In my opinion, we should bulldoze the whole city.
Then again, I live in rich, middle-of-nowhere Hartland.
Used to live in Wuakesha before that.

Kichiro Oda Sierra. An accent would be a deviation from the standard pronunciation of the words. We don't have that.

accent

3. the usage or vocabulary that is characteristic of a specific group of people
There is no STANDARD. There is no NORMAL because every region and person speaks differently. It's partially to do with geographical location and weather conditions as well as heritage, culture, physicality...
