-Neurotic-Soul- Davis Shadenhand Camwen I used to go to lakes all the time during the summer while I was growing up. I was like a fish! Nowadays it seems like the only time I swim is when we stay at a hotel with a pool. Ah well, fewer leeches and mosquitoes at least. lol I'm originally from Texas and we used to go to the beach all the time, I'm not really used to lakes yet I'm more used to swimming in the ocean. it's still not bad, but I miss the waves. Born and raised in Texas smile Houston Texas up until I got married now I'm stuck on the border of Michigan//Indiana... with no sea in sight crying

I have lived in Houston all my life smile I miss Houston and I'd Still be there but my wife is from Indiana and her family is still up here, so we opt'd to move up here... It's a love thing lol

MN will always feel like home in a way but to be honest I like the weather here much better! lol And I love being an hour and a half away from the ocean. Camwen I grew up in Minnesota but now I'm in Oregon. MN will always feel like home in a way but to be honest I like the weather here much better! lol And I love being an hour and a half away from the ocean. It's pretty cold for swimming but the beaches are great. The first year I was up here I didn't think about the lakes having to thaw out and warm up... I was still used to being able to swim in early may. so I jumped into the lake and froze xD. My wife of course thought that It'd be a good idea to let me learn that lesson on my own...

It's probably best not to dwell on that question. blaugh Last night I had a really bad anxiety dream. I dreamed I accidentally deleted the guild! ahhhhhh! Obviously in reality it's not this big "delete" button that's easy to hit but it made sense in the dream. I was completely crushed and trying to think of ways to explain to everyone what happened. wahmbulance

People figure it would be really cool to own their own guild but then actually running it gets to be a chore and they move on to other things. That or some weird drama kills it. Personally I love guilds. I don't think there are a lot of good ones - but if you can find a place where you like the people and enjoy hanging out it makes all the difference. If it weren't for you guys I probably would have gotten bored of Gaia a long time ago.

If it weren't for you guys I probably would have gotten bored of Gaia a long time ago. Which is Exactly why I'm currently sitting on several unused guilds. Out of all of them I really only need one and that's because I'm using it as a repository for all my cheesy poetry (and at one point some of my musics). Sidenote: just watched the trailer for the new pixar movie ' Brave' and -squeeeeel- I'm such a sucker for pretty animation xD
