Sparow1450 sorry but I'm going to be gone for a few days, maybe weeks, my mom and I got into a fight and now she's not paying for my university, she's also forcing me to find a job to make money to move out, so I will be job hunting a LOT more now, it was fun role playing but this MAY be the last time I get to speak to any one for a LONG time s**t man, that sounds real harsh. I hope everything works out though, or at least gets a little easier to deal with. Have you considered talking to someone professional about this? Maybe there is some aid or help or something you could get for dealing with this, or just something that would help take out some of the stress... I dunno what or who would be avaliable in Canada, so I am probably not being very helpful ><
-----------
Sorry been a bit inactive, just been busy with another project and sorting out some stuff for uni and work. I am dropping 20 hours at work, so I can work on some university work over the next 4 weeks. However the university work will give me better freetime hours, so I should be around more often. I will post in Thief and Crab tomorrow. I see Vintage is still waiting for Jaydine, so at least I am not totally behind on all posts XD

Sparow, I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune. Hope to see you come back when you have the opportunity!
Nice banner, Mish. : D
Camping was fun! It rained like mental the first day and the tarp leaked, but we replaced it and then all was well. I still smell a bit like woodsmoke...

So I played fallout 3 for four hrs straight last night without getting up or moving at all and when I stopped playing I realized my whole body was hurting horrible and all like cramped up, muscles tight. Has this happend to anyone before? I hurt all night while i slept and this morning I could barely get out of bed. I'm limping and can barely lift anything and my neck feels horrible....I don't think getting hit by a bus would feel any less painful.... so i called in to work today. which isn't so great cause i called in last week....but i can barely move and i'll be damned if i'm going to go into work and deal with people all day, standing on my feet if I can barely move.

I get cramps sometimes too when I play nonstop video games. Next time try walking around a little while playing. Here are some tips that you could use. Have a lot of potassium (like bananas) and drink lots of water. Then take a hot bath, hot water will relax your muscles. If you have any cranberry juice have a drink or two of that. And lastly, try messaging the areas that hurt. Hope that helps!

Ah, the scourge of the gamer; playing too much and having their bodies give out on them. I know I've had that problem before. But what usually happens is I forget to blink for a while and then my eyes burn for a good half hour. Though I've heard that that's not all too uncommon.

Thanks girls - I just took a hot bath and it was FANTASTIC really helped my sore muscles. Would not drinking enough water perhaps make the whole thing worse? I don't think I drank much yesterday... ?

If I don't drink enough water and sit for too long/remain immobile, I get muscle cramps, too. If you find you're having a lot of muscle spasms, then you should prolly have more sodium and calcium!

If you find you're having a lot of muscle spasms, then you should prolly have more sodium and calcium! so u think i might have some deficiency ? i'm not having spasms... i don't know what the hell is wrong is wrong with me, i felt better as the day progressed yesterday but last night it came back just as bad for no reason. I played hardly any video games yesterday. Its so bad I can barely go to the bathroom, i can barely type....today its my right wrist that is the most painful instead of my left wrist but its also the back of my neck/lower head and my left nknee horribly and then other random sore spots but some spots like my wrist hurt so bad i can't even life a cup with lemonade in it or or type well.... I think its my muscles when i stretch them in certain directions its like an 8 sharp pain some times nine. i don't hurt that bad if i don't move but obviously i can't stay still... Why on earth would this be happening again? Its just as bad as yesterday morning was. I was like crying this morning every time i tried to shift my body and move slightly in bed. This sucks royally. is something wrong with me? i had to call in to work again today but i can't tomorrow cause i'm the opener....i don't know what to do....
