Nyx: Lud pours you a tankard and hands it to you. "Careful," he says. "Strong stuff, ye know!"
Sand-Claw: "I can agree to that!" Lyriana says. "The more the merrier!" "Aye!" Lud says. "No argument here," Talc says. "Let us be off, then," Gunat says.
Layla: Lyriana nods. "My team is okay with that," she says. "And it seems like you and two of yours are. What of the others?"

"Whatever, if we're going then let's go" Willow seemed to have had a sudden mood swing, letting go of the womans hand she had walked a few feet from the rest and remained facing away from them as she spoke.

"That's why I asked for it." I reply.
"I don't care. Whatever. As long as we can go home sooner rather than later." I say.

I had actually blushed out of embarrassment and nervousness at Layla's, Xiao's and the bird's first impression of the story, but (thankfully) before I could even attempt to deal with that people were talking about leaving and combining to make a team. I shrug and sigh my relief as this subject change comes about. I didn't mind the whole team thing anymore, as long as no one really bugged me. I make note of Willow's reaction though. She still bothered me with her willingness to separate so easily...

Everyone:When Willow lets go of Lyriana's hand, Lyriana's vulpine ears perk up as her face displays shock. A second later, her ears are drooping in sadness. "Dinnae see tha' one comin'," Lud says. "Let's go, guys," Lyriana says. DAY TWO, PART TWO Everyone:You head west over the mountain, across a bit of flatland, and head north through a swamp. In the swamp, everyone carefully walks around the muddy waters, until Lyriana (the one leading the party) stops upon seeing a poisonous snake in the path. Immediately, everyone crashes into each other. In the resulting chaos, Layla, Xiao, Nyx, and Apollo are thrown from the path and into the muddy waters. Layla forces herself to the surface with a significant amount of vigor, displaying quite the excitement at actually getting dirty outside of battle. Xiao, who is most unhappy with this turn of events due to her feline nature, just mutters and crawls out of the water on all fours before shaking herself, trying to get the mud off her body and fur (she is mostly unsuccessful). Apollo appears to be unfazed, though he does comment that it would take a significant amount of magic to clean his robes (which he proceeded to do, giving up after a couple failed attempts). Nyx hisses quite violently upon hitting the muddy water, and is much more vehement about her feline dislike of water, particularly when it ruins her fur and weighs her down. Nyx does, however, utter a sarcastic comment about the mud covering Layla's nude body to be a better look than without the mud. After Layla finally gets ready to get out of the water, Sand-Claw jumps in and asks who wants to play a round of mud-slinging. Everyone immediately declines, except Layla and Lud. After about five minutes of mud-slinging, Talc declares Sand-Claw the winner by default: she knocked Layla over with a large amount of mud, and nearly drowned Lud with an even LARGER amount of mud. After being in the swamp for half an hour, you all finally leave it and find yourself the next town, a place called Linwald. Here, Lyriana explains that Red Army soldiers are very unwelcome and have been pretty good about staying away, but have been known to try mass-murder raids. With little success, usually resulting in the mass-murder of their own unit at the hands of the entire town. The town appears to have the basics, some of which was missing from Nayk: merchant, armor smith, blacksmith, Mage's Guild, inn, and tavern. It is about three-thirty in the afternoon on the second day of your time in the game. You have spent approximately thirty-two hours in the game.

Having been the only person not covered in mud, as she had been walking a little behind the group on silence with her head down. She simply read a book up till now, folding the page she scanned the area, sniffing out any blood, but mostly just looking for a pub of some sort. She still hadn't said a word.

"The tavern is always a good place to look for information, we should start there," I say, and brush some of the mud off me now that it should be starting to dry it should be easier to get off. Barkeeps hate it when people get their floors dirty.

As we walk into the town, I make sure to keep a close eye on Willow while I start flicking off little bits of mud that had splattered on me from the earlier mud brawl that had occurred. I also mutter something about a bunch of pigs rolling in mud and children...

Willow: There does not appear to be any spilled blood in the area. The tavern seems to be in the back part of the town.
Sand-Claw: The mud does, in fact, come off pretty easy. However, some of it may require a little strutting your stuff to shake off, seeing as it's pretty hard for you to reach that far back.
Leina: The mud isn't as bothersome for your dress and skin as it is for Sand-Claw's scales, but that is mostly because it is already dried and there wasn't much to begin with, as compared to Sand-Claw's feral half being mostly covered in it.

As I finish flicking the little bit of mud that had gotten on me, I look about at the town in contemplation of what to do. Food sounds good... Then maybe get some things to prepare for whatever this challenge is... I step forward and towards where I'm pretty sure the tavern is...they have food usually, right?

Willow makes her way to the tavern, looking around for any book shops or library type building along the way.

I brush myself as clean as possible, fiddling around with my wings to get the dirt off them. "Oh my, a mudbath is proper spa treatment, the wilderness knows how to treat it's guests! Wonder if it'll make my skin soft..." I say, feeling my arm to try and find out.

Leina & Willow: The tavern is pretty basic: a bunch of tables and chairs, and a bar that goes along most of the back wall. You can see the door to the kitchens on the east side of the room. There appears to be a bartender and two waitresses. Willow does not notice any library-like buildings, or bookshops, in town.
Layla: "I don't like it," Xiao says. "It's disgusting!" You get most of the dirt off, but you'll need a bath in clean water (or have Apollo use a water spell on you) in order to get it all off, especially from your wings.
Sand-Claw: After shaking your whole body for several seconds, you're about as clean as you can get without a bath in clean water.

"Oh, says the girl who prefers to sleep outside!" I say, giving Xiao a playful nudge. "Is there anything we need from here? Do we even know where we're going..." I ask. I then seek out the nearest bath house in town. I don't want to spend too long, but it couldn't hurt to get a little clean. I already started fabricating a story if anyone asks about current state.
