I've never really used Mence, nor have I had much trouble against them. Of course, they're really hard to counter, so I personally think it was for the best.

Either Way, looks like s/he is this generation's pixie. (Like Manaphy, Celebi, Jirachi)
So I'd expect 100 base stats all around. Another OU threat? Or perhaps ubers...

i have to wake up at 3:30am for my job, so that plus my laptop dying totally stops/stopped me from doing much I mean... uh...
