Maerua Chieftain Twilight ok, that kinda makes sense. so do you guys want Twi to solo it for just a little bit, or to work directly together with everyone else as a group? I almost have the idea that if Twi is the protagonist of this arc it makes an obvious excuse for why he keeps his memories. of course, even without that excuse, he always has the excuse of being a Portal Master... I think you partially misunderstood. This isn't really an 'arc' for the whole group, it'll be in the background of whatever's going on in the new thread, with the occasional moments where it comes to the foreground. It can be an arc for your character if you want him devoted to it (and in that case he would be the protagonist of it), but everyone else will be focused on something else. I prefer story-related justifications, so being a portal master sounds like a better reason for now. If you still don't find it 'reason enough', I could probably cook something up; the only drawback is that it doesn't show itself for a while. If everyone goes along with Twi, it would make the memory justification and any separation a lot more clear. nothing extra is required. smile and ok, thanks for that clarification. I wasn't aware of that.

He's not actually going anywhere at the moment, but I got something planned. ----- Totally unrelated: I finally caved and ordered a ball-jointed doll, or at least an Obitsu doll which is close enough for me (because there's no ******** way I'm shelling out 300+ for a fragile resin ball-jointed doll, no matter how authentic or pretty it is).

✝Cause there's a riot in everyone✝ Welcome back! We're doing a reboot/revision of the main RP, and I'm sure you've seen some of the rearranged stuff. I'd make a new thread but I'm not going to until we're done wrapping up the old thread. There's a new condensed profile thread already out. I simplified the profile structure to the bare essentials so it could be used for any kind of character, and to encourage description and development in the reboot. But before you fill anything out, check out the temp planning thread pages 1-5, to see planned changes to the new thread and throw in your own 2*n cents. Page 6 and onward is mostly tangential banter and formatting questions. The most important changes will be HQ (all of it) and how downtime will be handled for any characters staying there. The thread can also be used for brainstorming/discussing characters, if you're stuck on how to revise them. I'm quoting you too, because I forgot to directly mention the threads. *nudge* Haven't seen you in a while. Somehow the guild is rebounding, even if just a little bit.
