She turned sideways towards the shroud of light and paused there for several long moments. 5 minutes passed until a shadow sped through, passing the light. With that, Mariko ran off in full speed..

"Oh ********!" he cursed once more. The car had completed a full 360, landing upside down, while the other car had nearly crushed into a cone. Ryo kicked the window open while he nudged his seatbelt loose. Once he was disjoined, he crawled out of the hole with glass piercing his elbows, and blood dripping down his temples.
He looked back once he was free and kicked the car with a grunt, uttering more curses to himself while he paced to the other car..

"Car trouble?" he sniffed the air, "Ryota, right?" He had met him once before... whether Ryota remember was uncertain but Takashi remembered that smell.

She blinked a few times, now that she could actually see again.

Mariko halted with a screech when the figure took a corner, appearing four blocks away then disappearing behind a fence. He..or she was too far off now, and she couldn't reach him even if she ran. She cursed and teleported to another street just about a mile off.
Ryota Shinsuke:
"Huh?" Ryo turned around, holding his arm that bled through his coat. There was a man standing behind him, who looked very familiar. "...who are you?" he asked through a hoarse voice.
He heard grunts behind him and noticed the guy coming out of the other vehicle - more like crawling and gasping..with blood all over his face.
"Stupid mortal.." Ryo muttered.

"Oh right, I remember you." A grunt echoed between them, and Ryo peered to the side. "Excuse me."
He turned his back to him and pulled the triger of his gun on the mortal, who let out a final gasp, and collapsed head-on.
He snickered then faced the man again, "So Takashi huh? what happened to you? I thought you were dead.."

"erm... work happened..." he replied rubbing the back of his neck, "hell if i went back to the coven now i'm sure i'd be slammed with more work yet tonight... thus why i'm here and not there..." he grinned now.

She shook her head, wiping the expression from her face and peering over at him, ducking in her coat so he couldn't see she's blushing again... She got caught looking cute and clueless...
