*rolls in Dirge's baby-dust*

This is Kyoki, so sorry. I got tired of people confusing the real me with my RP character (Kyoki) so I took an alt of mine and made it into my real life me. Now people stop accusing me of cheating on my "fiance" with my rl husband. XD

Wow, I just reread a lot of older posts, and I noticed something I didn't notice before- there's other women in here with PCOS! ^_^ I'm not alone! XD We're not actively trying right now, we're in the "practice makes perfect" stage, trying to rekindle our sex life and all that. We're sort of in the "if it happens, awesome. If not, that's ok too" because my system is still whacky. I'm on metformin to check my insulin resistance, and my doc just gave me five days of progesterin to see if we can't jump start a regular cycle. He said it may take six months to a year for my body to get regular on it's own, but that's alright too... XD My sister sent me a bottle of water from down south where she lives. She says that everyone who's been drinking it on a regular basis seems to have gotten pregnant, so why not me? *laughs* She also said "I know it's paranoid and silly, but I'm drinking bottled water! I'm not gonna risk it XD" so it's become our running joke now. My other sister just had her baby, too- so I'm getting loads of good luck from both sisters now. One says I can have her fertility, since she doesn't want it right now. XD

NOw we're taking care of the medical stuff- dental work, eye exams, medical treatments for things, and getting bills paid off. Once we get the credit card and the phone bill paid off, then we'll save enough for a down payment on my parent's house and buy that- then we'll start actively TTC again. ^_^ Wish us luck!

Oh, and congrats to the newest preggers! ^_^ I'm so jealous.. XD

Well, they've been both good and bad. I spent four hours in the ER on Wednesday... my doctor was a nutbar and told me to take three birth control pills at once "to stop the bleeding".

I have a new doctor now, and tomorrow I shall go see her. Wish me luck and babies!

Awu...

For all you mommies to be that are going "OMGSECKS!" and getting frustrated, I found a god-send.

Bellydancing.

It's like all these sexy moves and stuff, without the pressure of "BABIESOMGWTFBBQBLARGH!" so you get to feel all sexy and seductive and when you get home, baby-making isn't a chore so much as must the culmination of a night of sexy stuff!

bellydancing biggrin
My husband is not into dancing or music in general so I doubt it would work for us. But it does sound like a good idea ^-^

It's totally not for him, though. ^_^ See, most classes are just women. So it's all about you, and your body, and being sexy and smooth. And it gives you killer abs and legs. ^_^

Haven't been on in weeks! x___x First my boyfriend's dad died... then MY dad died... then boyfriend proposed to me... and now my period is a week or two late and my blood sugar is going apeshit! I'm going in for a test Monday with my fingers crossed. Two good things to counteract two bad ones, hopefully? biggrin

I'm trying to remember where I ran into this the other day, but I wish I had known it when we were TTC and maybe it will help some of the others in here feel better...

The average 25 year old couple takes 6 months to successfully get pregnant.

Makes me feel a little better now that it took us 7 months.

heh... that's interesting, Dirge. It'll probably take us longer- I'm almost 25, and Chris is 32. xD

Also, Malika- we're pretty much doing the same thing! Closing out the bills, now planning for a wedding- *SQUEEEEE*- and attempting to get medical bits and repairs (or a new truck- silly unreliable thing we have now >_>; ) in order before we actually start putting up charts and scheduling our ugly-bumping time. xD Chris has some money coming in a year or two and we'll use that to buy a house and either put me in school or take care of kidlet if s/he arrives before then. :3

OH GOD, THE PLANNING MAKES ME TINGLE!
