Haha yes~. It was announced that on the May 16th episode of Pokémon*Sunday (an early-morning, Pokémon-themed variety show for children), the hosts would reveal the starters, among other B/W details. But CoroCoro (a monthly magazine that publishes children's comics [including Pokémon*SPECIAL] and game news) comes out the day before on the 15th. Pokémon*Sunday is pretty useless, since all they ever tell us are either teasers (like Zoroark) or old information rehashed from better sources (like CoroCoro). So this month's issue of CoroCoro is bound to reveal the starters (and other information), and traditionally, scans of the Pokémon info pages of the magazine usually get leaked onto the internet days before the magazine's release.
tl;dr: We could start seeing this information as early as this Monday.

Hmmm... I'm still trying to work out what these things are. The one on the left appears to be some kind of lizard... I hope it's not the fire type... I think it's the grass type though. The one on the right could be the water type but I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. The one in the middle sorta looks like a rabbit. Or a mole... Or a pig... Or something. The idea of a fiery rabbit appeals to me though. 3nodding I just hope their final evolutions are awesome.

okay, so apparently, from left to right, the typing is Grass -> Fire -> Water (i haven't seen proof of this being 100% confirmed, just people saying it's, like, 90% totally true). personally, i have hopes that the thing on the left is a grass duck/bird. the middle one looks waaay too much like a mutant turtwig and i dislike it already stop giving us retarded fire-types, sugimori, and i thought that it would be cute if the thing on the right was, like, a little lion-looking thing. but it looks like bidoof's long-lost cousin so...
@Bulba: it comes out friday, but we're expecting leaks any day now. i'd estimate probably wednesday/thursday?
