And if you really want to go to the grand line, be more aggressive >:3 I imagine the grand line would open up once we meet canon standards of pirates who usually make it there.
100m bounties are a good start, since I heard that's how most of the powerful characters are measured to "survive" their first "dip" in the grand line. 100m was considered weak in the grand line, but strong outside in the blue seas.
exclaim So begin attacking and harassing more government type facilities and stuff to get your bounty up.
