Lorelei nodded. "Yes, it is. And I didn't mean you're necessarily going to turn into something else like frogs do; I just mean that you're going to go through a lot of changes, and it's all a part of the process." She added, awkwardly I might add.
Masato looked around for some reason to slip away from the conversation.
Mizuki was pulled from her thoughts by the sound footsteps on the unkempt path, that had been unused for years. She turned her head towards the sound, and she made her own way down the cliff. Since it was steep at first, she slid her way down. Simultaneously, she put her hand out, using her power to "call" for one of the hover-boards she made that she stashed on the side of the cliff. Long story short, she was bored, found herself climbing, and thought, hey, why not stash one of these hover-boards here?
As she got to the edge of the cliff she let herself slide off. She landed on her hover-board. She silently rode the hover-board, following behind whomever was walking on the path, trying to remain unseen.
"...That...Doesn't sound right! This is private property, you couldn't have simply been in the area!" She exclaimed, her eyes widening as she realized she let her guard down. She stopped walking immediately, and looked at Raiko with a suspicious gaze; she also slyly readied herself for an attack of any kind.

Raiko stopped and looked at Katsuko. 's**t, I have to do damage control.' His face not changing, he came with a truth stretch about his power. "My power is Instant Learning. I learned the layout of the land, mostly from a map in Mizuki's house." he said "Now are you coming? Or would you like to wait for the broken families to try to resolve themselves while yours crumbles and disappears?" He asked slowly trying again. "Its up to you." Not hinting that anything was wrong, Raiko continued to leave at a steady pace towards the town."Growing up is weird. Will it get better and go away? And how will I know when I'm done with the changes." Jayden asked slowly.

Mizuki used her technopathy to make it so the hover-board could auto-maneuver through the trees. She focused on the conversation of the two, whom she can now hear is Raiko and Katsuko, while she used her technopathy on the hover-board to make a complicated algorithm so that it will follow them without directional input. 'What is this? Instant Learning? Sounds shady and made up... Wait, wasn't that what Maia thought her power was for a time?' She silently shook her head, forcing away her thoughts in order to listen and work on her hover-board at the same time.Katsuko let out a sigh, rolling her eyes. "Do all Humans have such weakness to fear, even when it's not their own fear?" She asked, not really thinking about what she was saying; as she spoke she started walking again. Afterwards, she realized that what she said probably wouldn't make any sense to him, but she shrugged it off. Why should she care, after all. Sniffing around for Kaiko's scent, she decided to make small talk; after all, she hadn't done it in a long time it could be fun. "So, who are you, anyway? I mean, who are you really? It's obvious you don't have a real reason to be with that group back there like the rest of us do, and you don't have any prior relationship with them. You certainly don't seem like the type to be there to help, nor the type who'd just hang around a group for no reason other than the fun of it. Is it that little blonde girl that's keeping you here? She doesn't seem to have any real reason to be with the group either, so it would make sense; and you two do seem to have a close bond.... Perhaps... Yes; is she your little sister or something?"Mizuki rolled her eyes at Katsuko's conclusion, forcing herself not to make any noise along with it. It was an annoying conclusion, but she couldn't very well blame anyone for coming to it. She certainly does look young; much younger than she is, in fact. 'Come to think of it, she has a point. I guess everything that happened made us all completely forget about the fact that Raiko was working with Shion...' She was suddenly glad she decided to follow the footsteps she heard, and seriously rethinking recent actions and decisions.Lorelei giggled. "I can't tell you that. You'll have to figure it out for yourself."

The super-powered fighting tournament ended, and both Maia and Kylee did well in it. With that done, Maia decided to start looking for the group again. She didn't really have to use her tracking power again to know that Mizuki's property was the best place to look; after all, they did end up in that town. In the time from when the tournament ended and now, Kylee, Katerina, and herself had gone through the broken gate that serves as the entrance to Mizuki's property, and walked a little ways in. Now, the three were encroaching on where Kaiko, Starlight, and Ghostclaw were at.Kylee put her hand on her sword as she heard the sound of animals sleeping in the area. Upon looking around, she managed to spot a girl in a tree, though she could only see a bit of the girl's side, as the rest of her was blocked by trees. She stopped walking immediately, and whispered, "Wait."

Raiko blushes a bit, but as fast as it came, it disappeared. "I stayed to try to get help to save my littler sister." He finally admitted. "She's little, about three. She is showing signs of having a strong power, she's smart, smarter than any of us. She has an IQ of 300 and its still getting higher." Raiko paused as he took a breath. 'Best way to earn trust is honesty.' he thought bitterly, not pleased that he had to relive his sisters capture. "Unlike you, it was me and my sister. I raised her when our mother left us a few days after Mikoto, my sister, was born. Then Shion found us and helped, but when I found out what she was doing, she took my sister so I wouldn't leave and go to cops. Which is why I'm sorry I have to do this." After saying that, Raiko used his power to cut off Katsuko's senses, hoping it worked. "She said she'd let my sister and I go if I captured all of you. I'm sorry, but my family comes first.Aaleah giggled at the look on Jayden's face. "We should get going though. We really need to save Kaiko."(At library, will finish this later.)

Katsuko stopped and looked at Raiko curiously when he initially apologized. She gasped as she noticed the almost invisible black mist, but it was too late for her to be able to do anything to protect herself. She closed her eyes and prepared for the worst. Mizuki stopped her hover-board when she heard Raiko apologize for having to do something. She stood up, still on her hover-board, as she listened to figure out what he was doing. Hearing that he needed to get one of the twins for Shion, she figured out that he was probably using his power that didn't work on her.
Mizuki maneuvered her hover-board so that it'd go around the trees and end up near Katsuko, she jumped off of it mid-way, tackling Katsuko. The mist seemed to part in a bubble around Mizuki as she flew through the air. She landed on Katsuko with a thud as they both hit the ground. Holding Katsuko protectively, she asked, "Are you alright, kid?" Immediately after Katsuko's hesitant response, she continued, "Good. Stay close; I'm assuming he doesn't have a way to reverse it if he manages to cut off your senses." She smirked.
Mizuki groaned a bit as she got up, subsequently helping Katsuko get up to stand next to her. She slyly pointed her other hand towards her hover-board, which is still hidden behind the trees near them. She gave it directions to get her gadgets from the mansion, as she had just fixed it to have auto-pilot. Simultaneously, she glared toward Raiko with her blind eyes, though they were unseen due to the shadows of the forest and her bangs covering her eyes. "It's about time we started restraining you again." Without waiting for a response, she shook her head, and let out a sigh. "Then again, perhaps that's not necessary."
Mizuki tilted her head up, there was no longer a shadow over her eyes caused by her bangs, and the way her face truly looks, you know, when she's not demonized, could be seen. She looked at Raiko with disappointment((exactly the same as in the picture to the right, hair included)). "Why didn't you just tell me- I mean, us; why didn't you just tell us? We could've helped." She paused, then, deciding to just say what she actually meant, she let out a puff of air before she continued, "I could've helped, Raiko."((I figured I'd respond to the first thing since you're busy and I'm desperate for RP razz Also I just figured I should remind you about the original reason Raiko said he came to the group because of. click))

 Katerina froze behind Kylee and Maia quietly. She held her breath for some unknown reason as she stopped, before exhaling loudly and asking "Why are we stopping? Did we find the others?" Still being new, Katerina still wasn't used to being quiet unless she knew why. Looking for their group should have made them want to be loud, not quiet. Raiko's sholders slumped in defeat. "Really? You could have helped?" he said sharply as he looked at the ground, bangs casting shadows over his eyes. "Shion has eyes and ears everywhere, I can lose my sister because you know!" He yelled glaring at the blind girl, upset she couldn't see his anger "I can't risk my sisters life, I just need to take one of them to her and we can disappear like nothing happened, my family will be safe!" Finally dropping to the ground, exhausted from life in general, he said quietly, almost to where it was unheard, "She's all I have, and I let her down. So what now Mizuki? Do you let me go to save whats precious to me or do you capture me and tell the others? Because I will do what I have to for my sister..." he trailed off waiting for an answer.
"Seriously Lori, as much as I wouldn't like this....cavity inducing, hallmark moment to continue, we have stuff we have to do." Aaleah said, grabbing the back of her older brothers shirt and tugging it, as if it would somehow release Jayden.
Suddenly realizing they should be helping his crush find her sister, Jayden struggled back for Lorelei. "Oh, yeah! Leah is right, we have to find Kaiko before something bad happens."
Shion listened carefully next to the giant cage as Raiko told he neice what happened. "Oh my, looks like little Raiko failed. What a shame, I actually thought he would pull this off.
From inside the cage came a little voice, though the speaker wasn't able to be seen due to the darkness that surrounded them "I told you the probability of success without some one finding out was less than one percent. To get away from such a large group with another would not be possible unless there was a means to get away."
"Hmm." Shion said without any conviction in her tone as she listened, wondering what her dear niece would do. A smirk played at the edge of her lips. "The game just got exciting. We don't have much time, tell me child, how do I get the children to the hill in time for the ritual. This information could very well be your saving grace, so best not lie."
The child sat quietly and pondered her next course of action. Her choice will have a very big impact. What to do what to do...

Mizuki let out a sigh. She spoke just before Katsuko got the chance, "Not everywhere." She put her hand in the air, and thought of the place she used to go when she was younger. This place was impossible to get to unless you were small enough to fit through the small hole in the ground, so Shion most likely didn't know about it. She attempted to teleport the three of them to that place. Should she be successful, they'd all appear in a cave, littered with toys and apprentice-level technological inventions, the latter of the two indicating they're Mizuki's. She hadn't been to the cave since she lost her eyesight, so all the stuff that was there then is still there. Most of the stuff looks organized and neat, except for a bunch near the entrance, that seem to have been knocked over.
Mizuki seemed to look around a bit, even though she can't see. "Looks like Shion still hasn't found this place."Katsuko opened her mouth to speak, but was cut off by Mizuki. Once she was teleported, she looked around. She wondered where they were. She shook her head, and looked at Raiko [assuming he was teleported too]. She took a step forward as she started speaking, "I'll help you" She stated, looking completely serious, "She has my sister, too. She's probably not going to let your sister go after she gets one of us, anyways. It's better to give her someone who can get both themselves and your sister out."Masato found his reason to get out of the conversation when Mizuki stopped using her technopathy power over the hover-board, and it landed on the edge of the cliff. He walked over to it. "This is Mizuki's hover-board..." He stated, wondering why it would suddenly land here.Lorelei nodded. "Yeah. It looks like Katsuko and Raiko went on without us, we sho-" She stopped, cut off in a way by hearing Masato. "What?!" She exclaimed, turning around to look at the hover-board. It is one of Mizuki's. Her eyes widened. "She wouldn't leave something like that lying around unless something happened." She stated, not having noticed that Mizuki went off.Kyumia stood up, concerned. "She went off following Raiko and Katsuko on that board. If something happened to her, something happened to the dragon girl, too."Kylee looked at Katerina, then looked at where she saw the girl, indicating that she should look in that direction. She didn't say anything, though.((I don't feel like writing Kaiko's part after all this, so, yeah razz ))

Raiko sighed. He felt a tug from the teleportation, but could care less. "It doesn't matter. There is a chance Shion knows that someone else knows. Besides, she has kept her word in the past so why wouldn't she now?" He asked as he glared at Katsuko. "If you have any idea's on what to do, now would be a good time to say something or I'll just go back and see what else I can do to free my sister." Raiko stood up and looked around the space, calculating if he grabbed some of it if Shion would accept it and let him and his sister go.Jayden looked at Kyumia alarmed, "What are we waiting for then, lets go."Aaleah closed her eyes to see if she could see their dots, like she did before. Since she hasn't trained it, she didn't know what she was looking for. All she could see was a lot off dots off in the distance, but they were so small and weak, she didn't look into it."Yuzuki had just gotten into telling the twins a bit about their people when she heard the dragon girl was gone. "We need to plan, and put the drama aside for all of us. There are two children missing now, we need to be more attentive." she said grabbing her brothers' shoulders, but dropped her hand as she felt Sora shrug her off.Akira frowned, he looked around at the older ones but stayed silent. He frowned as he saw Sora go to Jayden when no one was supposedly looking to whisper something in his ear.

Mizuki sighed at Raiko, shaking her head. "I'm the only one who knows about this place." She muttered. Not caring to respond to him, she turned and started walking towards the exit, only to trip over one of her things. Thud! She caught herself before her head hit the hard ground. She let out a huff, blowing some of the hair out of her face. Shrugging it off, she crawled to the small opening in the ground. She could only poked her head through a little, so she was kept hidden by the small grass. She listened to the wind, and the voices it carried.Katsuko blinked at Mizuki's reaction. She notes how she seems different now than she had been before; more disconnected. She shook her head and looked at Raiko. "Take me like you intended to. From what you said about your sister, she's valuable to Shion tactically. She'll probably make you come back so you can try to steer the group to where she wants them to go. It's the only tactical option left since she can't use Mizuki, and none of the others are going to help her. Do whatever she says to do next. I'll take care of the rest. Thieving is one of my super powers." She explained her plan, confident in Mizuki's deduction that Shion doesn't know about this place, for whatever reason.Kaiko looked over towards where she heard Katerina. She used her power detection to determine their powers. She noted that she probably knew two of them due to their powers, but she didn't want to take any chance. She moved so she was blocking the two dogs from the trio's sight.Maia, knowing Katerina's loudness most likely gave them away, pointed further up the barely-there path, towards the mansion. "The others are this way." She stated.Masato picked up the hover-board and examined it, seeming to not be paying attention to the matter at hand.Kyumia nodded. She spread out her wings, and flapped them slowly. She twinged, then let out a sigh. "Even though they're healed they still need time..." She muttered, disappointed. She shook her head. "How do you propose we find them?"Lorelei shrugs. "I honestly have no idea. This is a big place, they could be nearby and we still might not find them."

Raiko sat quietly for a while and thought about what they said. "Your right." he muttered. "Please, help me make a plan to get my sister back. I will take you, but only if we have a plan to get you out.... I was going to have you grab my sister and run...and watch over her if I didn't make it out. But, if either of you have a better idea."he trailed off slowly."I guess splitting up is out of the question then?" Aaleah asked as she looked towards the nearby woods.

"Definitely out of the question." Lorelei responded immediately. "If Mizuki went with them, then she'll figure out a way to get a message to us... I think.""Katsuko definitely went off to find her sister, right? Mizuki just wants to stop her family from getting what they want at this point, so that's why she went with them. But why'd Raiko go? What's his motivation?" Masato chimed in, speaking as though he knows something. He looks at the group with an expression that says be careful what you say, but somehow it seems his gaze is more focused on the twins. Was he hinting at something?Kyumia inspected Masato's face carefully. "Why are you helping us? You're right up there with Shion on the wanted list; there's no way you'd make a mistake this bad. Come to think of it, you already knew about Mizuki's demon side when you got those wounds..." She started thinking aloud by the time she was done speaking.Mizuki comes back into the hole. "They're already looking for us. Did Masato know about Shion having your sister?"Katsuko takes the time to think up a plan.

Raiko was silent for a few moments, he was going over the people he remembers seeing when he would visit his sister or get an Assignment from Shion. "I-I don't know," he sighed "I never really focused on who was there when I would visit my sister and for assignment pick up I didn't always speak with Shion, only if it was a top-secret type mission. The rest of the time I'd pick up the scroll she left in our "Mail-Box" that explained who or what she wanted and by when. Add in the fact I wasn't social and that a lot of people hated me because I had brought them there by order of Shion, I wasn't that popular." He trailed off "Anyway, if he was close to Shion, you have a 5% chance he knew, and that's a lot. Shion likes to keep schemes to herself. Its all need to know, and because of leverage she has over all of her "employees" no one dares ask questions." Raiko explained with an uncommitted shrug as he told Mizuki the dynamics of how Shion works.  Yuzuki frowned at what Kyumia was insinuating, with a slight glare and sharp tone, she replied before Masato or anyone else could say a word "I don't like what you are insinuating little girl. So he worked for Shion, but coming from such a prestigious group as the Paladins," She sneered the name in a taunting tone "Then I'm sure you understand how not everything is as it seems. Then again, seeing how questionable some of your members are and how quickly they turn at the drop of a dime, its no surprise to mt how you think Masato is part of something devious. Maybe your pointing out a self flaw?" she taunted in a nasty tone, angered for Masato, even if he wasn't upset by the accusation.
Jayden looked on in disbelief at his older sister/mother figure in disbelief "So you want us to sit here waiting for a letter or signal that may or may not come? Really Lore!? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard! All we're doing is giving Shion more time to do who knows what with Kaiko and now probably Katsuko and Mizuki and you want to WAIT!?" He yells throwing his hands up.
Seeing her brothers reaction, Aaleah grabbed Jayden's hand "Excuse us for a sec." She smiled brightly at Lorelei and dragged Jayden away "You go talk with all the, uh, old people, I mean OLDER people. AKIRA, SORA COME HERE!" she shouts over the arguing and talking "I NEED YOUR HELP OVER HERE!" Akira and Sora look at each other and then at the teens around them, Shrugging they race across the large yard towards Jayden and Aaleah. They were close enough to still be in eye sight of the others, but far enough where they couldn't be heard. "Whats up?" they ask simultaneously as they got closer to the other two, wondering what was so important. Aaleah smiled so large, it looked like her face would crack in half. Looking around to make sure no one was near her and waiting for all the teens to be busy talking to each other, Aaleah whispered "We need to make our own plan. We can't keep waiting for them to decide what to do and their plans do suck. We need to go save Kaiko and Katsuko. We can't wait and we can't be sitting ducks until Shion decides to nab one of us again. We need to plan and go and here's what I'm thinking." Whispering her idea to the three boys, they all nodded, smiles forming on their face as well. If timed right, this could work.

Suddenly, it donned on Katsuko. "Ah!" She smacks a fist on her open hand, smiling with realization. She takes another moment to think over if it would work, then looks at Mizuki and Raiko. "Knowing them, they're probably thinking up a plan without us, but since they don't have all the information, it's not going to go over well." She stops and looks at Mizuki. "Whether or not Masato knows about it would be helpful to know, but it's up to you to narrow down the odds on that. You know both of them the best." She then continues with the plan. "Whether or not he knows, he would be useful. He's smart, calm, thinks ahead. Best of all, he probably knows the most of Shion's plan out of all of us. And if he really was just working with Shion for that elf girl friend of his, then he probably snooped a round a bit, too. He has information we need, but we can't get it out in the open. That brings me to the plan. I think I can contact the other twins without making a sound; maybe once we're all together we can find a way to contact Kaiko."Mizuki thinks it over, then nods. "Shion didn't even know who Masato was until yesterday. She likely didn't have any dirt on him, so they were probably more partners than anything. Especially considering that they were both wanted." She tilts her head a little. "Hurry up and contact them before they run off on their own."Katsuko nodded. She took a deep breath, and closed her eyes to focus. 'Hello?' She thought loudly. 'Can you guys hear me?'Masato seemed wholly uninterested in the conversation in front of him. He focused his gaze on the twins. 'Seems they forgot about their little ability already. How... typical.' He thought. Though it would be very hard to actually notice, considering they're all in the same direction, he was more focusing on Sora & Akira than Jayden & Aaleah.Kyumia sighed. She stretched her wings out to check how they feel. She murmurs, "Why's she so ready to defend him..? He's right up there with Shion on the most wanted list, which means he's done horrible things..." She sighed again, then looked up. She jumped up and started flying in the air. She used her power over air to fly this time, and not her wings. She looked around the area, then looked back at one spot. She squinted. "That light...."((Sorry I didn't respond earlier; I hadn't checked gaia in a while xP))

Aaleah had just finished relaying her brilliant, in her opinion, plan to get away from the teens when she suddenly heard a voice in her head. 'Hello? Can you guys hear me' "Woah, talk about going crazy, anyone else hearing voices?" she asked hoping to not seem crazy. Getting affirmative nods, she sighed in relief. "I say we go with the plan, waiting here seems like a bad idea. We just can't be caught and it looks like big guy is staring pretty hard at you two.""Shouldn't we worry about the voice maybe its Kaiko or Katsuko." he pointed out. Yeah he wanted to take action, but running off seemed like a risk. All he got was an eye roll from his sister."Look, even if two stay and two go thats fine. Akira and I can leave and you two stay. I can make clones and you can change the appearance. It wont be for long, just long enough for us to get away. What so you say?" She watched as the 3 boys thought it over, their window of opportunity was closing and they needed to go if they were taking action. "Remember, the longer we wait, the less likely we will succeed, the more Shion gets to hurt Kaiko and possibly Katsuko." she pointed out. ((Sorry at work, had more planned but this was all I could do on lunch.))
