"My step dad Gabriel was my father, Baldr never cared to visit me or anything. He didn't die till I was about ten. There were plenty of opportunities for him to have been my father." He said with a slight scowl. He'd always hoped as a young kid living in the slums of Berlin, under the rule of Wilhelm I. It never happened, and his dreams were crushed at age fifteen he learned of his father being dead for five years. That was also when his powers came to him. Sharply Musica closed the book and put it back on the table next to him. He cut his eyes up to Aphrodite's, feeling the same aura as hers. This was a great mystery to him, more so that her. "No, I do not." His answer was short, not really having any idea as what else to say.

She nodded in understanding. "I too have had my fair share of human children over the years... I don't keep up with all of them either. Most are dead," she said bluntly. "I find it easier. I did at first, but ever time one died, I felt it. The pain was unbearable. It was then that I stopped being the consort of human men," she murmured, glancing curiously at Ari.
As to the visitors, her eyes were still on the girl silhouetted by the door. "Hmm... curious," she muttered.

Arielle looked to Ari. "Ari?" Her eyes seemed unusually clear--and the more powerful aura had just, seemingly, disappeared. This was all confusing and frustrating, and those were two things Arielle did not like to associate with her school. "What is happening here?" She was frowning lightly in both concern and unhappiness. She expected the truth.

Aurora nodded once to Sam. "I am Aurora Bleu. It is a pleasure to meet you." She glanced up at the ceiling, wondering why the two seemed to be concentrating there. Aurora herself could not sense auras very well, so she was unaware of the happenings two floors above.
She turned to a staircase that was lit only by staggered windows letting in moonlight. "How have you come to find Bai Ching?" she asked out of curiosity.

"Pleasure to meet you as well Aurora." Sam spoke with a slight smile on her face. She was still concentrating heavily on the auras above, wondering just what exactly was up there. Sam made an odd face when she asked how they'd gotten here. "Well you see, it's sorta a long story..."
"We're on a search. And we believe who we're looking for is at this school." Tyler shrugged, not really seeing how that was really such a long story. He was careful not to give too much info away, in case this girl might tell their father or something and he ran. They knew nothing about Musica, so how were they to know what he'd do?

Aurora nodded. "A search..." She blinked slightly as she walked up the stairs, winding round softly. Altan remained silent at her side, though she could tell he was already trying to figure out who it could be that they were looking for. "That sounds quite interesting. Do you plan to stay for long?"
It seemed, to Aurora, that many people came to Bai Ching in search of something or another. Evermore searching for the Room, Aphrodite for peace, and these people, Sam and Tyler, for someone. It was quite the coincidence, really.

"Or in his words, much shorter. We plan to stay as long as it takes, maybe longer if it's pleasant here." She said grinning, knowing Tyler would like all the girls, and she would like the education opportunity. There was no telling the kinds of history she could learn at an old looking place like this.

"Something sorta bad," Ari said truthfully, biting her lip. "Uh... a demonic revenge-ridden demigod escaped from my boyfriend. Actually, it was his other personality-ish thing. Anyway, I kissed him, and he took over. I fought him with Caroline, but then Miss DiTe showed up, and she and I managed to separate them... the bad guy is gone for now," Ari babbled. She realized she had called Musica her boyfriend without consulting with him. Oh well, it made more sense that way, and if he didn't like it, she wouldn't call him her boyfriend again.

Aphrodite nodded to Musica before going to the door. "I was here, Arielle," Aphrodite assured the woman, making a show of looking drained from using her power. "He's gone... for now," she sighed. "... as for Ari," she said, looking properly stern, "I've already dealt her detention with me for the rest of the semester." At this Ari whirled around, loosing a disbelieving noise.

Musica rolled his eyes at the Goddess, not surprising him really. "You Gods, can't you be happy with your own kind? What is it about mortals you love?" He said smiling as he puffed on the smoke, ignoring the aura for now. He'd cross that bridge when he came to it. Though, the way she stared at Ari was quite strange, but he thought nothing of it. Probably just her thinking of how to manipulate her.
However, Ari's words jolted back into a more alert awareness. "Boyfriend? That means commitment.... Musica Brandt doesn't really do relationships. She is different though, that I must admit. But still, being tied down is not something I've ever done before." He said as he scratched his head, holding the smoke lightly between his lips.

((Nothing much really, just Musica's unknown kids are with Aurora hunting him down. The Headmistress is now talking with Ari, and Musica with Aphrodite, sorta >.> ))

Arielle stared bewilderedly between Aphrodite and Ari. The whole mess did not match up quite perfectly with what she had observed from auras before she managed to get here, but... She supposed there was little she could do about it at this time of night. Sighing, she nodded once. "Thank you, Aphira."
Looking back to Ari, she said, "If you don't mind, Aphira, I would like to talk to yourself and Ari during your first detention with her. I am assuming it starts tomorrow?" She didn't like not knowing what was happening at her own school.
Taking just a brief moment, she scanned for all the auras in the area--Evermore's in particular--and was satisfied when she found no one missing in any particular way.

"Yes," she said. "They start tomorrow night, six 'o' clock sharp. We'd love to have you!" Aphrodite said, smiling at the Headmistress. Aphrodite stepped into the hall, looking at the assembled girls. "I think it's time they turned in? There's nothing more to see here," she said with a questioning glance to Arielle.

Caroline stared up at Aphrodite. "No," she said cheekily. "But there's a lot to know." She crossed her arms. It had been painful, being forced to wait out here and try to listen in on what was happening.
