Ouchies. That bites. >,< I hope they're able to track the laptop down. My mom is working at a place that deals with stuff like that, are they giving you a free credit watch? I think that's what she said companies usually do when personal info like that is stolen. That's kinda creepy, though, knowing that someone has all that info on you. =x I'd probably freak out. Haha, yeah, they gave me a year of free credit watching from Equifax. It was a pain to sign up for it, though. So far nothing, but it happened not too long ago, so I'm not sure what'll happen. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, though. I've worked hard to build up my good credit.

I have a couple of questions. ^^
First: Is it alright to have more than one RP character?
Second: After you get a starter pokemon, do you have to start in the first town of that area? Say, if you got a squirtle, do you have to start RPing in Pallet town? Or is it alright to start in a different town, or another region entirely?
Third: Would it be possible to start out with a pokemon that isn't one of the starters? Like, say, a skitty?

In response...
First...Yes you may have more than one character, unfortunately Betas are restricted to having one starter total and one team between them, though.
Second...I don't see why not but it would be hard for you character to get a Pokemon from say, Professor Oaks Lab, then leave and suddenly be in Fuschia City. It makes things much simpler to start in the town the Lab is located in. However, if you'd like to go to a different rtegion, just make three posts in that towns thread and then make your character board the train to the starting town of whichever region you'd like to move to.
Third...Unfortunately, this is a no. The only Pokemon that can be obtained as starters are the ones listed in the Professors' Labs. However, you might be able to convince one of the Mods to give you a special events to obtain a different Pokemon as your characters first wild Pokemon Capture.
I managed to convince Astral to make a Chinchou appear for me since my old Character's favorite Pokemon was Chinchou.
((I hope this isn't a problem. What with me answering questions instead of leaving it to the mods))

Don't worry, and if you're really desperate for that poke'mon, mods can solve the problem quite fast. Unfortunately, my internet's been being a real pain lately, so tis why I haven't been on much. T^T

Most of the time, us Mods try to be accommodating to out members so really all you need to do is ask one of us and we'll see what we can do.

It sort of disappeared for vacation. Alot of our contests have disappear with Astral gone. But don't worry we'll have them all working soon hopefully.

Astral and I are making a guild Advent Calender for you guys. Her half is almost done and I'm trying to get mine done ASAP. I'm having trouble locating some of my utensils....Like erasers...and my inking pen. I lose mine as often as Astral has implosion issues with hers...

xD Yeah, my pens like to explode on whatever I'm inking. =P Good news is, the last one that did such was on a personal drawing, nothing for the guild, so I think these pics will be safe. xD
And yes, we'll be kicking off the Advent Calendar event most likely today or tomorrow. And if I do get it started today, the prizes will still be available tomorrow for those who will miss it, since it'll be a late start. xD
This event will last a while, though, but there'll be different prizes each day. :3 Hopefully it'll be a fun one. ^^
