Lillia waved up to them and then turned back to Raedon. She leaned against the enclosure fence and watched him for a few moments then moved across the expanse of the room to meet Jelena and James at the bottom of the stairs to teh catwalk.
"Everything looks pretty good. The fenrirs were a bit excited but they're calming down. I don't think any permanant damage was done to any of them. Of course it helped that someone they knew was in here but even before I came they were beginning to settle back down."

"Well the Fenrirs are a pack..they have the packmates for support in crisis. I'd be more concerned with teh solitary animals first. such as the Hippogryphs or any draconian types. they are more likely to be agitated or riled up."
A nod to Lillia.
"Oh and just for the record, I'm not allowed to 'pull another stupid stunt like that without Meta personal only on hand in case somethign goes wrong' again."

Jelena held up a finger. "For the record, Jessica in Meta said that, not me. So no need to fear the overrated boss, 'kay?" A small smile to her assistant. "Adn when they get riled up...things get broken." She knew that personally, now didn't she? Had had enough accidents in her time to know it all.
Of course there were already about four fenrirs at the fencing, wanting mom's attention. The two alphas of the group were lounging off near the back...they were all too used to this type of thing.
"Shall we make our rounds and chit chat then. Nothing like work and chit chat to keep the mind off of less than pleasnt things...like Boards."

Lillia shook her head, "Well you're the one who told me to go on without you because you were fine you liar." She was smiling though so it was fairly obvious that she wasn't upset.
A quick look around at the different echoes and she turnd businesslike. "The hippogriffs were fine. When I said the fenrirs were excited I meant after I had already calmed the others down. All of the Echoes were raising the roof when I came in and they were making quite a bit of racket. I made the rounds and calmed them all down but the Fenrirs...well they are rather partial to Jelena. A mother's touch I suppose."
She smiled at Jelena and watched as the echoes she had just spoken of moved to the front of the enclosure vying for her attention. A glance off and she said, "Raedon is much the same way with me." She looked at James, "But the dragons and hippogryh and kitsune and the rest were all calmed long before the Fenrirs. The unicorn was a bit startled too. Kept butting his head and pawing at the ground. A rather majestic creature though. The phoenix seemed to take it all with a grain of salt. It was rather interesting to see them so calm."

"Well I thought I woudl be fine. and I didn't do that bad. and really I thought I was fine. and don't worry. it's when thier calm you gotta watch them. They seem to get more violent when they are overly calm. like thye are wating for someone to get into the enclosure...like Erik."
A small chuckle and motioning for the ladies to move ahead of him.

"Oh James you and your paranoia. They aren't more violent when they're overly calm...and we all know Erik is a chew toy for some reason." Moving from them both she walked over to the eager over sized wolves, only getting them all excited as they gained pets and attention from her.
Then a rather proud look to Lilia. "You see, this is why I wanted this girl. She looks fabulous on paper and preforms fabulous at what the paper said she would. Lucky little old me." She was rather impressed. "Good to know I can count on you to bring down the creature stress levels when I'm not at immediate avalibility."

"Yes, lucky you..you got an assistant that's as good with teh echoes as you are. a partner that has taken an interest and seems to be near as good in bioengineering, and nto to mention knows the security of this entire place inside and out."
A grin, walking over by the Fenrirs, and reached over and letting one of them gnaw on teh bioware hand like a cheytoy a bit while he pet him with the other hand.
"But lets make our round checking on all of them, and I'll be taking the larger ones, like hippogriffs and draconics."

She was a bit embarassed by the praise and she flushed with pleasure the moment it started. "I just did my job.." she siad softly.
"That's perfect James. We'll just be taking the others. " She skipped ahead for the first time since she was back on teh fleet. She was feeling very happy right now. Her eyes scanned over the different echoes and she walked along beside Jelena watching them. They contined to walk until the came to the kitsunes.
"Fascinating creatures one and all." A glance at James. "And so are others. How are you getting along with all of them Jelly?"

"You and your insistance to take on the bigger things...like they' replanning to attack or something." Usually no matter the species, she could just walk into a pen and not get mauled. But that was her...she didn't let anyone else walk in so freely without her in accompanyment.
Oh they found him fascinating...one pup at least...the one that was currently chewing on his arm. They had actually grown about a foot, putting them both at five feet now. The others had retreated with Jelena walking off and a yip from thier alphas. Neroh was sticking close by the pup, watching James as long as he stayed.
"Jobs should be something you love and when you do something good, you should be praised. Positive reinfocement. I could of used some when I was starting out. Of course at each enclosure they stopped at she worked on trying to get the computers to cooperate with her and tell her things. Damn safety security mode and low power. Catalyst better get themselves together.
"Oh easy enough..." A long look at Lilia a moment. "But more importantly how are you doing?"

Lillia was not a computer genius by any stretch of the imagination. She used an old outdated laptop becasue she had finally mastered it. She could do most things but when it came to the Echoes she preferred just being the friendly one who took care of them, not the computers. She left that to Jelena.
"Not bad. " She was quiet for a moment. "I know you've all been worried about me. I thought I was fooling everyone but I was wrong wasn't I Jelly? All of you have known...everything." She gazed at the beautiful, legendary pheonix curreltly splaying his wings on his perch.

"Experience comes with age. we've walked down those roads before, some more than others. So you might not have fooled anybody...but at least we understood, and can sympathize."
He walked ahead fo Jelena, to some of the larger Echoes, and more known tempermental ones like the dragon types and the hippogriffs, using that nifty little hacking plug in to work on it a bit faster than Jelena, though not much as with the low power and such things were all out of wack inside the devices.

And she banged a fist on the sceen...hot hard enought to beak anything but just to show she was not a pleased project leader at all. Damn it, this was just frustrating now. Okay, screw he computer...which meant she wasn walking into pens. Quick codes got doors unlocked which she had to help slide open.
"We're scientific people...studying and analyzing is what we do best. Believe me it's hard to hide anything in this place...and we might turn you into Fein if we feel the need to really peaster you."

She blanched at that. "You wouldn't...that's like taking a lamb to the slaughter. You wouldn't be able to live with yourself Jelly.." at least she prayed she wouldn't. Dr. Torleena Fein, the bane of the entire Fleet. That doctor was psycho, Lillia would bet her life on it.
She watched Jelena for a moment and shook her head, "Stupid computers. I hate them. Very much." A quick glance at James just to see what he was doing. And then back to the phoenix enclosure and she walked in with Jelena. "But to really answer...were you really worried about me?"

James got the idea and opened up the hippogriff cage, givign the ladies thier girltime. of course not twenty minutes later, there was loud crashing, and James yelling.
"Calm down you overgrown turkey!"
and at present, James had teh hippogriff on it's hind legs, front hooves over hsi shoudler holding it back on it's chest with his good hand, the bioware one at the neck. better the damamge the bioware than the real one.
"Tempermental bugger. not my fault we saw the Fenrir's before you!"

"Oh I send myself there every month. Believe me, I could live with myself...I do now and I've been her guniea pig for the last five years. You get used to her really...she does have a sane side somewhere, you just have to look really hard."
All the while petting over the phoenix before them, cheeking plumage and the like. Of course attention was instantly deterred with all the noise. "Oh no...he upset the hippogriff..." A shake of her head and a look to Lilia. "Shall we go save the cave man?"
