Chrysant So, AG, now that I'm no longer busy with uni work, I need to pick up some anime series to start watching to pass the time for when I'm not working to earn the money. I've started watching... World's Destruction, K-ON and Xam'D. Most of you know what sort of series I like, so yeah. Go go suggestions! Eden of the East, Ristorante Paradisio, and maybe Natsu no Arashi... in that order. If I find out that you didn't at least check out the first two episodes of the new Mazinger series, your Clue-like appearance in the obituaries will read "Streamjumper, at the Front Door, with Plasma Breath".

Kinetic Dream Huh? They're going to execute Zel in an attempt to draw the Streamgator into war with the Aeem government? I won't allow that to happen! mad While I wouldn't mind sacrificing a few clones to see Aeem See purged, the cloning tanks are set to automatically spit out a new one as soon as the old one dies, with the consciousness transferring over and all. I've almost got the Doomsday Factors fully resolved too, so I'd be immune to whatever it is they killed me with. What, you think I wouldn't give myself a better backup system than the Zeros have? That's just being ridiculous.

Well, since you're also Lanzer, I'm surprised it took you this long to make your alter ego a specific item. XD I'd imagine that's going to become an "always wearing" item for you, like the bunny ears are for Stream, right?

You can check out Ristorante Paradisio on Crunchyroll. I don't know if it has an official US distro license or if that's just a move on the part of the Japanese studio though. As for needing to watch the first Mazinger, don't sweat it. While it is an excellent classic show, the new series is a total retooling of the franchise. Not only is the animation updated (while keeping the original designs -- double win), but the story is tweaked a little, bringing in suitable characters from other Go Nagai manga over the years... and not in the bad, shoe-horning way. In the good, "this character will be an awesome part of things" way.

The new Mazinger Z sounds really interesting. I've always wanted to at least check out the old series (I'm such a sucker for classics), but this sounds almost...better? surprised
Also, as soon as I discovered a Pi bubble in the calculator I squealed! Happy day for Pi!!! 4laugh

So people have been telling me that if SFU looked at my application and THEN asked me for all of this class paperwork in the interest of transferring credits, it pretty much means I'm in!!
This is fantastically awesome, though I'm still a bit nervous about moving 3,000 miles away... Not sure what I should pack either. I really don't want to poke through the storage space that we put everything in when my mom and I moved, so I'm hoping I have everything I need around.
I'll probably mail my Wii to Spider's though. I trust mail more than I trust checked baggage x__x
