Yup. Like in the games, Sunny Day lasts for 5 turns, and allows Solarbeam to be used without charging.
The only move like that that doesn't work like in the games is Rain Dance/Thunder combo, since we don't have accuracy built into our rp system, so thunder hits 100% of the time without Rain Dance.

I can't find where it tells you how to do the dice rolls for wild pokemon. Can someone point me in the right direction?

The first post of every thread tells you which Pokemon appear and at what levels. The dice roll is to determine the Pokemon and it's level. And if you don't know how to access the dice rol feature, when you make a post, right under your color/size/alignment options are the Post Style/Post Action features. Click the Post Action and select Dice Roll from the drop down menu. Then you just choose the number of sides you want the dice to have and enter the number of that dice to roll.
For this thread, you only need one at a time. The mods are the only ones who ever need to worry abouot rolling multiple dice most of the time.

Ok, I'm getting a little frustrated here. Now I can't find out where it tells me what to roll for damage.

You don't roll for damage. The number next to your Pokemon's attacks is how much damage the move does.

WE check every thread with new posts in it as frequently as we can in order to offer the best possible experience we can to you guys. If you're in a hurry, you can send one of us a PM when we're online and we'll try to help you if we're not too busy though.
And you get a Train Id number after you get 100 posts.

Is it possible to start over with a new starter Pokemon because I don't want to have a Cyndaquil anymore?

((Hope you don't mind me answering a question. XD I'm not a mod.))
Yeah, a few people have started over before. However, you don't keep any Pokemon you've already captured, experience, or gym badges. Pretty much everything starts over as if your old stats never existed. You can have your character start over again at one of the labs, requesting a starter.
