Rogue Angel Kiara Officer Hot-Pants Unfortunately (though quite predictably), the caroling seems to be broken, as well; I can perform the actual caroling, but cannot receive the item. Not surprising at all, sadly. Events have more and more glitches each time these days. sweatdrop And offer less and less. I imagine xmas 2012 they'll just call it in, the whole site will go down, and when we log in we'll have the option of buying a plate of reindurrr turds with a bow on it... for $90 from the cash shop.

Jingle Bell's Jingle Bell's, Gaia Fails!!!! They ruined a event again!
Thus my small bit of Caroling, since that is about all I got to do before it quit working!

Officer Hot-Pants Well, it's nice to know that at least SOME things will never change on Gaia. Hmm... in this particular case, I'm not sure that's a good thing confused

Well I just went and bought the few "event" items I wanted.. since they are soo cheap on the marketplace already.. and I'll just be working my way through the shops caroling to get those items..
I really don't like this event. I don't like them asking for our items or gold to get a prize.. it used to be they just wanted our time.. *sigh* I wouldn't care if the event took me 3 days to finish if it didn't ask for my gold or items.. or at least let us give away trash or soulbound stuff from zOMG we don't want anymore.. gah.. I'm sure this rant has already be done and I'm just late to the party as usual lol..
On a bright note I think I'm finally done christmas shopping..
On a down note Noch failed his bio class due to his teacher not letting him make up a quiz his missed due to being sick... LaMe.. *sigh* And my sister and her fiance still haven't sent me the rest of the money they owe me for this trip.. *grr.... stare evil and I'm supposed to be leaving in five days..

Yup, after dumping my unnecessary stuff into the furnice, I'm not sure if I'm going to be bothered with it that much. I don't have that big of an inventory and most of the stuff is something I really need so I'm not going to put them into there because I couldn't ever afford to buy them again. xd

I was going to do that.. and then I looked up the cost of the items from the "event" and just bought those instead lol. How is everyone's Friday going? I'll be on and off all night trying to get my caroling in shops done, but I also have tons of wrapping and packing still to do. So I probably won't be posting much.. O.O And we're supposed to be getting anywhere from 6 - 16 inches of snow.. O.O. I won't mind the snow.. as long as the roads are clear for my 800+ miles worth of driving on Tuesday lol.

Oh look, another luck of the draw, cash shop item. They call them RIG's in the marketplace, no? It pisses me off mostly because you can't just outright buy what you want and you might not even get a new item at all. I know people are really stupid and will buy a lot more in the hopes that they get the good stuff - which they put in the marketplace for a billion gold, but I cannot help but feel it is a bit of an abuse.

Right there with ya for the most part Exxos.. I don't necessarily think the people that buy them are stupid.. they just have more money to burn than I do.. I can't remember the last time I was able to spend money on this site.. though I'll be honest I was tempted to get some gaia cash for christmas presents.. till I re-evaluated my finances yet again.. sweatdrop
I can't stand any of the cash "games" though.. If I'm going to blow money on pixels it's darn well gonna be the pixels I want, not a guessing game/luck of the draw thing.
