"Before the training will begin," he says "I will analyse your powers and your level. It may also be due to the fact that you do not have a strong life stream. Life stream or 'energy': Living beings have something called a lifestream. They flow throughout your body and give you life. However, if you are injured, the life stream level decreases. When someone eats, they obtain bits of lifestream from the food because that food was once a living being. Now, when you are at a normal condition and eat, you gain what is called an excess life stream. This is the type we use for our magic. Thus, if we use up this excess source, we drain from our natural life stream which is created when we were born. Hence, when both sources of life streams are depleted, you die. All animals are able to recover lost energy naturally in the same way you heal wounds. Also, when you are tired from magic you will know that you no longer have sufficient 'excess' energy. Continuing to use magic from this point is dangerous. Shapeshifting is by far the most efficient way to use this energy and only ones like us can use it."
Serobi took a deep breath and continued on with his explanation. "That is why you may not be able to use elemekenises often. You lack good amounts of excess lifestream."

Lecta lifted her head from Draku's shoulder, staring back at him and let out a soft laugh"Thank you Serobi..."she whispered, she relaxed. Didnt feel as horrable as she use to"I guess...I will need allot training in order to increase my lifespan right...?"she asked and played with her hair. Laying her head back down against Draku's shoulder and closed her eyes"I hope you dont mind Draku...I need...something to lay my head on...I'm getting dizzy...".

"No, no." he corrects."Lifestream controls your internal energy and when you run out of it you die. Lifespan is a different idea. When your old, you lose the ability to hold more lifestream and eventually die which only goes for humans."

"Did you not hear Serobi..."she whispered and stared back at him with weak eyes"The undead have destroyed the great tree that makes us Imortal..."she whispered and released a sigh. Chewing her bottom lip and played with her hair"My grandmother is currently organising a group of casters to create a new tree...It will take a few years..."she sighed, it hurt. The truth hurt and she didnt like it.

"They make you immortal because it provides you an infinite source of life. There is like a storage room within you that stores that energy. Different trees or other types of objects release this energy, not just one tree so we'll be safe for now. Once all these sources are destroyed, life is not possible. " he says. "And humans cannot gain immortal life because whatever holds the lifestream within will eventually expire. We must protect all the sources of life stream or there will be no new generation."

"We all have our weakness. There are some that are born and raised strong but there are others that have that strength carried on their shoulders. There are times when we all have our downs in life" he'd said...he hadn't said it to me, but even so, it was comforting. I really had to stop obsessing though....
I could see that the future was playing out exactly as i'd seen. There was a tapestry in Lecta's room, above the bed. On it were two lovers holding eachother under the moon. On the moon, i left my symbol....Hopefully they would see it. If they didn't see it, it meant they weren't meant to know. And by "they" i meant everybody. Lecta depended on Draku, and he on her just as much....
I was glad Serobi had created this whirlpool. I drifted through it lazily, on my back, taking in the entire scene. Heaven. Maybe elemenkynetics had their up-sides. But all his talk about energy, and life-force....It was boring me honestly...The problem was, that he was taught to see the physical mechanics of Magic. He needed to learn that Magic was not a science, but an art. Art is not described, or classified, or a machine that one must learn all the parts to use it properly. Magical arts were something a magic-user had to feel, and know as a friend. I wasn't sure where he'd learned his arts, but it was obviously not in the great city of the High Elves. He must have been from one of those smaller, more "technologically advanced" towns....
"Science" and "technology" were something very new to Alerna. Most turned it away as another excuse to waste one's life on. None of the elves i knew of participated in it, at least i'd thought until today. I personally believed it was a waste of time, staying in a cramped, dark room, studying pieces of bark under a telescope...or whatever they called those things. Most of their machines were wooden contraptions, designed to make life easier. But, naturally, as an elf, I believed that we should let nature run it's course as she meant it to be. We were mean't to rely on our strength and her gifts. The lycan's were so far away from this new fad, that they even called nature "The great mother". It would be interesting to see how fast the ways of old die off, because someday they would. I knew it. I saw it....
I hoped this wouldn't affect Lecta's thinking too much. She did need to learn elemenkynesis, but not like this. Mechanics should come later. What she needed now was instruction.
I couldn't hear what the two were whispering about...but Lecta and Daku drifted slowly around the whirlpool, enjoying eachother's presence. good.....

The slow swirling motion of the wirlpool felt powerfull to her weak body. She lifted her head away from Draku's shoulder and watched the water slowly spin. It made her dizzy. She released a weak groan and looked away, laying her head down once more against his shoulder. Her head throbbed painfully. But the heat and steam of the water seemed to try and chase away her pains. The tiny little fish nipping at her flesh left a fresh tingling feeling in her skin. It trully felt wonderfull. But did the others thing the same? Mabie Draku thought it was discusting? He was human after all, and humans...didnt like things to be in the water with them. Lecta knew that much, she still didnt understand why Humans had become so concerned about showing skin, the day they werre created they feared others seeing there bare flesh, she wasnt the brightest girl. But, it seemed that every other race didnt care, only humans...Lecta had seen many roam without fear of showing there flesh, gnomes, dwarfs, a wide list of biengs...But humans, stood out compared to the rest.

The fish were somehow...glorious in a way. They cleaned every part of my skin, without me having to rub, and scrape dirt off myself....I figured the others felt the same about the fish, except for one person....I could tell Draku was enjoying the pool, but i wasn't sure if it was the water, or Lecta at his side. It was debatable, but the look on his face at the moment....Lecta asked him something quietly, but i didn't catch what it was....

"I know this wont help in your skill at all but I thought it you should know. Elyym, is it safe for her to use magic right now?" he asks in concern. "I mean, it doesnt relate to her physical condition am I right?"
Serobi halted his energetic flow and the whirlpool began to calm down.

"..Right now is not the time serobi..." i told him obscurely. I didn't want the others to know too much about lecta's future,"No serobi. please leave the lessons until she is stronger. She's a night elf, and i'm not sure exactly how she will react to too much magic right now." i told him quietly. I added even more quietly ,"You have taught other's magic before haven't you? because it seems as if you have no clue what your doing?" i had to know. His scientific methods were the wrong way to teach somebody the ancient magics....besides, who actually knows that stuff anyways? i was a healer, and i had to know about a pesons anatomy, and different types of diseases and wounds...But the healing process itself was taught to me as magic. I learned the anatomy long after i learned the art.... That was how lecta needed to learn. But even so, now wasn't the time for this........

"It is told from teacher to teacher. You're right though," he says. "Nobody know is it may be true but it does keep naive students from exceeding their limits. I once had several students. At first, I refused to teach them that way. So what did they do? They exceeded their limit and resulted in death. The 'lifestream' is a myth and it is a logical way to explain to students what would happen if they didnt obey. Since Lecta mentioned that she could only do shapeshifting, that told me that if she did little spell of elemenkenises, who knows what would happen. I just wanted her to be careful that's all. If you really know more about teaching more than I, then teach her. It would be wrong for a bad teacher such as I to tell the queen's daughter how everything works. Go ahead, teach her how elemenkenises when she gets better. I dont know what I'm doing after all."
Serobi smirked and stood from the hotsprings, preparing himself to leave.
"I'll wander Meldonar ALONE. If that 's okay with everyone."

Lecta stared up at Serobi with sad eyes"But Serobi..."she whispered and gripped Draku's shoulders hard"But...why? Whats wrong?"she asked and pulled her hair out of her face, he didnt look happy at all, mostly insulted, and discusted how Eleyym acted. A sigh was released from Lecta's lips"I wish you didnt Serobi...I would rather you stay...".

It seems that these two might not get along in the future. Maybe...
Draku only sunk his head in the water to silence their silly argument. It was times like these that he hated the most. Listening to people argue made him uncomfortable. Surfacing his face, he decided to help with the argument to calm them down.
"Stop it." he says softly, hopefully enough to calm Serobi down. "I'm sure Elyym didnt mean whatever it was that he said to you, right Elyym?"
Although all the life force talk was somewhat uninteresting to him, he still found it useful knowing that overuse of your power could kill you or leave you vulnerable. Thank goodness he mentioned that. Even if it may or may not be true, I cant help but be careful.

The fighting was realy un needed. She lowered her gaze and let out a soft sigh. Slidding away from Draku, and leaned against a rock on the far side of the spring. Laying her head down on the soft grass and closed her eyes, staring blankly into the dark misty forest. She should have not brought the group here if it was just going to cause her stress. She looked back, they werre still fighting, Lecta shook her head, slidding out of the spring. She picked up her dress and untied her mount"Il come back later...alone..."she thought to herself and mounted the tiger. Lightly kicking the elegant beasts side, its padded feet soundlessly hitting the ground as it walk away from the group.

"There she goes." he mumbles to himself. "Its time for me to leave too."
Draku slipped into his clothes and gathered his belongings. His blades still gave off a crimson glow. He did not know what caused it but it bothered him greatly. Red resembled blood and blood resembled war. Maybe this weapon was once used by a warrior to kill a large group of people, hence, giving itself and evil like aura. Shaking off the thought, picked it up and sheathed them behind his back. Lecta was rather upset, it would be best to go after her after a short while but not now.
Shapeshifting into the similar animal he was once in earlier, it took less time, pain and energy. The shapeshift completed after two minutes or so. He left the hotsprings and back to the city. Hopefully, there was some sort of training ground he could use. Training would do him greatly as he was weak.
Arriving at the city, he turned to numerous corners and to different streets but could not find any way for him to practice swordplay.
