Teddy looked at him and smiled as he backed up a good 50 yards back until he had enough space, "Ready when you are," he stated as he formed hand signs and dove into the ground.

Teddy smiled as he was underground, while swimming underground he formed hand signs again and mumbled "Head Hunter jutsu," this jutsu was used Kakashi while training with sasuke, Kakashi grabbed Sasuke by the leg and dropped him into the ground with his head only sticking out. Teddy put his head out from under Shin and grabbed at Shin and if he was caught he would be dragged down with his head sticking out.

" WEll I guess you just want to make it Hard for me right " said Shin not really noticing anything around him no chakra signature what so ever. His blade was in his hands pointing down toward the dirt under him. WHen he was not noticing him Shin pushed his blade down toward the hand. He did not know that the hand was heading toward the Kage's hand he just pushed it down to lean on it waiting for his kage appeared again.

Teddy's hand was struck but it didn't go right threw it, it caused it to bleed. Teddy's put his hand back in the ground and grunted as he moved away, "Damn that hurt," he said as he jumped out of the earth and looked at Shin from behind and formed hand signs and the earth in front shot a dragon made from earth and dirt.

Shin looked down noticing blood on the ground but he did not know were that or who that was from. That is very weird to see blood on the ground when no one was there. though Shin not hearing anything from behind him or any where else around his body. The thoughts rushed through his mind while he had claps end from behind him. He turned his head ready for the worst and he did see the worst sight he could see. That sight was a doton dragon heading toward the back of his body. This attack would be almost impossible to get away from for the soul reason that it's fast and very close. His eyes widened when the dragon was right near his open bod. The dragon hit his body slamming him into the gates not braking anything but hurting him. " well That was powerful to say the least. Well come at me with just a sword I have no jutsu to show you so I can not show you my power" said Shin looking right at his kage with his sword in both his hands ready to block an attack and counter when ever needed.

 Teddy jumped out of the ground and watched as a strange girl came up to them, it seems she was a Konoha Shinobi and judging by the appearance she was a strong one to. "Yes, May me and this kid enter this wonderful village of yours?" he asked as he had his Tsuchikage hat on.

He may join the village, but i'm afraid he may have to ask the Hokage. I used to be Hokage, but I have no authority over who enters. She sweatdropped, then smiled again..But I'm very sure you will be accepted to join this village, you may enter the village and look around if you'd like.
