Co-ownership between Epine de Rose & Lunadriel for this filly

The filly is to be named by Epine.

Epine de Rose is entitled to:
1. Sig rights
2. Roleplay Rights
3. Teepee and Stat Rights
4. Breeding rights, to include choice of mates (or lifemate)

Lunadriel is entitled to:
1. Sig rights
2. Teepee rights
3. A basket from one out of three breedings - BUT can be gifted from other breedings if Epine so chooses.

Co ownership Agreement Between Thamin and Vanetsu over Xixan and Leeroy Jenkins

For Xixan:

Thamin has full control over Xixan's first breeding: Vanetsu has no rights and his permission is not needed.
Thamin has teepee rights.
All other rights are equally shared.

For Leeroy Jenkins:

Thamin has teepee Rights.
Allother rights are equally shared

Thamin has the right to end this agreement at any time. Vanetsu's permission is not needed to end this agreement.

Co-Ownership Agreement between Tirokio and icy serenade over Juude



Tirokio's rights:

Sig Rights
Teepee Rights
Rights to one basket in whichever breeding she would like
Rights to regain full ownership if Icy so chooses not to keep him anymore or leaves gaia.

Teepee and stats rights
Roleplay rights
Rights to chose mate(s) in what she sees fit.
Rights to enter for breedings without permission (But a heads up would be appreciated! ;D )

I, Divena, agree to co-own Namir with DivenasMom.

Divena will have:
Sole RP rights
Breeding rights
Sig rights

DivenasMom will have:
Sig rights
Breeding veto power

Of the breedings Namir has, both owners will co-own one of the baskets.

This is the co-ownership agreement for Siro Banniarnith

I Wyntre IceBlade am co-owning Siro Banniarnith with Caitlyn Hellstorm the rules are as follows:

Breeding:
Siro Banniarnith is mated to Lao Hu
Caitlyn Hellstorm will have rights to the first breeding
Wyntre will have rights to the second
If there is a third breeding it will be at my discretion on what happens with the baskets.
At any time we both have the right to relinquish breeding/basket rights.

Sig:
Both have Sig rights

RP:
Caitlyn Hellstorm will have RP rights to Siro Banniarnith
Caitlyn Hellstorm will have Teepee rights, and can roll her stats.
There was a discussion about personality however I fully trust her to make him come to life in the way she sees fit.

Notes:
I Wyntre IceBlade will have Teepee rights
Ability to disolve the co-ownership for any reason ((It is a very unlikely happening however)), or if there is no word from Caitlyn Hellstorm in three months without prior warning.
