Ryan stood up as Sebastian, same idea in mind. His hands immediately went into fists at his sides, the tendons in his arms standing out with the tension. He looked at Selia. "Stay here. We'll be right back." He said, trying to sound nonchalant about what he had concluded. He followed Sebastian, coming to his side in seconds. "You're thinking what I am aren't you?" He muttered under his breath, careful not to let Selia hear.
Selia nodded as Ryan told her stay, then silently stood up as he walked up to Sebastian. Backing up into the shadows, she quickly ran to the other side of their little campsite to get a better view of what was happening. Selia had the sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach that this would have to do with her. She just hoped it didn't end in a fight. The last thing they needed was injuries.

Sebastian's jaw clenched harder. "Possibly more." he said between his teeth. Once coming upon Boothe, he sprinted around the fire, making it burn out with a sizzle from the forced wind. Boothe groaned and forced his eyes open.
"What's going on?" he said, barely able to see the two.
Sebastian couldn't take it anymore. He kicked Boothe in his stomach with the point of his boots. Boothe let out a deep yelp and clenched his stomach. "What the hell?!" he yelled. He tried to get up, only to be kicked at again.

Selia gasped, giving away he cover in darkness. A scream began building in her chest, threatening to escape. She sprinted out, tackling Sebastian and pinning him. "What are you doing?!" She yelled, panting from the searing pain in her spine that spread down her back, burning through her whole body.
Ryan picked up Boothe by the collar of his shirt, holding him above the ground. Hot anger flashed through him as he pulled back his fist, ready to punch Boothe and break his jaw.

Sebastian didn't turn back to Selia. "Giving him what he deserves." he growled. He also raised his fist at Boothe. Just when his fist was about to reach his face, Boothe's body went to a fog. Sebastian growled. "Damn you, Boothe!" he said, forgetting about his powers. He turned just as Boothe appeared behind him. "Gotta recharge now, don't you?" his eyes narrowed as he came upon Boothe again, now on top of him, raising his fist once more. Then there was a roar in the bushes. Valik emerged from them and pushed Sebastian off of his brother. Now Sebastian was pinned to the ground. Valik was crushing him without even trying. Sebastian screamed at the pain of his ribs being shattered. Sebastian then noticed his eyes. Those eyes gleamed with a rage that shouldn't belong to Valik; one of an uncontrollable force of a neko. Just when Sebastian stopped screaming and stared into Valik's eyes, Valik went for the jugular. He barely missed, getting Sebastian at his collar bone. Sebastian let out a terrible scream.

Selia screamed and fell back as Valik came crashing through the bushes and tackled Sebastian. She came up as Valik but Sebastian, then punched with her fist on fire, hitting the wolf square in the chest and sending it flying. Fire engulfed her hands as she stood, prepared to fight back.
Ryan stood his ground with Selia, fists raised slightly and fangs growing. His eyes flashed red in the dark. "Valik remember who you're about to hurt. It's Selia." He pushed her forward slightly, catching her offguard and causing her flames to dissipate. Her innocent look of fear returned to her features, her eyes wide as she waited to Valik to tear her apart.

Valik quickly placed his paws on the ground, sliding in the damp mud. Steam pursed out of his giant nostrils. Something was off. He was larger than before, and everything about him was menacing. Though, now, he didn't look at Selia. His eyes gleamed at Ryan with rage.
Sebastian lay helpless on the ground, a large puddle of blood forming around him. "Valik, get away from them." he choked out. Valik turned back to Sebastian and let out a growl, showing his teeth. Sebastian forced himself to stand and tried to ignore the ripping pain. The bite made his collarbone show. As Sebastian and Valik began a stare down, a crack of lightning was heard in the forest, and the rain began. It was all too much like a movie. "You come get me." he said boldly. Accepting the challenge, Valik lunged at him. Sebastian remembered his powers and zoomed out of the way. Valik snarled.
"You're not yourself, Valik." Sebastian said. Valik ignored him and swatted his claws at him, getting Sebastian by the forearm. He let out a yelp as blood ran down his arm. "It's not you." he said.
Growing agitated, Valik was once again upon him. Then Valik met Sebastian's eyes, and an expression full of remorse filled his face. Suddenly, there was smashing sound, and Valik fell to Sebastian's side, unconscious. As Sebastian looked up, he saw Boothe and his bloody fist. Then Sebastian himself slipped into unconsciousness from pain and loss of blood.

Selia fell to her knees, shaking hard. Her mind was flashing. Everything was trying to break it's way back into her memory, drilling its way in only to pull out as she began to remember. The rain fell harder, putting out the fire in seconds. Soon Selia edged her way to Sebastian's side, tearing her tunic and wrapping the pieces around his shoulder to help stop the blood. Her hands shook as she worked the strips around his body and were soon covered in blood. Looking at the wolf, her brain went on another burst of pain from churning lost memories. Wincing, Selia looked at Boothe. "Who are you?" She whispered, now working on Sebastian's arm. Her fingers danced around the long slice, pressing the edges together as she tied the tunic pieces together. Selia stared blankly at Sebastian's face, tracing his profile over and over as she sat, now soaked and in what seemed like a cut off tank top. She shivered violently, completely forgetting she would be able to just warm herself with fire.

Boothe got on his knees by his brother. Valik turned to his human form, though he was still unconscious. "Boothe." he finally answered, a little bit confused, though he quickly understood the situation. Suddenly, Sebastian bolted awake. He was shaking violently from the frigid rain. His skin was as white as snow, and his lips quickly went purple.
He looked frantically at Selia. "I'm not going to make it." he said weakly. With this, he almost said it without pain, but with acceptance. Sebastian could barely keep his eyes open. He was quickly slipping into death's hands. "Too much blood loss." he choked out. Boothe was too much in awe for words. All he could do was choke on the tears he was struggling to hold back. Because he knew Sebastian was right.

A memory of Sebastian smashed its way into Selia's mind. They were sitting in his home, looking over his mothers notes. Then they were about to do something, but Selia couldn't remember what. "Sebastian...." She was sobbing, taking both his hands in hers. "No you' re not going to die." Selia knew it probably wasn't true, but she hoped. She just kept saying this over and over, her tears running down Sebastian's hands. "Just tell me what you need to be better. I'll find it I swear." Selia whispered, shaking violently in the cold, but also from something else. She never opened her eyes to see the red glow the now ran down Sebastian's arms as well with the help of the rain. Her lips went a shade paler, as well as her skin. Selia seemed to be dying herself as Sebastian slipped away, as if her heart was as shattered as his body.
Ryan had the same reaction as Boothe. "Selia..." He walked over and tried to move her away from Sebastian, not saying anything more. His throat closed up as tears welled in his eyes, threatening to spill over. Sliding his arms around Selia's waist, he began to ease her away from Sebastian only to stop when he noticed the slight red glow in Selia's tears again. Looking at Boothe, Ryan nodded his head. "Maybe it'll work. Or at least help. But you've seen this done. Her mom did this Boothe. You can help her this time and make sure it's right." He said, barely able to choke the words out as a few tears spilled over. The rain lightened now, only a slight drizzle fell from the canopy above.

Sebastian slowly shook his head. "I don't want to risk anything." he said with a raspy voice. "I'll just be in your way." he added with a quick sob. Boothe held Sebastian's hand.
"Don't you think that." he said, letting the tears fall. "You're like my own. When your mother died, she told me to watch over you," he had never told Sebastian this, "She said 'Boothe Borisca, if you don't protect my boy I swear I will haunt the hell out of you'." at this he smiled. "She trusted me for this." he added.
Sebastian's mouth gaped open. Before he could say anything, his eyes closed and he slipped away. Boothe's lips trembled as he clenched his teeth together. "Come, Selia." he motioned her.

Selia shook her head, sobbing hard. "He can't leave. He can't!" Selia shook violently, still pale. Suddenly, she dropped to the ground, everything stopping. Tears, shaking, breathing, everything. Her lips faded from pink to blue in seconds, her skin becoming cold. Red stained her hand still interlocked with Sebastian's. The faint glow seemed to grow even weaker, the exploded into light as it had with Valik, only this time so much stronger.
Ryan covered his eyes, the realized what was happening. Looking at Boothe, he panicked. "Boothe I think Selia is killing herself for him!" He said, standing quickly and trying to pry apart her hand from Sebastian's.

Boothe grunted as he stood. He tightened one hand around Selia's wrist and the other on her shoulder, and began pulling her back. "Selia, stop! Stop!" he yelled. "You might make it worse!" he warned. Just then, Sebastian began twitching a bit. "Selia!" he yelled louder, noticing Sebastian.

Selia's eyes snapped open, now the brilliant green Sebastian's were. She screamed in agony at the pain the exploded in her back as Boothe pried her from Sebastian, releasing Sebastian and clutching her ribs.
Ryan went to Sebastian's side and immediately began checking for a pulse, but his twitching kept throwing him off. "Boothe what's going on?" Ryan asked frantically.

Boothe released Selia. "Ryan, just restrain Selia." he said frantically. He went back to Sebastian's side. "He's going to start having convulsions. They'll get bad." he looked up at Ryan, suddenly turning serious. "His chance of living through them is extremely slim. He has to have the will and want to stay alive. Right now...he doesn't." he shook his head, then pressed some of his weight onto Sebastian's wrists, waiting for the attacks to come. Just as he did, Sebastian began violently convulsing, his veins turning bright red. His eyes shot open but he looked stiff. Tears fell from Boothe's cheeks. "It's okay, Sebastian. It's okay." he said soothingly.

Ryan wrapped his arms arm Selia's waist and trapping her arms. "Selia calm down." He said, moving to avoid her thrashing. Finally Ryan gave up and dropped to the ground, bringing Selia with him and pinned her. "Everything will be okay. Just calm down." He hissed through his teeth, jaw taunt with the force had to put into keeping Selia on the ground.
Selia gave in, letting herself go limp. "Ryan you don't understand. I need him here with us." She whispered through silent tears. "I love him." Sobs escaped her chest, breaking down any composition she had. Turning towards Sebastian, Selia struggled again, arms blazing with bright flames that burned even her.
Ryan yelped and released Selia, only to just stay sitting on her legs and torso.
