"Bars are the typical place for people to gather. If I can find a bar, or another form of mass gathering, we wont know much of what is going around." Mazurn said as he picked up the sword and went in look of anyone here. "Hello? Anyone home here? Anyone still alive?"

"I suppose that's a good point... though I doubt people would've gathered in the bars during a time like this." I say to Mazurn.

I let Willow pass unhindered. I follow her up a distance, trying to minimize noise from my footfalls as much as possible.

Leina: As you peer around the corner, you see a trio of soldiers in red with a golden raven on the shoulders. Each is wielding a single sword. They are up against a single player: a young woman who appears to be roughly your age. As you watch, they cut her down with ease. Even as she lays there, bleeding on the gravel road, one of them jumps into the air and comes down on top of the woman, stabbing his blade into her; the final blow. She cries out, but is quickly silenced by Death. As she dies, you feel a cold presence, as though this world's God Death was truly there, taking the woman's soul for his own. Once the cold presence is gone, the trio of soldiers begin chatting idly.
Nyx: You say, "Bedin Jochi Eiju? Muban yagiyn iltan boke bedin bouarj?" Irene looks past you. Suddenly, you feel the tip of a sword pressing lightly into your neck. "Hello, kitty-kitty," a gruff, gravelly voice says. "Having fun?"
Willow: You find a wooden door bearing the red flag with the gold raven. You can hear voices beyond the door. One of them is frightened and chattering away, the others are calm and collected.
Mazurn: The sword is heavy; a two-hander, even for you. It feels awkward; it will take some getting used to. No one responds to your call.
Apollo: There does not seem to be any major magical energies within the building. However, that imbalance from before is still noticeable, but still seems very distant.
Layla: Your footfalls are easily quieted to a degree if you step JUST right.

"Hear anything?" I say in a hushed tone to Willow. I stand at the ready to support her should danger befall us.

I slowly put my mother's necklace into Irene's hand for safe-keeping. "Irene... RUN!" I scream. I then quickly duck and spin around on my knees to grab the man's wrist and let electricity flow into his arm as I try to force him backward.

Everything had happened so fast... I quietly forced my hand to my mouth as I felt the desire to scream out. There was nothing I could do for the woman now and I didn't feel like risking my life at the moment, but their chatting was disgusting me. I try to make a possible plan of action... I couldn't just let them go on like that after killing an innocent girl... could I? There had to be some way I could take them on...

Nyx: Irene silently takes the pendant. When you tell her to run ("Irene...TOUKTA!"), she screams and bolts for the stairs.
Mazurn & Apollo: You hear a yell followed by a high-pitched scream in the back room of the shop.
Nyx: Your sudden movements make him jolt back, but you only have to reach a bit further to grab his wrist. His eyes widen as you grip his wrist. Next thing you know, he is screaming as the lightning courses through his nerves. His sword sends out electricity as it moves from his nerves to the blade's metal until he drops it. The blade clangs to the ground. He falls backwards when you release his wrist. Once he's on the ground, he is stunned; you estimate that you have about fifty or sixty seconds before he can do anything.
Leina: You don't see any obvious options, except just leave them be. However, your character's mind kicks it: Make a mad dash for the big one and run before the others can actually react. And hope that if they follow you, that you can either outrun them or find backup before they catch you.

I quickly grab the sword from the ground and stab it through his neck. Instant death is the swiftest and the most merciful.

I can't help but smirk as the idea pops into my head. After a couple more moments of contemplation, I pull out my sword silently and then run as quickly as quietly as I possible can towards the biggest of the three, raising my sword to an attack position...

"Okay, we shall help!" Mazurn said as he ran with the heavy sword to where the scream was.

Nyx: The man dies instantly, as planned. He is wearing a red uniform with a gold raven on the shoulders.
Leina: Suddenly, your blade hits something ahead of schedule, giving off a resounding clang! The trio you were going for turns around, drawing their own blades. Should you choose to look at what your blade hit, you would find that it was another blade, which is being held by a fourth man in a red uniform.
Mazurn: When you get into the back room, you find a young anthro cat running down the stairs, toward you. She runs past you, still screaming.
Apollo: The scream approaches you in the main room. Suddenly, something small hits your legs at a decent velocity. The screaming stops. Should you look down at whatever hit you, you would see a young anthro cat grasping a pendant in her little paw as she looks up at you, frightened.
Willow: Inside, you see that the frightened, chattering voice is the priest of the church. There are several men in red uniforms with gold ravens on the shoulders. These men are all armed: three with swords, two with hammers, one with an axe, and five mages.

I calmly get up and pull the sword from his corpse. I walk downstairs calling Irene. "Irene? He's dead. It's okay now."

I look over and see the fourth man in the uniform. "Dammit..." I say flatly as I leap back a couple steps and assume a ready attack position that's probably more defensive. I try my best to keep my eye on each one and their actions.
