I, Lady Evelyn Nyht, hereby give full rights to Mtorolite for Tangaroa. Should Mtorolite ever leave Soquili or Gaia, the contract is null and void.  Signature Rights: Lady Evelyn Nyht and Mtorolite RP Rights: Mtorolite has full OOC and IC roleplay rights. Breeding Rights: Mtorolite has full breeding rights and mate choice.

[ Mialee ] based on the stipulation in this agreement, I am dissolving this co ownership since Skye seems to have left soquili, which means Ember returns fully to my ownership solely as agreed. She has not posted in the shop since april, maybe longer (post stalked) and having not rped Ember at all since june 2008 so I am dissolving as per agreement for leaving the shop, ownership returns fully to me. Skye Starrfyre [ Mialee ]  This soquili will be rped by Skye Starrfyre. She has full rights to rp her as she chooses, full rights to pick a lifemate for this soquili and the right to breed it at any time. First Breeding will be Skye's. Second Breeding I'd like a basket and third breeding would also be Skye's. If there's 3 baskets then it can be discussed and determined as to what is to be done with it between the other owner(s) as well as between Skye and Mialee. If at any time Skye leaves Gaia for good or decides to leave the shop with no intention to return, full ownership of this Soquili will be given to Mialee. Any lifematings made will be honored and kept. I agree! Thank you, Mia! heart I -haven't- left the shop, actually. I've still had pairs entered in various breedings and I -have- been around lurking even if I haven't posted actively (I really haven't posted much of anywhere lately. Doesn't mean I'm not here). I'm afraid that life in general (two jobs) and a rather big change in living arrangements (cross-country) has made me a bit scarce, but... I really would have appreciated being contacted by you about this, and not second-hand through a text message from a friend. Thanks.

This is a mutual thing. Split and I are breaking the contract and both Sgt. Pepper and Jaloo belong to me again.
Though, I will give one baby to split personality from one of their breedings!

 I, Presca, am co-owning Seaport with Graceangel We will share sig rights I will get a basket from the first breeding, she will get one from the second breeding. She has all roleplaying rights of Seaport She can chose who lifemates with or flings with Seaport Basically I am giving Graceangel most of all rights to Seaport aside from breeding. I have rights to a basket from the first breeding and sig rights...everything else is up to Graceangel.

 I am changing a prior co-ownership agreement over Moto'nzi between myself and Manchu the Panda (I believe she still goes by this gaia name?).
Previously I had most rights to the Soquili, including breeding arrangements.
I am changing this agreement to allow me, essentially, bragging rights to co-owning the pretty. Manchu has all RP rights, breeding choices, teepee arrangements, etc. However, if I am active on Gaia again and a breeding occurs (probbaly third only), I would like the option to receive a basket. Otherwise, they are Manchu's / the mate's owner's choices completely (:
