 I, Divena, agree to co-own Thosi Pandryl with DivenasMom. Divena will have: Sole RP rights Breeding rights (DivenasMom does not need to give permission) Sig rights DivenasMom will have: Sig rights Lifemate veto power (Thosi will not be mated without DivenasMom's agreement) Of the breedings Thosi has, both owners will co-own one of the baskets.

CO OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT
for 
Co owner: Kiara Lime - Agreements - Breeding
She is LIFEMATED to Carhop Cavalier's stallion, Knave. This may not be broken by anyone other than me and Nabooru may not have any other breeding partner besides Knave.
Kiara Lime has rights to breedings 1 and 2. I claim rights to breeding 3, unless discussed and forfieted otherwise. She may enter the couple at any time and list them in her CC Soquili post if she so chooses.
RP & Sig
ALL RP and Sig rights belong to Kiara Lime. I obviously keep Boo in my co-owned soquili section of my personal guild for my pets.
ALL stats are up to Kiara Lime and to be held by her in her teepee if she so wishes. She has those rights to RP and increase them.
IF KIARA LIME IS TO GO MISSING (MIA) FOR OVER 6 MONTHS, or KNOWINGLY QUITS GAIA (ALL) RIGHTS OF NABOORU RETURN DIRECTLY TO ME. And I can take her off the cert if I so choose.

      Co-Ownership Agreement between Kamiki and Sabin Duvert for: Hyde, Thunderbird, Malach HaMavet, Flidais, Santeria, DormarthThe permissions/specifics are exactly the same for all three of the above soquili- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - Both owners have full IC roleplaying rights - Both owners have the right to enter any of these soquili into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time) Breeding- Both owners get one "full control" breeding with each of these soquili. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless one is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - One breeding for each of the soquili: each of these soquili will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki at the time. - However, each owner has the right to either "give up" or "share" their solo breeding to/with the co-owner. - Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners. Life-Altering / Major Decisions-neither Kamiki nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of any of these soquili to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

 I am co-owning Mani with Satsurashi we both share Teepee and sig rights Satsurashi has FULL RP rights both IC and OOC She has 100% freedom to find a mate for him and enter him into breedings She also has the freedom to purchase familiars for him, but if she does, that she also sends me a copy of the renewed tag with his familiar on it. baskets- she has full rights to the first basket, and I have full rights to the second basket Also, she consents and agrees if ever a time comes if she should fall off the face of gaia for longer than a span of six months, full ownership of Mani shall default back to me until such a time as she returns to gaia.
