"Ow!", Kristin let out a low scream. Rydia wasnt heavy but she had surprised her. Kristin got up and pulled Rydia up too. "Sorry, I got lost", she apologised."This mansion is huge!", she said as if it was the mansion's fault she got lost and not her lack of attention. "Sorry again"

"It okay! Sorry I ran into you..." she looked down while rubbing the back of her head lightly. "I used to get lost in here when I first met Firie too! But eventually you get used to wandering around. There's pretty much three sections. Living quarters, Fun quarters, and Eating quarters! Fun quarters is where the ballroom and stuff is at. Probably also known as the Main Hall, but Fun quarters sounds better! Anyway, the kitchen is this way!" she slowly ran around the corner again.

"Hey not so fast", she said her voice rising a little. She run after her. "Why are you always in such a hurry?", she asked her.

"Because there are sweets involved!" she laughed and led Kristin into the kitchen where there were over twenty different flavors of sprinkled brownies, brownies with icing on top, and cookies all over several large platters on many of the tables in the kitchen.

"This must be heaven or a really good dream", she said, looking one by one all the brownies. She took one and just looked at it for a few seconds, before biting and starting eating."Its delicious!"

Rydia, unable to control herself, began to take one of each type and began eating them. "Mhhgmm." she let out a moan as she ate. "I love coming to Firie's house! It's always filled with sweets!" she put her hands together next to her head and her eyes looked like they literally had stars in them for a while, which was due to a spell she had a habit of casting when she was filled with such joyful ecstasy.

Kristin laughed with her reaction. "Always?", she asked. The brownies were perfect but she didnt eat more than two and after those two she had the feeling she was full. She looked surprised at how many Rydia could eat and with amasing speed.

"At least when I'm here it is." she smiled. "I think I'm full now. By the way, I had a question to ask you." she looked at Kristin, a serious look on her face for once.

She had a feeling it was going to be bad. Rydia and serious somehow didnt go together. "Sure. Go ahead and ask anything you want"

"Do you like Firomis a lot?" she inched closer, the look on her face changing from serious to admiring.

Kristin froze for a little bit and for once didnt know what to say. "Like him...thats a bland way of putting it. He is nice and really polite with me and everyone actually", she said, blushing a little bit.

"So you were getting jealous of how he acts with me then." she frowned a bit and gave Kristin a hug. "It's alright, I'm not interested in Firie, he's just like my guardian angel. He's taken care of me ever since I was a kid. I haven't known him as long as Celestia or Rita, but I've known him for ten years already." she jumped back a bit and raised one hand up in the air. "He has always been kind like that, even on the day of the raid ten years ago." she raised the other arm up into the air to stretch. "I'm a bit sleepy now. Hehe!" she giggled.

"I am not jealous", Kristin tried to deny it without much conviction. "Raid? What raid?", she asked a bit confused. She hadnt heard anything about a raid. At least Firomis hadnt told her anything about it. And here he was knowing everything about her past but dont sharing anything about his past with her. She made a long face on that but quickly hid her expression and feelings along with it.

"Ten years ago was the raid that Toren did when he killed all those high ranking Magistrates. You don't remember it?" She looked at her, a bit confused since she thought everyone knew about that night.

"Ten years back, I wasnt in town", she said. Her family house was outside the city, deep in the mountains, where they thought they were safe. "Why dont you go to sleep? You looke tired. I'll go back to the ballroom", she said with a fake smile.
