Erik swatted at her. "Don't say that...you shouldn't lie to such a degree to a highly drugged out person...it's not a good thing." But that was nothing a dose of detox nanos and some Echo immersion wouldn't fix. At least he hoped this was like all the other times and easy to get past.
Playing with wires he eventually shorted the door with a gratifiying hiss of dying wires and electricity. That door he moved Lilia from his way and more or less pried the door open. Manual override cheap style. And he stepped into the hellish mess of a room.
Jelena was lying on her bed, looking half asleep. Though her blinking clearly showed that she was awake. Erik stepped over various items, coming to sit on the edge of the bed and reached over, petting at her shoulder. "Trevy...come on."
Looking to the bedside table he took up the bottle, reading the label adn counting how many of the full number she had taken over the last week or so. Good lord...this was certinally the most amount she'd ever taken. He'd be upping that detox dose.

"Hey, it was worth a try. You know how she is about those Echoes of hers, I thought it might get her out here."
Of course when the door opened she stepped inside and her eyes widened at the sight of Jelena looking very drugged laying on her bed. "Wow, she's worse off than I thought. How are we going to get her back to normal before the Board meeting? She's only got a day and a half."
Lillia was worried and she made no move to hide it, twisting her hands and one lock of her hair and chewing on her lip watching Jelena and Erik.

"These pills prescribed from Fein are blockers. They literally induce a type of selective amnesia. Depending on dosage the levels vary. And she's perfected the amounts. Don't worry Lilia, I know how to handle this." Thus said he scooped Jelena up, holding her against his chest and letting her head fall against his shoulder. "I really wish she would find a healthier way to do this." Though he shut up right there...he was saying too much.
"First, go make sure the coast is clear. No one in that hall, no matience, not techs, and no James." He looked around and then grabbed Jelena's lab vest, throwing it to Lilia. "Wear that and go to the Echoes. I want you to move the large male fenrir from his pack enclosure to one of the solitary blank ones. His enviroment code if 4618. I'll meet you there. Don't worry, he'll smell Jelena on you and give you no trouble, he'll just follow you to where he needs to be." Nothing better than putting her with her first successful Echo.

"Okaaay..." Lillia didn't question anything just put the lab coat on and then went to stand in the doorway watching the hall to see when it was clear.
A few techs in the hall took a bit to finish up their conversation but when they finally did, there was no one else in the hall. "Okay, coast is clear." And that being said she took off to go to the Echoes.
A few moments later she walked up to the Fenrir enclosure and typed in teh code that she was given then went in. The Fenrir's came up to sniff at her and the large alpha male sniffed at her a bit then became docile as a puppy followin gher out.
She locked up the main enclosure and led him off to the one on the side, unlocking it and then sticking him inside, inputting the enviroment code to make the enclosure's walls and floor take on a certain look. Now all she had to do was wait for Jelena.

In a way she was cute...all doped out and in sock, sweats, and a big t-shirt. But another check of the hallway before he walked out of the room with Jelena in his hold, making his way back to the project area. Soon enough he was stepping into the solitary enclosure, instantly gaining the attention of the fenrir.
Walking to the bad he set Jelena down so that she was sitting on the ground and propped her against the wall...then backed off quick as he could, grabbing Lilia by the arm and yanking her back with him...just as a massive paw hit the dirt, claws digging and and sharp teeth snapped at them. Erik kept walking them backwards and out of the enclosure and the creature stalked them out the entire way, growling and snarling.
Erik gave almost a relieved sigh as the door shut and the fenrir turned from the 'threat' to Jelena, tenativly walking up to her with a whimper before nuzzling at her and then promptly lyning down, curling around her. Where he took to licking at her like she was a pup. His mother, he knew something wasn't right with her.
Jelena blinked some, shifing some in her haze into the beast, a hand threading into his fur, cuddling into him. Looked like she was content to just lay there with massive wolf watching over her.
Erik sighed. "I was afraid of that...he's turned vicious for her. Come with me, we need to program some detox nanos. She'll be alright with him." A motion for her to follow.

Surprise! Killer Fenrir coming at ya! Lillia didn't have a whole lot of time to react. All she saw were those claws and teeth looking for blood. If it weren't for Erik, she'd probably be dead right now. But then he'd obviously done this before and judging by the five years Jelly had spoke of yesterday, this must be an annual thing.
She stood there for a moment catching her breath adn then turned back watching the alpha male curled up with Jelly. It would have been cute if that same Fenrir hadn't just tried to rearrange her face. But a sigh and she followed after Erik.
"Detox nanos? To help get her out of the drug world and back in this one?"

"Yes. You know we use nanos for practically everything." He was working his way through the halls to the Envision med bay. He pulled the pill bottle out of his pocket. "That includes detoxing people. Be it drugs or poisons. All we do is get a vial of blank nanos specified for detox, expose them to the drug and then inject them into the system. An internal seek and destroy mission happens."
Stepping through the med bay doors he took to searching. "Damn it...they rearranged things again. Okay we need an air syringe, gloves, alcohol wipes, and look for a box of nano viles that have a yellow strip around the top." Thus to searching.

Ah that made sense. That was the only way they were going to have Jelly ready to go see the Board in a day and a half. If they waited for her dependence on the drugs to wear off it could be weeks before she was ready and she just didn't have that much time.
She started to look through the shelves to see if she could find the vial he'd indicated. The syringe and alcohol wipes were pretty easy to find. In the marked bins. Of course the vials were mislabeled and she found them in the green box instead of the yellow. But there was yellow tape around the top of them so she figured they were the right ones.
Eveyrthing else she'd found she dropped on the counter with the cabinets and then seh picked up the vials. "Is this what we're looking for?"

Erik nodded and smiled. "Exactly." And he gathered up all of thier supplies, leading Lilia back to the back labs. Of coures now standing in front of the enclosure...they had a problem. That fenrir was already glaring at them, and he knew what was Jelena and what was the smell of her...thus the lab coat wasn't going to do any good.
"So...we gotta get in there...and not shredded...I should of thought this out a bit more. God what did I do last year?" A look to Lilia. "Suggestions?"

Oh look, back in front of the Fenrir who was looking at her like she was a tasty midnight snack and then he'd use her thigh bone to pick his teeth after he ate Erik. Joy. She watched the furious Fenrir and shook her head.
"Treats maybe? Music? You know what they say, music soothes the savage beast...other than that I"ve got nothing." She watched and ten said, "Ooh we could sedate the Fenrir and then detox Jelly then get her out of there, wait for the Fenrir to wake back up and have Jelly move him back to his enclosure."

"Sedation! That's exactly how I did it last year. Boy if it wasn't for you girl I'd be standing here for hours trying to figure something out. Though I think there's a lesson in here somwhere. Wait here a moment." He left her side, only to return about ten minutes later with a tranquilizer rifle, loading it up with a dart.
The gun was held out to Lilia. "You need to learn to sedate these guys. Now this is how you hold it." And he went about showing her the proper way to hold it, butt of the rifle against her shouler. "Just aim through the scope, both eyes open. Try for his flank. You'll get a little kick back...and yeah try not to hit Trevy...that would be bad."

Lillia stared at him a moment and then slowly shook her head. "I...don't like guns and I don't like hurting animals..."
She glanced at the Fenrir, her hands shaking with the gun he'd shoved into them. "Erik...I'm not sure I can do this." Still shaking she really did try to aim btu seh was afraid that she was going to hit Jelly.
She knew she had to learn though so she lifted the rifle and looked through the scope trying really hard to keep her hands steady. "Nope. Maybe you better do it..."

Erik shook his head. "Nonsense. Me and Trevy won't always be around to help you now will we? This is something you have to learn." And thus he stepped behind her, bracing her hands and arms with his own, holding the rifle steady. "You can do this."
"Take a breath, take sight," he looked through the scope some too, compensating for his angle to make sure her target was where it needed to be. "Just sqeeze the trigger. They barely feel it, it's just a sedative. No boom, no nothing. It's an air powered rifle."

She did look through the scope and with Erik behind her, holding her steady it was a lot easier. His hands were warm on hers and she oculdn't help the tingly feeling that ran through her. It happened when most males touched her and she figured Erik was no different.
"Okay..." She could do this. She could do this. SHe could do this. A deep breath and she kept the gun steady, the pulled the trigger. The little bit of backlash he was talking about happend and shoved her back into his chest, causing her to stumble and she thought she might cry or throw up. Neither of which would be fun. "Oh god..I shot him.."

The fenrir gave a snort, craning his head back to look at the dart that punctured through his fur into his flank. He sniffed at it, twitching ears some. Oh no...again? I hate it...when...whoo...sleepy. The beat gave a huge yawn, exposing teeth before he lowered his head to his paws, curling around Jelena more.
Erik took the gun from her, leaning it against the wall and taking to comforting her. "Hey now, it's alright. Look, he doesn't even mind and he's going to sleep quick like." Poor thing was shaking. He gently rubbed her shoulders some to soothe her. "Come on, you're okay."
