Someone needs to invent a robot that will clean everything for you because, with all the holiday project stuff I've got sitting around various places, it looks like a craft convention. All I want is to see the floor space in my room that isn't actually taken up by furniture. Is that really so much to ask? Might be nice to see the top of my dresser for once, too.
stare *stares at the stack of binders full of pointless junk* stressed
That's it! Those binders are getting cleaned out and put in the Goodwill box!

Dear Gaia,
THE STAFF ALERTS WERE SUPPOSED TO TALK ABOUT BUGS AND SITE UPDATES. IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE USED FOR YOU SHILLING YOUR ******** CASH SHOP/CLUB VERGE BULLSHIT!
*FLIPS HER STATE*
Love, Sissy.
P.S.: I have a headache. Gonna get tea. (Yes, I did disable the Staff Alerts because of it. Drove me nuts.)

Hot Caffeinated Cree Is it bad I like smashbox? Not as bad as the fact that Gaia can't come up with its own games and has to rename existing games and modify them to get around copyright laws. I'd be far more worried if you got hooked on Alchemy though lol.

Sissy Blade P.S.: I have a headache. Gonna get tea. (Yes, I did disable the Staff Alerts because of it. Drove me nuts.) I've tried to disable all that stuff, but it won't work. My settings have been on the bare minimum for the longest time, but several months ago it all just started popping up again. I'd rather not hear about my fish tank and staff alerts every time I log on, but for some reason I can't get it to stop. confused

Some Cash Tree offers broke, too. Like, the ones where you click, wait a few seconds, click again? Yeah, those don't grant GCash anymore for some reason. *shrugs*

I hate the fact that I've spent the minute and a half to click through those stupid mini shows/commercials and then don't get anything. I also can't stand that the Super Sonic ones won't tell you how much GC you get for each ad anymore. Instead of worrying about selling overpriced items in the Cash Shop for 24 hours, they need to focus on getting the dang videos fixed. In other news, I finally caved and bought my Hatsya, but I should have bought it when it was at 680K. Watch someone list it for less than what I paid later on and I'll be kicking myself. Gah! Stupid freakouts over MP tax crap!

And I don't feel like cleaning my room. And I'm watching TV logo histories for some reason. sweatdrop

Hopefully it won't start doing a pogo stick act price-wise. And I ranted in my chat thread about the staff alert stuff too. It really is stupid to use that for anything other than maintenance/survey alerts.

Is it silly that on a day like Talk Like a Pirate Day the only thing I could think of was "I wonder if Disney Junior is running a Jake and the Neverland Pirates marathon today." I never did turn on that channel to find out. But you know if they didn't this year it wouldn't be a bad thing for them to do next year because it does feature one Disney's first pirates with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee along with some pirate songs at the end of each episode.
When you babysit a two year old you learn about these programs real fast.

If it makes you feel any better, Disney Channel was practically all I watched back in junior college. Well, that and Carton Network. As far as I was concerned, there really was nothing else on to watch. Even most of the stuff on the SciFi channel wasn't appealing, and that comes from someone who loves science fiction.

As far as I was concerned, there really was nothing else on to watch. Even most of the stuff on the SciFi channel wasn't appealing, and that comes from someone who loves science fiction. I still watch it but not as much as I do the Nick channels. Anyhow, it was because of Disney Channel I got exposed to Dune and learned to love classic live action Disney films like Third Man on the Mountain, Horse Masters, The Horse in the Grey Flannel Suit, The Ugly Dachshund, and The Barefoot Executive. I discovered a love of all things James MacArthur, Dean Jones, Janet Munro, and very early Kurt Russell (who was in films 3 and 5).
In other news, I may not be into those bubblegum stars that networks like Disney and Nick won't let grow up and be legal adults over twenty but you have to feel sorry for someone who's known nothing but a parent living with a life threatening illness since they were four. Poor Jennette McCurdy lost her mother to breast cancer after a seventeen year battle today. Curiosity always gets the better of me when I check Facebook from my phone and I see what's trending at the moment. It's how I learned about last night's tragic incident in Chicago where, thankfully, no one died. And by the by that little three year old is going to be just fine. He'll need some reconstructive work on his face but he'll be just fine.
