Shay followed, yet a little way behind him.
Still mad at him, and how he patted her wounded shoulder... without so much as sorry, or what-not. She contemplated on how to get him off her mind, when she almost slipped and fell. Grunting in pain as she felt her shoulder wound reopen a bit, she cursed in anger at herself.
Yet another thing to unreasonably, to be mad at him about.
She then glared at the back of his head, pulverizing him with her eyes before she came to her senses.
"How could he be so... so."
She sighed, "I'm acting like a child... what the hell's wrong with me...?" She screamed.
Shay pushed her thoughts away as they traveled, and hoped they'd reach the castle soon... so she could at least, bathe the blood and loosen her tense muscles away.

David felt a threat behind him so he turned around and noticed a glare from a cold face. Yet even though he looked straight at it he did see how atracti...Not right now He had to stop falling of his mind when he was near her it was not time nor place fr it. Yet he understood that she was quite mad at him and he couldn't help but to think about what but nothing popped in his mind. "Shay, Is it something I've done or is it something I've not done. It's something about me or I doubt you would use that glare upon me. I would hate to have upset you." David waited for her to come closer or stay at her position. He also notice the new bandages getting slightly darker so a short rest would do both good it seemed.

Lost in thought in having a steaming hot bath, she heard David's voice and instantly froze. She looked up slowly and gazed at all one hundred percent male. She sighed inwards, her knee's starting to buckle from the splendid sight of him.
"Get it together Shay...! He's just a man." She told herself and shook her head in good measure.
His words so sincere and caring, she swooned. She shook her head again and cleared her throat, as she walked up to him.
"It's nothing. I've just reopened my wounds when I slipped a few steps back... And the look was merely a mix expression of irritation, frustration and anger from doing so." She lied. Well some of it was true actually, but she left out his display of not caring... that got her into this little hissy fit anyways.
Shay smiled at David and began to slowly lower herself onto a log to rest a bit. Not to mention her knee's were about to give out, but she would never admit it was caused by him.

David walked up to Shay and stood behind her. He didn't smile but he cared truly now for she was weak and he guessed she hated it tot he bone. Now he needed to make the best of the situation for her. "Shall we go over your bandages or shall I carry you all the way home? It won't be a problem since I'm as strong as you and I wouldn't fear depending on you to get home." He didn't know truly what to do. As a hunter he was often alone and now something was going on and perhaps one lost some skills with social life when running trough the forest all day.

Shay so was not going to let him carry her, but her bandages did need changing... Yet with that thought came others, and soon her face became flushed. She cleared her throat and looked away. "Ahh... are you sure your as strong as me? You being a man and all, I'd assume you'd be stronger." She stated, quickly straying his mind and thoughts elsewhere. Least of all, away from her face that was probably blushing and to by her sometime in thought.
What am I going to do... What can I do? Think Shay, think!

David was quite stunned for half a second. Not that he was shock but taken by her words. Maybe because he first thought she would joke with him, telling that she was far stronger but then she mention male physic. "True is that my body is bigger and I'm most likely capable of bigger lifts." David started to smile slightly, a very thing smile but a smile even though he didn't want to smile and he felt warmth to his face. Now he indeed wanted to stab his own face out in embarrassment. "Yet more then brute strength is needed to lift one under a long time. It's more of technique then brute strength. yet if that what you fancy I could always work out instead!" He had to try a joke in the end, it could be a reason for his idiotic mouth that had to smile for some bloody reason

Shay was right, her changing the subjecting on to him. Was exactly the right thing to do. He was so caught up in the moment and thought, that she decided on what to do.
His smile sent a wave of butterflies in her stomach, and made things a bit hectic. "Is it hot... or is it just me?" She began fanning at her face trying to collect herself and get him off her mind.
Yet his comment did the trick, "If I fancy it... brute strenght and more muscles on you. You'd work on that instead?" A bit confused, she wondered why he said that yet in the end she came to realize it was a joke and then felt stupid for asking.
"Ahh... it's ok. I'm just a bit tired and the sooner we get to the portal the better it'll be for the both of us." She said yet her shirt became even more damp, as blood began to soak it even more.

David's eyes could not b fooled since he knew the look of blood and hi nose second that as well. Shay would not move until the bandages had been fixed or shed risk an infection and that often lead to death. "Shay, I'll fix those bandages for you. Then we move out and don't worry, I'll be a gentleman." He noticed that the shoulder was the painful thing, which he had touched. He could walk over to a tree and slam his face in it. Yet his face showed nothing but his thin smile. He was the reason for her pain and they being late for his own mistake. "I'm sorry for the shoulder. I made a mistake and I didn't notice! Now shall I take of your top or can you do it?"

Shay feeling oddly embarressed and shy, sucked up her childish emotions and nodded towards David. "It's ok David... And I'm really sorry for the way I acted towards you earlier." She said with a heavy sigh, and then added with a light nervous chuckle, "Your gonna have to help me take my shirt off, and then the bandages..." She said with a weak smile knowing full well, he'd have a better look at her breasts this time around than last time.

David had already come to peace with he fact that he needed to help Shay dress and to do all the work here, yet he didn't do it for personal gain. He took his stand behind Shay after that he helped her to sit down on a fallen tree. As he stood behind her David started to take away weaponry and such and then gently took of the shirt. Now he knelled behind Shay as he took it of and kept his eye locked onto her spine. He then started to take of the bandages carefully. Due to the fact how one bandage a shoulder it would be hard to stay behind Shay's back all the time so David had to move to the side. He moved swift and had his eyes onto his hands as they unwrapped the bandage. During this he also took out a fresh pair and the last pair that David had left. Yet in the corner of his eyes Shay's female body was showing. Yet there was no way to completely close down the view humans eyed gave even if his focus was on his hands. Even his breathing was made so that he could concentrate on his task.

As David began taking off her weapons, she felt even more naked than when he took off her shirt. Yet once the bandages were off and she sat completely naked, well her top half at least. All she wanted was for it all to be done and over with. She had a nice rack, well at least she thought so. But still, this was a little uncomfortable... especially when he was in full view of them.
Yet he was being such a gentleman about it all. So caring and soft to the touch. She noticed his breathing changed and she couldn't help but laugh. Which consequentially caused her breast to jiggly, yet she reached up and touched his hand. "It's ok... you can stand in front of me David." she smiled at him, "Thanks for helping me."

David swallowed as Shay touched his hand. He didn't know who was the one most exposed at that very moment. If you thought of it both was exposed in various ways and some of the all was heavier then the other. "It's not going to do anything better. To stand next to you is far better for the shoulder at now. But it will help as I bandage the chest!" There wasn't much to hide it that if he could move around her it would be easily for the final touches. For the bandage to hold it needed to move across back and chest. He was at that point as well and as actually working on a plan to stay behind but he wiped that away. He stood in front and let his hands move across her back as he spun the bandage several laps around her upper body. Soon he was all done. "There, that should hold of some while!" He smiled and looked at her face. She was quite the patient, stayed silent and didn't complain much. Then he picked up the shirt so that Shay would be dressed again.

Shay noted the change in his eyes, his posture and just in him. Her eyes held so much secrets, yet at this very moment... she felt as if they both stood in front of one another, exposed.
Shay smiled at David after he finished, she knew it must have been awkward for him as much as it was for her. Even though he held back in saying anything, he's eyes told a different story.
Shay smiles sweetly and tried her best to lift up her arm to help him put her shirt on. "Thanks David... your really something quite great underneath all that rugged exterior." She touched his cheek softly, feeling a tingle shot up her arm and a flutter in her stomach. Holding back a giggle, she looked into his eyes. Hers so open, innocent and fragile... Shay leaned forwards and kissed him.

David just smiled to the comment Shay gave him. He did not know how to answer that without sounding like, he didn't even know what he would sound like. He came to the idea that he would just sound cheese most likely. Now thanks to Shay's next action David didn't have to answer her now.
As Shay kissed him he was surprised but answered her kiss as soon as he was back to reality. Her lips was soft even after staying so long in this forest, he guessed that his own lips was a bit more to the dry side. His arm placed on her back gentle. He would not hurt her again.

When David kissed her back, she sighed happily and kissed him harder wanting nothing but to taste his lips. She lifted up her arms to wrap around his neck, forgetting about her shoulder and gasped in pain. She took a couple of breaths and looked up at him feeling his arm gently on her back.
