Origin of the Dragoon - Stage 1Diverse, Divine, Deadly Background History
Long ago there was a clan of shinobi who were said to be one of the most powerful ones around. They were warriors call Dragoons who fought alongside of dragons whenever war broke out. But in time of peaces they live together in a civilize matter, which lasted till another fight broke out among themselves. The east and the west, which had different rules and guideline to live by but never has such a war, broke out before. In the end only one side live to tell the tale and that were the eastern dragoon warriors and dragons. Though the war cost many lives and on top of the dragons, which led to the death of dragons and they were said to never be seen alongside humans again.
Current Time
After the war and the Dragoons learn to live without dragons and still function as a clan, but never did they forget the ways of dragons. Now a new generation had came fought, children who pose birthmarks the shape of a dragon in various spots of their body. This allows elders to foretell what kind of life one would live, and if on the path of evil they would try to correct them. If not then the soon to be Dragoons were killed in order to protect the way of the clan. Orderly enough beside the past clan techniques these new born pose a Doujutsu call the Helix. It has always been custom for a Dragoon Warrior to use weaponry such as a lance or a spear, due to their accuracy and high procession. Though some tend to want to use other weapons outside the custom no disrespect intended of course. Something elders did not see to ever come to the chakra is their chakra type, their chakra I has a dark tint to it, no matter what natural colour is however this discovery was found out ten year later. Though one of the most untold skills to overcome across the new generation was the fact each Dragoon Warrior had their own inner dragon. Nevertheless these inner dragons were asleep and happen to pose great strengths and weakness to be discovered later on.
Chakra Type & Effect
Users of this clan have a medium high amount of chakra, but the truth of it all is it’s toxic. An unknown toxic agent hides within their bloodline stream and chakra, to the point if one would try extracting some they would fail. Yet it is poisonous and would eat through anything like acid which tries to hold it. Test tubes, bugs, chakra extracting jutsu, and so on would fail. Consuming the chakra would mean you your self are poison and your body will break down from the inside leaving nothing but mush. To live you would need a blood sample from the person who blood or chakra it was consume from. If not you have ten post to live before dying.
Inner Dragon - Birthmark
Since dragons have died off the world as they knew it, the dragons left a gift among the clan to keep the traditions alive. This may have been how the new generation gains their Doujutsu, and their Chakra Type. But yes an inner dragoon is nonetheless a sleeping dragon inside one’s body. To true extension of its power is not really known but it is said that the inner dragon takes over the body temporary. In suck matter of waking up for a few posts in order to save your life. In stage one this skill cannot really be control, only happen now and then or to save our life.
You can find your own image of your inner dragon and when awaken your dragon can have one ability and must be approved by Von, Silk, or a VC. Side note, Inner Dragon can pose a element which is where the user gain a third element from.
Doujutsu - Helix
The Helix is a Doujutsu which gives a dragoon golden eyes and alternate visions. One is able to tell with the Doujutsu is in affect by “eyeshine” a visible effect of the tapetum lucidum. When a light is shone into the eye of an animal having a tapetum lucidum, the pupil appears to glow. Eyeshine can be seen in many animals, in nature and in flash photographs. Alternate visions include: 
• Thermal Vision - This vision allows a Dragoon Warrior to detect heat, which comes in handy when an opponent is hiding among the environment. Can also break down the difference and chakra type, due to the chemical signature they give off. Could allow one to break out of a genjutsu, considering you could not hide the heat of your body unless the environment is just as warm as you are.
• Night Vision - is the ability to see in a dark environment. Whether by biological or technological means, night vision is made possible by a combination of two approaches: sufficient spectral range, and sufficient intensity range. Humans have poor night vision compared to many animals, in part because the human eye lacks a tapetum lucidum.
Rules
• Must be of Taijutsu, Advance Taijutsu, or Weapon Class (Clan is basically physically fit)
• Inner Dragon can awaken at random moment in a fight, but in a death situation its eve more likely.
• Dragon Jutsu requires no hand seals, summoning is done the same though.
• Must have a birthmark of a dragon somewhere on your body.
• Inner dragon ability must be approve.
• Amount of chakra is mid high.
• Cannot have a demon, or summoning.
• May be given a cure seal increasing amount of chakra to high.
• Must train to discover and develop skills.
• Cannot withstand any poisons, cannot be poisoned by your own poison.
• Inner Dragon can awaken to break you out of a genjutsu, if Doujutsu fails.
• Doujutsu drains little chakra slowly.
• Eye site is that of 20/10 and be sure to use the Doujutsu correct.
• Techniques are non elemental to that of the kyuubi, not as strong of course just a reference. If that doesn't help think nuclear blast.
• To stop a technique one would have to dodge very well, match the jutsu power and even over power it rank wise.

Dragon Breath

Jutsu Type: Kekke Genkai // Ninjutsu
Elemental Affinity: Non Elemental
This jutsu simply comes from within, as the user takes in a big breath to just let out a poisonous mist out. The mist does not seem harmful at first but in seconds the foe will begin to break down form the inside, till the point their body just shuts down. On top of that their body will deteriorate into nothing, just breaking down step by step.
Dragon Roar

Range: Far (0m ~ 15m)
Jutsu Type: Kekke Genkai // Ninjutsu
Elemental Affinity: Non Elemental
The user lets out a great roar able to blow anything in its way aside including people. The roar is very wide as in length and width so simply stepping to the left or right won’t work, especially if the foe is up close in person. This move can prove top be useful on the biggest of foe as in summons.
Dragon Skin

Jutsu Type: Kekke Genkai // Taijutsu
Elemental Affinity: Non Elemental
This jutsu allows the user skin to become as strong as steel, giving the upper hand against hand held weapons and projectiles. This move however cannot save you from Ninjutsu or elemental attacks.
Dragon Safeguard

Jutsu Type: Kekke Genkai // Ninjutsu
Elemental Affinity: User Three Elements
This would be considering one of the best techniques to have on your side. Allowing the user to summon three eastern elemental dragons and each bear a different element of your own, the dragons will simply rotate around your body and can be use in various ways. Such as: the safe the user from an income projectile or elemental move, to block a taijutsu hit, and so on. The dragons are not big and do not have minds of their own, this jutsu is control by the one who has summon them to the field. Though like scapegoat one should use them wisely, they can't take heavy damage without disappearing on the user. (Think in term of Mario cart with the 3 red shells that rotate around the car. They can be launch, or held their as a shield for incoming objects. The size of the dragons is the same size as your rpc so to speak.)
Aero Flare

Elemental Affinity: Non Elemental
Deals non-elemental magic damage which ignores defence and evasion, which can be dealt by the mouth or hand. The blast is similar to that of a cero blast from bleach, but different as in not so vast but big enough. (Idea didn't come from Bleach so don't get the wrong idea, just a reference.)
Divine Impact

This jutsu is more of a taijutsu move which can be done by hands or feet. Just a matter of focusing chakra into the part of the body it will be use and releasing it. By releasing it chakra will swirl around the body part, coating it for protection in a way one could deal great damage and cause serious injuries to a foe.

This move send the battle into an alternate dimension were dragons are set to live, similar to a genjutsu but not really. In this world an epic battle can be held, as it more of a dark beach environment. The waves are crashing wildly upon the earth and the ground itself seems to be as if many have died upon it. Little does the foe knows he has to win within ten post of a divine ruler will claim the match, of course to the one of the home land. (Rule does not apply if ones are of bloodline are fighting each other.) The simple hint is that the clouds are dark and blanket the sky, hiding the truth from the foe. In other terms a divine dragon is watching from above and is ready to attack all out from above. He will show no mercy and will go all out before one would know by simply releasing a non element attack, similar to that of the nine tail kyuubi chakra blast. Six pillars of light will surround the foe, but are also part of the attack and if hit you dead just like that. It would be smart to remain in the middle and wait for the final move, as mega blast from above will shoot down upon the foe killing them in seconds. The radius of this attack is very wide so dodging is hard to do but there is a way, either won or..................

Inner Dragon Overdrive "Manifest"

This technique is one of a kind as each dragoon has an inner dragon, though in stage one it is not use so much. Just when trap in a corner they will show up in a way the user would never guess, but simply emerging from within. In other word it would appear a hologram of a dragon is surrounding the user, mocking every single move they make. But the truth of this technique is this image of a dragon is very much real and controlling the users body. The overall performance has now been boost to double of what it normally is, sure enough to kill a foe if use right. Though this technique has its limits, it only last 8 full turns and can be use once a day. On top of that the user will not be aware of when it happens and movement is very much out of rage, due to the fact the inner dragon is sleeping.
Cyber Proto Dragon "Summon"

This dragon is able to create non elemental spikes upon its scales as it’s very on special technique, not to mention the cyber dragon can use the dragon techniques.

In more depth this dragon is like the size of a car but a tad longer, movement is gone like a snake across the ground. This dragon has been equip with a charge particle chakra gun within the end of its tail, capable crushing barriers in second and long range assists. Shots are similar to that of a ray gun and very concentrated and focus providing not much width.

This dragon is created by merging two cyber dragons together "Proto, Barrier, and Laser". The size of this dragon has been increase and on top of that fire power, not to mention the pervious trait of the individual dragons carry over technique wise. The Cyber Twin Dragon now has two of the three user elements at hand now; sadly the dragons fuse only last 8 turns before dividing once again. Added abilities now include flight which a normal cyber dragon could not perform.
Cyber End Dragon "Fusion"

Elemental Affinity: All Three Of The User Elements
When all Cyber dragons come together "Proto, Laser, and Barrier" the form the Cyber End Dragon. Now triple the size and power able to handle a boss summoning surely with three heads among one body. Able to take flight and cause massive damage within seconds, this summon fusion is quiet deadly. Cyber End Dragon carries three elements other then pure chakra now, and has all of the individual techniques so taking him done will be hassle. This dragon however can remain only on the field for 6 full turns before dividing apart once again.
