her mother moved to hug the figure when the figure tore her head off "Honey" she said before her head was tossed aside

" C'mon...charge, charge.." Fiora thought, pulling her fist back, as if she was ready to punch the barrier. She knew that this move was completely dangerous if not done properly. She moved all her power into that one hand, and fire swriled around it. Drawing her arm futther back, she jabbed into the barrier, feeling it tremble a bit. The shockwaves, she felt greaty. Her hand seemed broken, and bloody, and she was out of breath.
(( I'm not sure where you're plot is going off to, so if it's gonna ruin it, you can determine if it breaks or not. ))

the barrier shattered but the dark figure grabbed fiora by the throat "Fiora!" lemenal yelled and charged it but was deflected straight into a building by its backhand

SHe was too weak to react, and tryed to break though, but didn't at all.
