Skye Starrfyre [ Mialee ] based on the stipulation in this agreement, I am dissolving this co ownership since Skye seems to have left soquili, which means Ember returns fully to my ownership solely as agreed. She has not posted in the shop since april, maybe longer (post stalked) and having not rped Ember at all since june 2008 so I am dissolving as per agreement for leaving the shop, ownership returns fully to me. Skye Starrfyre [ Mialee ]  This soquili will be rped by Skye Starrfyre. She has full rights to rp her as she chooses, full rights to pick a lifemate for this soquili and the right to breed it at any time. First Breeding will be Skye's. Second Breeding I'd like a basket and third breeding would also be Skye's. If there's 3 baskets then it can be discussed and determined as to what is to be done with it between the other owner(s) as well as between Skye and Mialee. If at any time Skye leaves Gaia for good or decides to leave the shop with no intention to return, full ownership of this Soquili will be given to Mialee. Any lifematings made will be honored and kept. I agree! Thank you, Mia! heart I -haven't- left the shop, actually. I've still had pairs entered in various breedings and I -have- been around lurking even if I haven't posted actively (I really haven't posted much of anywhere lately. Doesn't mean I'm not here). I'm afraid that life in general (two jobs) and a rather big change in living arrangements (cross-country) has made me a bit scarce, but... I really would have appreciated being contacted by you about this, and not second-hand through a text message from a friend. Thanks.

 I will be be co-owning Victoria with Kareswynn. ~Kiana_Nala~ has rights to: -IC and OOC RP rights. -Signature rights -Teepee Rights -Rights to first breeding -Rights to second breeding -Rights to second breeding Kareswynn has rights to: -IC and OOC RP rights. -Siganture Rights -Teepee Rights -Rights to first breeding Should only two baskets occur in the first breeding Kareswynn will get a basket as well as the owner of the stallion. And if three occur the stallions owner, Kareswynn and myself will get a basket. We will discuss potential fling and decide together. Either one of us is able to enter a breeding contest should one occur while the other is away. However, a pm must be sent to the other owner to let them know. Either co-owner can withdraw ownership rights at any time. Should Kareswynn abandon Victoria for four months without a notice, ~Kiana_Nala~ has the right to revoke her rights as a co-owner. She will only have rights until after the first breeding. At that time we will discuss co-ownership once again. :}

Divena will have: Sole RP rights Breeding rights (DivenasMom does not need to give permission) Sig rights DivenasMom will have: Sig rights Lifemate veto power (Velika will not be mated without DivenasMom's agreement) Of the breedings Velika has, both owners will co-own one of the baskets.

This is Recovery, (I will quote the final agreement with a cert when we get it from the colorist), and s/he is from a breeding between my own Brackenhide and Sephiros Immortalis' Repossession, but I would like to co-own him/her with DemonWingedPoetGirl under the following stipulations:
I (Darkmoon Dancer) will have the following sole rights:
- Main Teepee rights (as in stats and front page listing)
- 1st Breeding basket(s) (if there is 3, DD has the right to talk over with hte other parent's owner who the 3rd goes to)
DemonWingedPoetGirl will have the following sole rights:
- Sub-Teepee rights (as in,will have her own page, etc, but a link to DD's teepee for stats, etc)
- 2nd Breeding basket(s) (if there is 3, DemonWingedPoetGirl has the right to talk over with hte other parent's owner who the 3rd goes to)
We will both share the following rights 50/50:
- Sig Rights
- RP Rights
- Plots and Lifemates will need to be agreed upon together
- 3rd Breeding basket(s) (if there is 3, both DD and DemonWingdPoetGirl will have to talk over and agree with the other parent's owner who the 3rd goes to)
We will work out and talk everything over as stated above until there is an agreement made.
We also both have the right to withdraw ownership at any point in time.

Co-ownership between Manda & -_Wish of the Goddess_- for Shinseina  Shinseina will live in Manda's teepee. Both Manda and Wish may RP Shinseina and have her in their sig! Her breedings will be split up as such: Breeding 1 - Shared (planning to breed with Mich's stallion) - Both owners will get a basket Breeding 2 - Manda's, Wish will not get a basket Breeding 3 - Wish's, Manda will not get a basket However, both owners will talk about and agree upon breeding partners in each case~
