Cyra sighed before lightly touching the girl's shoulder, "You are only useless if you think of yourself as useless. Trust in yourself and you will constantly be amazed." She said before taking a deep breath. She blinked and her eyes turned brilliant wolfin yellow. Then she moved, without ever really moving, gone as if she had never been. From outside a haunting howl rose, echoing back on itself even as the silver wolf dropped her head and dug her paws into the snow.

Willow watched with blank eyes, though she showed no sign of following the group. "You go," she murmured, "I'll stay here and watch over the inn, like I always have been."
((well, guys, I don't know if you've noticed, but I have had my share of roleplaying for today. I need to go get some rest and stuff. My creative juices are just about dried up. Go on with the epicness without me!))

Rachel awoke the next morning to sunlight filtering through her window. She streched and rubbed the sleep from her eyes. There was a know on the door. " Come in" she said. Seamus peered through the doorway. "Breakfist time" he stated, then closed the door. Rachel got dressed and went down stairs to meet Seamus in the dining area.

Bartheyamus barged into the Inn the following morning, still bathed in sweat from the nightmarish sleep he had the night before. What did that Valter character want? Were his friends in danger? Would he even be alive tomorrow? He had no time for such questions. For now, he headed up to room 20B. He jingled the skeleton keys in his hand clumsily before finding the right key. With how deserted the Inn may have been, it's age of disrepair didn't show in the slightest .The entire room was made of oak, mahogany, and other types of wood from the forest. He liked it, it reminded him of home. When he opened the door, he was greeted by a huge arched window who's view was limited to the trees only 15 feet from his room. To the right, a small cobblestone fireplace in which one could keep warm. The were a few alcoves to stash his things if need be. His mattress was set into a small frame that was built into the wall. He had no use for the bed through, instead he measured the amount of light flittering in. With it being the last odd room, it decreased the chance of the sun shining if it ever would as being so close to the forest blocked the rising sun. He raised a black veil over the window just to be safe. He removed his coat and vest, dressed only in his black leather pants and white jabot and hung the garments on a hook near the door. He moved his sword belt but put it beside him as he lay upon the floor, eyes fixed on the ceiling as he drifted into deep thought. He wasn't going to be caught off guard again. He wasn't going to lose control.

Willow was awoken by the gauzy streams of sunlight that filtered in through the small square window of the servants' quarters. She had fallen alseep while doing the laundry; the left side of her face was still imprinted with the pattern of the tile that she had slept on. Yawning, and sitting up, she suddenly remembered the previous night. She stood up quickly and dashed into the lobby, looking around to see if the rest of them were back. Are they okay? She wondered.
Once she reached the lobby, seeing that nobody was there, she let out a sigh of dissappointment. Going to the guest counter, she sat down, pulled out a piece of paper and charcoal. With that, she began to sketch the eyes she had seen by the window the previous night.

((well, let's see...bartheyamus made some weird origami dogs to watch over the inn. Then he made a weird paper spell to expell evil things, then Suwako gave Willow a jade to make the spell stronger. After that, everyone started to get to know each other, and then some evil guy killed Bartheyamus' dogs. Barth' freaked out and started coughing blood all over, and then everyone went to confront the evil dude in blackthorn hollow but he dissappeared after giving an ominous message...was that a good enough recap? I'm not so good at those. ))

((Realize they weren't "Origami Dogs" they were fully real looking wolves. They're black, have fur, but they are summoned out of the scroll. Not made of paper. Also, look in the Blackthorn Hollow forum to see what happened to me after I confronted the evil. That's important as it paves the way for the conflict in the story. Aside from Willow's inaccurate visualization of summoning razz everything was pretty spot-on.))

It was confusing, and there were some scissors or something? And then BAM! There's some wolves there; I was just like o_O Anyway, sorry all, for not sending out a very good summary. I've always hated recaps. <_< ))

((ah, thank you! :3 recap is appriciated! Are you guys having a merry Christmas?))
Sayomi awoke to sunlight dancing upon her skin. She blinked, mind working it's way through the layer of mental fog sleep had deposited upon her. She jolted up, wings flared, ready for flight. Last night. Creatures. Unfamiliar surroundings. And then she remembered. Blackthorn Inn. This was her room. She must have dragged herself up to her room last night, after being overwhelmed by the nights happenings. Sayomi scolded herself for failing to take account of her surroundings before she had fallen asleep. It was a stupid mistake. And stupid mistakes killed.
She made her bed and washed the grime from her body before dressing and heading downstairs. Hopefully she wasn't late for breakfast... Or lunch... The trees obscured her view of the sun, leaving her clueless of the time. She pressed her wings tightly to her spine, covering them with er cloak before entering the lobby.

Willow looked up from the picture she had been drawing as Sayomi walked into the room. Putting down her charcoal, she folded her arms lazily across the desk. "Did you sleep well?" she asked, "I hope you're all right. Last night was a mess."

Bartheyamus arose from the floor and donned his coat and weapons. The time for thinking had ended. He needed to inform others of what had transpired last night or at least answer any questions they may have had for him. His actions the night before were inexcusable and he could no longer act on his own instincts, he had others to take care of now. He briefly washed his face, pulling some thorns out of his brow that snagged him as he run into the hollow. After doing so, he headed down to the lobby and caught sight of Sayomi and Willow. For now, he would not speak, everyone needed to fully digest all that happened. He simply sat in a chair close to the hearth and waited for someone to say something, anything, he didn't know where to begin.
