Mizuki tilts her head to the side. "One of the twins are crying... I feel a holy power... and I smell blood.... Let me guess, Sora got hurt and Kylee is healing him?"
Kyumia nodded. "Looks like it. Amazing that you're able to tell that much without being able to see." Kyumia ran over to back Katerina up, recognizing her as Kylee's apprentice. "He's up to no good again, I see."
Maia looked over at the group that had just arrived. "Hm.. I recognize you... from Shion's hideout." She was looking at Asuha. She walked over to them. "So? Did you accomplish your important thing?" She looked at Aaleah and Jayden now.
Lorelei rushed over to Aaleah and Jayden when she saw them arrive, and immediately pulled them into a hug.
Masato didn't say a word, nor did he do anything. He merely stood there, his hand covering his blood. His left eye looked at Katerina while his right seemed to remain looking at Sora. For all intent and purposes it would seem like he was staring Katerina and Kyumia down.
Kaiko dropped to her knees after both Akira and Lorelei rushed away. She sniffled and rubbed her eyes. "Katsu..." She whined lowly, as though whining to herself, as she looked at the ground.

Asuha looked at Maia "Your the one that actually has a brain, like Shion but better." she stated before looking around and confirming what Mizuki assessed upon arrival "Oh." tugging on Mizuki's sleeve she waited until she turned in her general direction "I am hungry. Feed me." she stated, leaving out that this is usually the time Shion feeds her back at her hideout.
"Ah, sis come on. I told you we were fine." Aaleah grumbled, but she still hugged her back tightly feeling awful about her clone's comment, especially because it was something she would have tried to say. "...and I'm sorry for what my clone, well I, said to you. It was wrong." she whispered nuzzling into Lorelei's neck.
Jayden looked sadly at Lorelei hugged her sadly. He felt almost like Kaiko about her sister and that he couldn't help her. "Shion has Katsuko" he muttered lowly so only she could hear.
"He is. I'm not sure what he intends to do since he uncovered his eye, he hasn't moved." She informed Kyumia. She remembered seeing her around the base a lot, now, not so much.
Yuzuki felt awful. She can possible be the reason her brother dies. She grabbed Akira and hugged him "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." She kept repeating to him. She didn't notice the angry look spread across his face as he pushed her away.
"Get off me! I should have listened to So when he said not to trust you! Just leave us alone and go away!" he quickly moved away from Yuzuki and got as close to his brother as he dared since the Paladin woman was healing him. All he could do was wait until the light faded to see how his brother was.

The light fades, but the wound doesn't seem healed. Despite not seeming healed, there is no blood coming from it. Kylee's expression shows both confusion and concern. "I don't...understand..." She stated, dumbfounded. "Something's blocking my holy magic."
Maia walked over to Kylee and Katerina. "Ugh, I hate being around idiots that are acting like what they are. Katerina, Kyumia, don't move an inch. Do not do a thing." She warned as she saw Masato moving.
Masato removed his hand from his wound and used his power over water, as well as his demon heritage, to manipulate the blood. The blood flew like spikes towards Katerina and Kyumia, though in a pattern that seemed to expect them to move. Should they listen to Maia and not move, the blood would end up on Sora, splattering onto him on impact with his body. Even if they do move, if they do not block all the spikes of blood from going past them, this would still happen.
Kyumia knows how smart Maia is from when she would accompany Kylee to the headquarters out of boredom, and sometimes end up going on missions with their team. Thus, she decided it best to listen to Maia, and didn't move at all or do anything.
"Eh? Ask your brother for food or something." Mizuki responded. "Come to think of it, I'm hungry too. Oi, Raiko, if you're going to be sticking around make yourself useful and get us some food."
Kylee, after hearing Maia, finally catches up to what's going on. "I don't fully understand why all of this is happening, but I think I get it now." She looked at Akira. "Look, you can't blame her for what just happened. Any ordinary person could not have stopped themselves as fast as she would've had to in order to not hit him; especially not when being blinded by rage. You don't need to worry, your brother is going to be alright."
"Forget about it, Aaleah, I'm just glad you're both safe..." After responding to Aaleah, Lorelei whispered in response to Jayden, "Maia's here now, so I'm sure we'll get your crush back soon. If I ask her to, she'll likely come up with a genius plan to do so."

Akira glared at Yuzuki from the side as he listened to what Kylee said and just shrugged his shoulders. If it wasn't for the fact she tried to help his brother he'd tell her to butt out, but out of respect he held his tongue. "Thank you, for helping." he said, voice devoid of any emotion as he stared at the gaping hole in his brother's stomach
Raiko laid on his back staring at the sky "I'll get food for my sister. You are more than capable of hunting for yourself." he said without moving. He could careless if Mizuki was hungry, his crush slowly fading away with how she was acting. 'I mean, yeah, I tricked her but it wasn't like it was to harm her or anything. HELL, I didn't even go after her! I went after a twin for my sister. Nothing more, nothing less and she's being a...a ....a JERK!' he mentally ranted crushing a dirt clod in his hand.
Katerina gripped the hilt of her sword to keep from moving and flinching as the blood shot past. Kyumia followed the order and didn't look afraid so she decided to follow along. It took everything in her to keep her eyes trained on her enemy and not close them on instinct.
Jayden and Aaleah both nodded and just hugged Lorelei tightly just a bit longer.
"I wish...I wish life would go back to normal...just us again...in the village..." Aaleah whispered quietly, not sure if her sibling could even hear her.

The blood that's now on Sora moves to the wound. It covers the wound, almost as if it's the skin that's missing. Masato's right eye glows brightly as he holds his right arm out towards Sora, his hand shaking and his left eye narrowing. Underneath the blood covering the wound, the blood kind of fuses into his body, recreating the parts that are missing. Once that's done, the blood on the surface does the same. After that, Masato's hand falls and his right eye closes. He falls onto his right knee, his left arm leaning over his left thigh in order to hold up his torso, and his right arm holding his own wound as his torso leans over his left arm. He takes deep breaths around the gag that blocks his mouth. "You always were the smart one, weren't you, Maia." His thoughts project out to everyone. After taking quite a few more deep breathes, he projects his thoughts out once more, this time only to Akira and Sora, though. "Why would you try to stop her like that? ""Even Kylee figured out that you were keeping his blood in place. Wasn't that hard to figure out what you were going to do next." Maia shrugged. "Can this group over here stop being stupid while I go talk to Lorelei? Well, either way you're going to have to manage." She then walked over to Lorelei and that group. "They've been cooking up a plan this whole time, mind telling me what their plan is for?"Mizuki growled at Raiko. "Oh yeah, Lorelei, mind fixing his emotions that you messed up a while back?" She then looked toward Maia when she came over. "This girl is going to tell you anything you need to know about Shion's base. We need to recover Katsuko from Shion or we're all doomed.""Fine, I'll fix him." Lorelei sighed, annoyed by Mizuki's sudden request. She let go of the hug with Jayden and Aaleah. "Not to mention Katsuko happens to be Jayden's crush, so he'll go after her even if it means going alone." She added to Mizuki's statement as she went over to Raiko. She bent down and put her hand on Raiko's arm, then started using her power to fix the damage she did when she lost control of her power.Kylee stood up and turned to Masato. "While I'm sure you only did that for selfish reasons, you saved him from sustaining any serious damage, so you have my thanks." She gets into a fighting stance. "With that being said, it would seem doing so after I wounded you with my holy sword has weakened you. I will take this opportunity to send you to the hell you belong in, vile demon!" She charges forward with incredible speed, past Katerina and Kyumia, heading right for Masato. Her sword shone brightly as she poured her holy light into it.Kyumia looked over at Aaleah as she heard what she said on the wind. She let her age acceleration reverse her to her regular age. She then walked over to Kaiko, hearing her still crying. She hugged Kaiko comfortingly. "It's okay, let it all out."Kaiko immediately clung too Kyumia and started crying into her shirt. It felt nice to be comforted by someone right now, she didn't care who it was.

Akira looked at his brother, guilt swelling inside him "It...it wasn't supposed to happen that way." he said clenching his fist since his brother couldn't answer because he was still unconscious, but no longer pale or breathing so shallowly. "I was supposed to teleport him beside you, to knock you out the way." he cried rubbing his eyes to try and stop the tears that kept coming. "But, I panicked and I can't control my teleporting abilities like that, teleporting someone without contact!" he felt the guilt hit him like a tidal wave. How can he blame Yuzuki when its his fault that Sora was in the wrong place, when he was the one to screw up royally. "He ended up in front of you, he wasn't supposed to, he wasn't supposed to get hurt, no one was!" Akira was hyperventilating as he saw how the situation was his fault because he messed up. "I can't breath." he said pulling his shirt away from his neck causing himself to freak out even more.
Yuzuki quietly stood behind her youngest brother and hit a pressure point on his neck to knock him out. She gently guided is unconscious form to the ground next to a healed Sora. She sat next to them quietly watching them not saying a word and ignoring everyone, lost in her own mind and thoughts.
Raiko continued to lay on the ground, feeling Lorelei's powers correcting his emotions. He was...glad?...maybe, too much to think about, but at least he was starting to feel normal. He sighed at his mind went over everything that has happened and groaned. Now he owed people and owing people usually means work. "Man I hate work." he sighed.
Asuha looked on in interest at what Lorelei was doing. She walked away from Mizuki to watch and see if she could notice anything from what Lorelei was doing. "What did you do to my brother?" she asked, no suspicion in her voice, just curiosity.

Masato's right eye opens again. He knows he can't move out of the way of Kylee in time. He pulls blood out of his already open wound and makes it float in front of him. He freezes it using his elemental power. He rolls backwards to ensure he won't be hit, then jumps up off the ground.
Kylee slashed right through the wall of frozen blood. She looked around too see where Masato went, then jumped up after him. "Stay still and die!" She managed to catch his leg with her sword just before he jumped higher than she could. It was just a scratch, but it was still enough to put him off balance when landing.
Masato grunted as he landed on the ground, immediately slipping and falling onto his back, letting out another grunt that was louder this time. He was still taking deep breathes through the gag over his mouth. His right eye closed, and he covered it again. He pulled too much blood out of his wound, due to rushing.
Kylee goes over to Masato. "Glad you know when to call it quits. Now the Order of the Blue Crystal will finally cleanse the world of your evil." She raised her blade into the air as she stood atop Masato, about to plunge it into his heart. Her blade glowed brightly as she poured an excessive amount of holy light into it.
"She has the unique ability to manipulate any and all emotions, even her own." Maia explained to the girl. "When Raiko first ran into us, he tried to use his trust manipulation on her, so she blocked it and turned it around on him. Her power is the superior one, after all. Unfortunately she was using her power on herself as well at the time, and she went too far. Her power backfired on her and went out of control, and since she was using it on Raiko at the same time, it screwed up his emotional state, and thus his personality. She is now undoing that."

Asuha nodded "So that is why my brother was being an emotional idiot? So he will finally get back what little brain he had then?" she asked looking between Maia and Lorelei.
Raiko yawned, "I can still hear you, you useless little brat." he muttered glancing at her. He saw her shrug and he let out another sigh "You almost done? I got to feed the annoying know it all."
Katerina watched as Kylee attacked Masato. It felt...wrong. He had done nothing and she is attacking him after he help save the young boy. Watching her mentor gather her holy light in the sword to end him was all she needed. Running towards the pair, she sent out a large gust of wind towards her mentor to knock her off balance and away from the injured demon. "Please Master Kylee, don't kill him." she called "He has been a help and...and probably has some knowledge we need."

Lorelei kicked Raiko in the side hard when she was done. "Maybe I should've just messed up your emotions more instead. Made you into a shell of a person, even." She scoffed, crossing her arms. "I don't even know why Mizuki wanted me to fix you."
"It's obvious, Lorelei. Just think about it, you're not stupid." A smirk adorned Maia's face. Oh hey look, she can show emotions! Haven't seen that in a while! She then looked at Asuha. "So, Mizuki thinks you'll be of use in coming up with a plan. I can only assume that's because you know Shion's base. The question is, how well do you know it?"
Kaiko let go of Kyumia at this point and went over to Sora and Akira. She didn't say a word, though. She merely sat behind them, above their heads, and hugged her knees as she looked at them.
Kyumia, now that Kaiko didn't seem to need comforting anymore, went over to the paladins. She didn't say a word, though. She merely watched what happened. She knew she had no place in these matters anymore, now that she was kicked out of the order.
"Gah!" Kylee cried out in frustration as the gust of wind knocked her over. She looked over at Katerina. "Katerina! He is a demon! There is no such thing as a good demon! As paladins it is our duty rid the world of these beasts! One good deed does not make him worthy of being spared!" She scolded Katerina. "He is an Incubus, Katerina. You know what they do to people, don't you?! Can you even guarantee that you aren't under the effects of his aura right now?!"
Mizuki at this point had gone over to Katerina, Kylee, and Masato. She looked down toward her brother. "Your full demon form, hm... I knew you had to have one if I did. It's unfortunate that I can't see the sorry state you're in right now." She mocked her older brother.
"Sorry about that, Zuzu. I didn't know they had sealed your demon side completely when I did that." Masato's voice projected out. He was too weak right now to focus his projection toward any one person, so it went to everyone. He looked at Katerina with his one eye. "Girl, you're the worst Paladin I've ever met, having sympathy for someone who's gone full demon. Haven't you ever heard that demons don't have emotions?" He continued to bleed out from his wound. Regardless of whether or not Kylee deals a killing blow, he is going to die at this rate.
Mizuki, smelling the blood seeping from her brother's wound, knew he was going to die regardless if he didn't heal. She decided to ignore everyone else, assuming that no one there was going to heal him, and laid down next to Masato. "I'd say we're even at this point." She muttered, then hugged him, "I've missed... having onii-chan... so don't let yourself die..." She buried her face into his shirt, to hide the tears that have formed in her eyes.
Masato looked at Mizuki, surprise faintly showing in his expression for a brief moment. His breathing paused for a second before he let out a sigh, his eye closing and a gentle expression adorning his face. He wrapped his left arm around Mizuki, as she's on his left side, and placed his hand on her head in a comforting manner. His wound started closing up naturally, due to his natural regenerative abilities as a demon. Though faster than normal, his healing is still slow, thus he is still bleeding out a bit.

"I know one good deed changes nothing and I know I am not the best Paladin" Katerina said looking between her master and the demon "But, I don't believe he should die." Turning fully to Masato she said "If you really had no emotions, if you really did not care, you would have killed the Elvish woman without a problem. You would not have saved the boy and weakened yourself whilst surrounded by your enemies, You would not be apologizing when everyone can hear you, sister or no.SO I do not believe you incapable of emotions." Turning to look at Kylee, she stared her down "If I were as weak as he, I would not waste what little power I had for control, but for escape. Yes, he has done wrong, but I feel that his actions prove for him not to be slaughtered like an animal."
Yuzuki stood from her brothers side when the young dragon came over. She stared at Masato as the words of the Paladin sunk in. 'Whether he used me or not, He saved Sora. I will not be in his debt if I cave him.' she thought to herself. She ignored her feelings about him, mind still confused as she went over. Kneeling beside her...friend? She glanced at Masato before laying a hand over his wound. "I shall help you for saving my brother. All I can do is stop the bleeding a bit. I have not healed in a while." she told him before she started chanting in Elvish "Aenil, with cÃn healing touch save hi adan plural edain i im mel so limb. Sui a servant na cÃn conn- gaia dár i bleeding, heal i naeg!" as she chanted, Yuzuki's hand glowed a gentle green as she attempted to lessen the blood flow.
Raiko groaned and sat up "No need to kick me." Sighing he stood and dusted his clothes off "What do you want? Rabbit, deer, something easy to get?" he asked Asuha. He walked towards the woods as his sister shrugged "Rabbit it is, be back."

Kylee went silent. She looked at Masato, then back at Katerina. She let out a sigh. "You're right. I went too far." She went over to Katerina and ruffled her hair. "Thank you for stopping me." She smiled at her apprentice.
Mizuki turned her head to look toward Yuzuki upon hearing her come over. After she couldn't hear the sound of Masato's healing, she decided to speak. "H-He was lying! I think he was just going along with the plan the twins came up with!" She blurted out.
Masato looked at Yuzuki when she came over, but quickly looked away. Thanks to her stopping the bleeding, his wound healed up easily. He wasn't going to say anything, but upon Mizuki's words he projected his voice again, somewhat loudly, "Mizuki!"
"If you kill a cute bunny and bring it back to eat it, I swear I'm going to kill you, got it?!" She shouts at Raiko as he walked off.
"What is your name, girl?" Maia asked Asuha in a monotone.

Raiko sighed as he walked away "Man, you women are so troublesome." he sighed and spoke a bit louder as he disappeared into the woods "Yeah yeah, find an ugly one. I got it."
Katerina blinked, she was sure she would have been reprimanded, but smiled at the praise. "You are most welcome," Looking around camp she sighed "What is our next step?"
Yuzuki looked at Mizuki and her brothers then at Masato. "I, um," Clearing her throat she stood "yes well you are healed Mato-I mean Masato. Thank you for healing my brother, he would have died if not for you." Giving a curt bow, Yuzuki started towards her brothers with a light blush. She was confused, angry, and happy and a bunch of other feelings that she didn't know what to do. 'I will guard my brothers and talk to them.'
"Asuha." she stated with a tilt of her head "You are?" she asked as she pulled out a red book with intricate gold lining titled 'Prophecies' she swiped from Shion's library while she was captured.

Masato let out a sigh. All of that was for nothing now, great. He smacked Mizuki lightly atop the head. He lost a lot of blood, so he was still weak, thus he didn't project his thoughts at all. He did, however, decide to sit up. He pushed himself off of the ground slowly, letting out a low grunt. He would've switched forms by now, but he knew the only reason he was still conscious right now was because he was in this form.
Mizuki held her head after she was smacked atop it. "Ow..! I don't care about their stupid plan. You shouldn't have gone along with it. It was so unnecessary!" She complained.
He looked at Mizuki with a gentle gaze. He'd forgotten how sweet she could be. I mean, it's easy to forget that when she tried to kill you though. "It really wasn't any of your business." He put his hand on her head reassuringly, a faint smile adorning his face, "But thanks."
"Maia Harrington." As soon as she finished saying her last name, Lorelei hung onto Maia, wrapping one of her arms around her shoulders and using her other hand to pet her atop the head. "Just like a bunnyyy!" She exclaimed with glee, her tail wagging behind her. Maia groaned, rolling her eyes. "I am not a bunny, nor is anyone in my family!" Lorelei giggled. "Yea, yea. You're still as cute as a bunny, just like you were back then!" Maia shrugged Lorelei off of her. "Are you going to let me come up with a plan to help you or what?!" She looked annoyed. Lorelei's ears drooped. "Fine, fine..." She backed off, pouting. Maia sighed then turned her attention back to Asuha. "Asuha, do you know why Mizuki thinks you would be able to help me with coming up with a plan?"

Asuha nodded towards Maia's reply but focused on trying to figure out what a passage meant in the book. She heard Maia and Lorelei playing and looked up tilting her head at their actions. "Hmm, you mean besides my intellect and my being in Shion's care for a year and a half?" she asked dully "No, I couldn't fathom why she would think I could be of any assistance." Looking back down at her book, Asuha sat down "Do make haste in asking your questions, I already bore of this conversation."
Aaleah stared at Lorelei "Well, that was....weird." she said slowly.
"You said it."

"It's called friendship." Maia said as though answering the question she never asked about their actions. "It's something that Lorelei has taught me. I've never accomplished it with anyone else, though." She knelt down to be on eye level with Asuha. "Sarcasm doesn't suit a person of intellect. It is indicative of ego. An unnecessary emotion that clouds the mind." She looked down at the book. "Now, which passage are you having trouble understanding?"
Lorelei looked over at Aaleah and Jayden. "What about it was weird?!"
Kaiko looked up at Yuzuki when she came over. She remained silent, though."
