Suddenly, Superman was right in front of him. "I think you'd better come with me," he said firmly.
Ziiip!
"Damn it! ... Well, Spider, this is yet another example of Flash needing adult super-- Superman! Hey!" Flash zipped up to his compatriot, still carrying Steel Spider. "What are we doing? Who's he? This is Steel Spider, by the way. Have you seen Prometheus? I might have... kind of... let him out. Along with pretty much everybody else in Arkham."
"Flash," Superman said, sounding more than a little exasperated, "I really don't have time for this right now. Prometheus is inside that building. Could you take him back to Arkham?"

Vice, still wearing his little smirk, was about to answer the man when someone else appeared and interrupted them. He turned his attention towards them a moment with a bit of interest. More suits?

Flash blinked. "Um... sure. I guess... Yeah. I'll go do that, then." He vanished for a moment.

The next second, he was back. "Did you see how fast I was, Spider?" Actually, he sort of wanted to have a race with Superman, just to show her EXACTLY how fast he was. He was so fast. And cool. Not to mention charismatic, good looking... and had he mentioned FAST?!
It took every ounce of Superman's self control not to roll his eyes. "Right." Turning back to the stranger, he crossed his arms. "So are you coming quietly, or not?"

Steel smiled at Flash. It still amazed her how fast he was. "It was a little hard to see. You're too fast."
Vice grinned a bit and sighed. "Hm? Oh, alright, I suppose so." he replied, then just walked straight through Superman and stopped on the other side of him. "I won't make too much of a fuss."

Flash grinned. "Well it was really, really fast. As fast as the speed of light, to be exact. Actually, I can go faster, but I tend to break stuff." He blinked. "You don't want to see me do THAT, do you?"
Superman shot Flash an incredulous look, but before he could say anything, the man in front of him walked directly through his chest. Gritting his teeth, he turned around. "Good," he replied tersely. Then he reached out to grab hm.

Vice kept his phasing abilities on active. Three superheros here, and he'd watched what all the man in the cape could do...he wasn't stupid enough to try and pick a fight and not be ready.
"Can you really break stuff by running?" she asked with a bit of interest.

Superman's hand went right through him. Tiny dots of red glowed briefly at the center of Superman's pupils. After another slow, calming breath, he grated out, "Is this how you define cooperation? I really don't have time for this. Once and for all, are you coming quietly, or not?"
Flash brightened. "Hell yes, I can!" Without further ado, he started to shoot off-- Only to be caught by the back of the costume. Superman's hand had shot out to catch him without the man of steel having to so much as turn his head. "What are you doing? Let GO!"
"I don't know what's wrong with you, but I'm not letting go until you calm down."
"You think I can't take you on?!"
"... What?!"
"Bring it on, Boyscout. I've always wanted to prove that I'm more than a match for you!" The next second, Flash's entire body started vibrating at superspeed.
After a few seconds, the constant friction grew to be too much even for Superman's electromagnetic field; the Man of steel gritted his teeth against it for a few seconds, then gasped and let go. "Flash, this is--" But it was too late. The fastest man alive was already gone. Superman turned back to Vice, looking frustrated, suspicious, and not a little angry. "What did you do to--"
WHAM! Superman was knocked over by a red blur. WHAM! Hit with a yield sign. WHAM! Hit with a hubcap. WHAM! As the Flash's blows became closer and closer together, he started tearing things up as he passed. First pavement, then street signs, then small cars, then minivans...

Vice's grin was now an all out smile. Well...that had more interesting results than he thought it would. It was so rare when he actually enjoyed what his powers did.
"Well, I suppose I should leave you to your own problem." Vice purred as he began taking a few slow steps backwards.

Quite suddenly, Superman caught the Flash's arm as he sped past, swung him around, and let him fly into a wall. Flash collapsed, dazed. Furious, the man of steel turned back to Vice. "How very considerate of you," he grated out, and then he unleashed his heat vision. Obviously hitting this person wasn't going to do anything. He was so SICK of this type!

Vice's grin only widened as the blast went through him. He could feel that it was hot...but it didn't hurt him. Oh he needed this. Years of solitary confinement in prision...this was a well appreciated holiday. "My, do I detect a hint of rage?" he tisked. "Goodness, I suppose I really should find someone else to talk to. The further away I am from your friend, the quicker he'll return to normal." he said, glancing over at the man in red...whom the woman was now kneeling next to. "If you haven't given him a concussion that is."
With that, Vice also activated his invisibility power, not knowing if there was anyway the man could find him or not. Those that didn't know to prepare for him usually couldn't.

Instantly, Superman's expression switched to one of surprise and concern, and he automatically turned to check on Flash. He hadn't... had he? He hadn't thrown him particularly hard... His heartbeat was fast, but that was normal for Wally. Quickly, he turned back to Vice, only to find him missing. Instantly, his eyebrows came down; the next moment, he'd closed his eyes and was listening carefully.

Vice paused a moment and glanced around at the three thoughtfully. He could stick around for a moment rather than leaving, as he intended to. It would be so easy cause some internal hemoraging in any of them. Simply keep his blade invisible and phasable, stick it halfway in one of them, then let the blade begin to solidify inside of them. A quick twist and they wouldn't have too long to live.
...But if he did, who did he go for? The man in front of him? The man in red? The girl? She certainly hadn't been picked on yet.
With a small smirk, he let the shain of his blade carefully slide down off his arm.

Instantly Superman's eyes opened, and his head snapped around to look at Vice. That had been the sound of someone drawing a sword. Much as he hated to admit it... He didn't think he could do anything to stop this person. Not as things were. Which meant that he had to get Wally and the spider girl out of there before they got hurt... More, he thought with a twinge of guilt.
Shifting into superspeed, he scooped up the other two heroes and shot off toward Metropolis.

The next moment, he was back... High above the city. Out of Vice's line of sight. Of course, Superman could still hear and see Vice. The moment he solidified to interact with a solid object, Superman fully intended to knock him out and put him in a phase-proof cell on the satellite.

Vice watched as the three suddenly vanished, smirked, and waited there for a moment. When no one returned, he became tangeable again. The blade of his weapon held harmlessly to one side of him, and the chain of it unwravled so that he would have been able to toss it.
He shook his head a bit and wrapped the chain into a loop again. Then phased it through himself and attatched the blade to the holder on his back, under his jacket.
"Well...that was amusing." he said to himself, then glanced around the street a moment. Now what else could he get into? Suppose he should find a place to stay. Ugh, but he hated hotels. They always prooved to have the unfavorable change around him. He couldn never get an hours sleep there.
Perhaps he should just find an old warehouse or something and fix it up for himself. Place this big he should surely find something.
With that, he started walking. Completely unaware that he was being watched.

Suddenly... WHAM! Superman gave him a solid flick to the back of the head, intending to knock him out with one hit and have done with it.
