Sodain shook his head holding it. "It is someone either a few seconds out of time or phased into a between dimensional rift turning them to a form of Energy. I heard a woman scream when this energy seemed to shoot right through me, but if it was someone out of sync with our time line from our timeline to them they should be going about their routine normally except no one would see her or hear her all they might hear is anything is like a radio signal off the air where its just an odd echoed silence like hum.
Not looping like this and in the split second that energy shot through my I hears this exactly." Sodain said but paused closing his eyes. "Phen, Espona, ANYone how many times must I pass through you before you get the message? I lost count after 85,899,998,987 times of passing through here please stop me!" Sodain said pausing then added "But I got the feeling of a warm but gentle flame passing through me."

Faloria rolled on the floor gasping and then could not help it and froze the feathers in a flash jet of ice around her as she was wide eyed and bolted to a bathroom "I gotta gooooooo!"
Rastu smirked "well I guess I tickled her to the point of having to pee and now... aww darn it she froze my tickle torture feathers. Oh well." he said but then more 4 this time danced around Fala and Tara as Rastu grinned wider. "I always have more." he said as the feathers tackled Fala and Tara's open sid the bracelet held them by.

Espona thought listening and pondered. "Only person I can think of is your mother and she hasn't been seen in a very long time. Any chance maybe? And by yours I mean Phen's mother, sorry if any confusion there." She said sighing softly.
Fala and Tara laughed giggling and burst out laughing twisting and trying to get away from the feathers along with trying to swat and kick them away with their free hand and legs. Fala releasing fire at the feathers as she laughed trying to hit them causing Yui to duck then move out of the room not wanting to get toasted by Fala. Her mother began using her ice magic trying to freeze the feathers if she could get good aim.

Sodain nodded a bit. "Understandable and it is possible. No one really knew what would happen other then a powerful imploding barrier to seal the great darkness. But no one know how powerful it would be, what would happen to those who used halves of the masks as a seal or anything like that. But with seeing what happened to me it is highly possible. Specially with Phens mother being like a phoenix but takes dragon form as a flame beast form even when she is all flame.
I will need with permission to possibly create something to measure the status of that energy like, how often it passes through, what level of strength and amount of power in it, and what frequency like a radio station frequency type thing then once I make them and get this data perhaps I can build something or design something to capture, energize and bring the energy back fully into this world." Sodain said thinking trying to come up with the designs and plotting already.

Rastu eventually gets bored with the tickling and snapping his fingers the feathers vanish as he yawns a bit stretching, "Well if you ladies will excuse me, and even if you won't I will still do it. I am going for a walk." He said walking towards a wall phazing through it.

Espona weighed the options then nodded. "yes you have my permission to build the device."
the pair sighed then gasped then trying to get g free, in this process Tara hit her bracelts button blinking not sure if it ewould magnatize Falorias or not.

Sodain nodded and went to his workshop though a little dusty looked like it was kept clean in certain intervals, he found the design table and went to work planning the machine out as he thought about it.

When Tara pressed the one button she had on her bracelet which controlled Fala's bracelet it would end up switching it off.

Espona took care of paperwork letting him do his thing.
Tara yelped as she fell as did Fala who winced sitting up and looked at Tara plotting how to get back at Faloria for making them endure the tickling torture.
Above them Yui walked and knocked entering Drake's office. "I'm here to report in." he said hoping Drake wasn't angry at his being captured earlier.

Drake sitting at his desk spoke his tone always made it hard to tell if he was angered and forcing to be calm or not angered. "Come in Yui." He said while going over some paperwork.
Faloria coming back from the restroom seen them down and prepared to press Fala's button again. "And just where do you think your sneaking backwards to missy hmm?" She said thinking she was seeing Fala take a step back not sure if she was trying to sneak off or just did it for balance issues if she did actually take a step back.

Sodain finished the blue prints, item list, and designed the parts for it frowning. "Now where am I going to find a pure virgin hollow quartz large enough." He said meaning a 6 foot tall by 4 foot wide Quartz crystal that has no impurities from other elements like rock or other gemstones mixed into it that had a inch thick outer shell the entire perimeter and the rest of the 3 foot 10 inches wide, and 5 foot 10 inches tall.
"Blast it all too bad there wasn't a Quartz crystal user that could just make a hollow quarts pod capsule that seals tightly and opens in the middle like the emergency stasis crystals Syna used." Sodain yelled not realizing if anyone was out in the hall or not as he rechecked his calculations over and over again shaking his head. "No it has to be pure virgin quartz." Sodain then thumped his head on the table a few times as if trying to shake ideas loose it wasn't hard just a light tapping but with the modified body his head was havier and it sounded harder then it was.

Fala shook her head. "Not going nowhere. I just lost my balance after being held up and tickled to tears." She said and Tara moved taking a swing with some ice feathers at Faloria to try and tickle her down to distract her so Fala could make a fire feather duster to help aid in the payback.
Yui entered nodding to Drake. "Thank you. How are you doing?" he asked seeing all the paperwork.
In the hall the tech woman Seia watched listening quietly and spoke entering. "What about my research that shows a person named.....um.....Arosa? or something? She was last known to have purple hair and to be near a green crystal and magic user named Rosatil." She said having some papers and it showing Rosatil's shadow could create quart crystals if she wanted to but it had never really been seen that she could but she could very easily make quart crystals.

Faloria giggled a bit removing her hand from the bracelet. "And if you think that ice feather will be tickling me Tara you should know you never could sneak up on me." Faloria said as two frost feathers appeared behind both Tara and Fala tickling them.

Sodain thought about it and raised a brow. "Hmm I never thought she could make pure untainted quartz." He said looking over the papers and nodded a bit. "Hmm I see she seldom uses it so it was not easy to be noticed. But I doubt she knew about this places monitoring techniques." He snickered a bit. "And I believe I know where she is. Excuse me a moment won't you? Oh also if you like please follow these schematics and measurements to help construct this device? I had a person possibly Phen's mother as pure energy slightly out of alignment with our world.
This will catch and bring her back here. Espona gave full permission." He said looking to Seia. "And yes I trust you with this because if you look at it. You will see where a dragon's magic like your own is needed." Sodain smiled softly before closing his eyes and nodded. "Ah I see since we put her sister who is keeping balance over the shadow kin mostly. So Arosa returned to her life in the fighting rings. Yes that would be a good place to not be seen warping in." He said pressing the spot on his chest and warped out to the fighting arena then looked making his way to the ring.

Seia nodded going to work on the device.
Arosa was flexing her arms some to move them as she cracked her neck, smirking, readying herself with her staff and stepped out wearing her dark and purple clothing with red, waving to the cheering crowd. "Welcome all! Your victor undefeated champ is there waiting for her oponate to come out! It will be the massive force known as Gythin!" The announcer said stirring up the crowd that cheered chanting and Arosa grinned waving to them all smirking her purple hair pulled back and watched as a muscled man came out.
She readied herself and when the whistle went off she charged dodging and attacked the crowrd watching and betting going wild for the match off.
Around was securty a guard stopped Sodain upon seeing him and looked him over. "You a participent or an onlooker?" he asked trying to judge which one Sodain was. "If you are an onlooker then the match is already started between the two fighters." He explained and if responded with onlooker he would direct him towards some open seating that also was the direction for the back rooms where fighters went after a match.
In the ring Arosa ran and ducked, dodging easily the sharpened axe that was swung at her. Dodging easily she grinned running up hitting the man in the head then stomach, turning and drop kicing him into the wall, making everyone go wild once more as she landed and turned watching him grinning. "All you have?" she asked putting on a great show for the audiance.
He got up slowly as the count started and then it stopped as he stood and tried to strike her, missing and she started to act as if cornered as he charged attacking but dodged last minute making his axe stick into the metal. "Okay you're done. I'm bored." She said making a final attack, striking him a few times with her staff before slamming her foot into his head with a punch to the back making him fall and when the counter hit ten a whistle would sound off.
"And the winner again is the undefeated champion Arosa!" the announcer shouted and all cheered chanting her name as she waved grinning walking out happy and thrilled with another victory as people cheered and was going wild as the knocked out man was removed from the arena and things being set up for the next round that wasn't with her.
She walked into back stretching and sighed smirking. "Taht was easier than expected." She said smirking and laughed some to herself. "Guess 'm just too good." she cooed edging her ego on.

Sodain looked annoyed to the security guard. "Which ever gets me close to Arosa. I have some side business to discuss even if that means I must fight her to talk to her then so be it." He said looking to the security guard having a bit of a grumpy face from being stopped.

"You know the grand champ? Hah! That's really funny but let me see if she has time for you." He snickered pressing an earpiece. "Hey, I got a guy here who says he has business with the grand champ. She know any guy that would have something planned with her?" he asked and waited for a reply.
"Nah I don't know of anyone on her schedual." Another said her hearing this and moved towards the main gate and paused seeing Sodain and came to it watching him confused.
"Sodain? What you doing here? Look I haven't done one thing to Rosatil or anyone else on Syna or anyone else here besides in the arena okay? So you aint got no reason to try and punish or kill me." She stated quickly.

Sodain laughed "So I take it your sister I helped you find or lead you to find is doing well as the head of your clan? But that is not why I am here Arosa. I need something you can help me with finding or making." Sodain said looking to her and then to the guard before looking back to her. "I need a special quartz 6 foot high outside 4 foot wide in the shape of the large gem on your champion ring round with two tapered points on the end. (shape wise  ) For a project that could benefit the entire world. You know how the weather is unpredictable? I had an idea to make a weather balancing machine. But I can't think of where to find a Quarts capsule like the drawing I have with the total dimensions I mentioned previously on the outside but hollow only one inch thick around the center and opens in the middle because I need to put an energy crystal inside it that I already have. But I need the quarts shell to protect it." Sodain said softly with a hopeful look. "Just name your price if you can get me one like someone had said you may be able to do." Sodain said watching her using the excuse of trying to balance the weather out in front of others.

"Hmm well more predictable weather might be nice......alright, I'll make your quarts. Come with me to my room as I relax. I just beat up a smelly guy and need to get my check after I rest up some." She said motioning for him to come and the guard opened the gate for Sodain to follow Arosa into the back and would close the gate behind Sodain.
"You know the fights may be illigal but we aren't rougheans. We do hvae rules and order." She said smirking at Sodain as she lead the way to her room, opening her door and entered letting him enter and two guards outside her room to make sure she wasn't distrubed as she walked over and sat in a comfy chair of hers. "Ah so ncie to sit. So then....this sounds interesting plan you have." She said nodding and motioned to let him sit down as well anywhere he wanted having a sofa and another chair just as comfy as her own.

Sodain looked at the sofa and chair scanning them with his new enhanced eye being a bit like Silvia was now he sighed. "I recently went under an operation and need to stand." He said laying as he closed the door behind him out of habit. But he did stand by the chair. "Okay so what else you need to know to make the quartz?" he asked softly so no one outside the room heard what was being said just that it was non threatening mumbling through the door.
