Co-Ownership Agreement for Typhoid
Kailey Koreco has the following rights ::
- Signature rights
- A basket from each of the breedings
- Full IC Rp, and shared OOC Rp rights
- All breeding rights, does not need Paynes Gray's permission
- All lifemating rights, does not need Paynes Gray's permission
Paynes Gray has the following rights ::
- Signature rights
- A basket from at least one breeding should there be three baskets. Should none of his breedings produce three baskets, this will be discussed/decided privately between the two of us.
- Shared OOC Rp rights

I, Rabid, am co-owning Cadius with Retro Coffee. Rabid's Rights Signature display Full basket rights to two breedings of my choice First choice of Basket for the first two breedings. The right to rp him every so often. I'd like my name to remain on the tag for life. Retro Coffee Rights Tepee display Signature Display Full basket rights to the remaining breeding (the one rabid declines) Main IC and OOC roleplay rights Terms In the event of life-altering decisions, such as skinwalkering or lifemating, consent of Rabid-white-Mongoose is required. If consent is not given, full ownership will revert back to Rabid. Rabid-white-Mongoose's permission is only required in the instance of a lifemating and breeding. If, at any time, Retro Coffee disappears from Gaia for a period of four months or longer, and Rabid-white-Mongoose is not able to contact her, full ownership will revert to Rabid. Retro Coffee may not pass on her co-ownership to another person, but she may give up her co-ownership at any time if she chooses. Rabid may break the co-ownership at any time, for any reason, if she chooses. Retro Coffee's consent is not required in the event that Rabid feels it is necessary to break the co-ownership.

Summer Raven's rights:
~ Signature rights

~ Right to have a say on who Laures breeds with
phoenix_resurgam's rights:

~ Full IC RP rights
~ OOC RP rights
~ Right to pick who Laures breeds with and/or lifemating decisions
~ All other rights that have to deal with long-term plots or events of the sort
Breeding rights:
~1st breeding: phoenix_resurgam and the owner of the mare will have the rights to both of the baskets to do with what they wish. In the event of a third basket, they will both have full say in what happens to it, Summer Raven does not.
~2nd breeding: Summer Raven and the owner of the mare have the right to obtain a basket and do with it what they'd like. In the event of a third basket, all three of us shall discuss what happens to it.
~3rd breeding: phoenix_resurgam and the owner of the mare have all the rights to keep or do with the baskets as they please. In the event of a third basket, Summer Raven would only get the basket if she does not already have two couples in the raffle. If she does, and they were to get a slot, she would not get a basket.
Both Summer Raven and phoenix_resurgam reserve the right to obtain full ownership of Laures if the other person disappears from Gaia for longer than six months.
~1st Breeding: Summer Raven and the mare's owner will have rights to this breeding, Dawns will not.
~2nd & 3rd Breeding: Dawns_aura (formally phoenix_resurgam) and the mare's owner will have rights to both of these breedings, Summer Raven will not.

Co-ownership Agreement between Lonewolf_Eyes and LadyFireFox89
-- Lonewolf_Eyes and Ladyfirefox89 both have RP Rights, as long as RPs are known to each other.
-- LadyFireFox89 gets sole ownership of a basket from this soquili's second breeding, unless she chooses to co-own it with someone
-- Breeding and other important decisions (such as naming and plots) are subject to Ladyfirefox89's approval. Should Ladyfirefox89 not reply in two weeks, the decision is solely Lonewolf_Eyes'.
-- Should I not hear from Ladyfirefox89, or should Ladyfirefox89 not log on, for the period of 1 month, this co-ownership agreement is void and the pet will solely be Lonewolf_Eyes'
