nowhere. I just gotta meet up with a friend." Trumpet lied as he got his jacket on.
"What friend?" Clarinet asked tilting her head from her screen monitoring. "I also want to say I've noticed you visiting Lady Snake more often." She leaned back in her chair. "You know Lysin hasn't been giving you that many orders to go and make sure the security spy cams are all up to snuff."
"Oh? Well I just like to be safe than sorry. You know we can't take too many risky chances with the Owls." Trumpet tried to mask his reasons.
All three looked to the other then to Trumpet. "You seem....anxious. Do you want company?"
Trumpet shook his head and began to leave. "I'll see ya later." He then left them alone.
Flute sighed. "I'm worried about him."
Bass nodded. "I know, so am I." He looked to Clarinet. "Any idea's what we do without worrying Lysin we might have a snitch?"
Clarinet shook her head. "Sorry, I can only view what I can view and that's only these sections. So unless they talk at the camera's, I got nothing to back up or disprove that theory."
Bass sighed nodding. "Thanks anyway." He pondered over what they could do next and how they could find out what Trumpet was hiding from them.
~*~*~*~
At the castle, Lady Snake waited in the throne room, waving away a servant with a new law she put into effect. Trumpet entered and bowed, she waved away her guards to give them privacy. "Welcome, I'm glad you came so quick."
"Where is she?"
"Right to the point I see but...I must say somehow my orders were misunderstood." She answered softly and gently as if she had no idea what went wrong.
Trumpet frowned, narrowing his gaze. "What do you mean? Where's Viola?"
"It seems, sadly, the guards thought I told them to take her to Lady Tigress. I'm not sure why but they did so sadly, she's not within my hands."
Trumpet's face fell as he heard those words, his skin nearly losing all color. "What?"
Lady Snake touched her chest, giving a pained look. "I'm so very sorry. I had no idea they would be so incompetent and stupid to not know the difference between here and Dangu."
Trumpet looked down, gripping his fists and turned. "Thank you, let her know I'm coming and for your and I's deal to be upheld." He moved for the door.
"I will, have a safe journey." She replied waving and smirked as he left. "Like I would tell her that." She chuckled under her breath.
~*~*~*~*~
In Omega, Lord Wolf was awake and getting ready for the day, enjoying a hot shower as Crystal was busy at work, making sure things were all set for the others. Gloria met with Lord Wolf once he came out, bowing her head as he dried his hair, being in a towel around his waist. "I have an idea for Tala to give him a bit more breathing room."
"Breathing room?"
"I don't want to see you lose someone you care about because you held a leash too tightly." She said gently.
He sighed nodding. "Continue then."
"How about new armor and weapons for the guards? New weapons for the Delta's and higher that handle hunting and scouting?"
He pondered this while drying his hair. "Hmmm...." he dried his hair then body before dressing, Gloria having closed her eyes. "I think that might work but who would guard him? Yourself or did you have another in mind?"
"I was thinking Delta Bryn could guard him. I mean, Tala has been spending more time with him lately and he's shown himself to be strong. Plus I would follow from the shadows or have one of my team follow him from the shadows to ensure ultimate safety."
"I will consider this and let you know by lunch."
Gloria nodded and left while Wolf finished getting ready for the day.

"How foolish." Filous grumbled to himself as he slouched against the chains, "She is no more than a day at her Majesty's feet and already she has her in her pocket..." he scuffed his pretty shoes on the dusty ground, watching as a small cloud was kicked up before turning his head as he felt another presence, "Was the Murderer betrayed as well?" he tilted his head, pondering over Viola's history, "It does not matter, for you will most likely die here anyway." he sneered, letting out a groan as he tried to pull his wrists from the chains again... "Horrible witch..." he said the last part in relation to Jesse and how she's managed to get him locked up - even though it was actually his fault for sitting upon her throne... "I must seek an audience with her Ladyship and tell her the wench is plotting against her..." He would proceed to mutter to himself, all the while working at the chains that bound him in such an uncomfortable position. ~*~*~ "It seems you are needing my help more than ever..." Skylar frowned, once again munching on a packet of chocolate eggs as he worked on Silver's serum, "And yet you still fail to offer anything in return for my favours." Cyrus knew what Creed wanted, but he wasn't willing nor able to surrender the male to him. "The thing you want is out of my hands, Skylar." Cyrus frowned, "You know that. But I can offer payment as it's for someone else,""You think I'm so easily bought..." Creed twirled a cord around his finger as he spoke, "But regardless of your offer, I have more important business to attend to." He said little more and instead, popped another chocolate egg into his mouth before shutting off the phone. Cyrus was understandably miffed about the fact Skylar hadn't even given him the chance to explain what he needed, but guessed without Tala to use as a pawn, he wouldn't be able to assist any further... In the meantime, Logir had reported back to the group on Viola's condition, stating she was a little beaten up - and heavily restrained - but alive. Dante upon receiving this news, wasted no time in forwarding the message onto Leaf. ~*~*~ Lobo wasn't overly fond of the idea of Brynjolf leaving his group in order to "Babysit a Whelp." Being one of the stronger members of his squad, Lobo knew he would be losing a great asset and decreasing the productivity of their hunts if Bryn was placed elsewhere... He didn't want to heighten the concerns of Lord Wolf, but if the "Whelp" as he continued to refer to Tala by, was as good as people perceived him to be, why not let him run with the Big Dogs rather than leave Brynjolf on nothing less than guard duty in the citadel... When the moment arose, Lobo would seek an audience with Lord Wolf himself, hoping to come to some sort of agreement before any decision was finalised. In the meeting, were it allowed to go ahead as requested, the man would explain Brynjolf's role in his squad and how separating him from the group might cause disparity amongst the other members. He would understand when it was explained to him that some scouting missions took the squad away for several days at a time and that it would in turn leave Tala wholly in the squad's care and vulnerable to anything...but Lobo would remind those present that the male could not be protected forever and eventually, he would either prove he could stand up for himself...or Die. A seasoned Delta, Lobo held a lot of respect amongst those of his rank, especially with those who were members of his squad, but even he would know when to back down and accept whatever decision Lord Wolf would make...Whether he liked it or not. When that decision was finally made, Lobo would salute his Alpha by patting his fist once against his chest before bowing and taking his leave. Tala would not be informed about the decision and instead would be left to carry out his assigned chores within the castle walls before taking a moment out to spend lunch with Crystal.
