Okay, it's been a ******** MONTH, and I've had a grand total of 1 entry in my writing contest. And it couldn't even meet the minimum of 500 words, or use the subjects instructed in the contest. Am I doing something wrong, here? Oh, and this is contest, for anyone curious:

I think a lot of it is advertising and how well known you are. rolleyes It blows, but good luck.

What you really want to say: "You have to blow A LOT of people before you can get a reasonable amount of coverage" (or simply promise to show pictures of people blowing each other..)

Oh man, that was awesome. In other news, I'm gonna pick up God of War II tomorrow, and I plan to enjoy every gore soaked moment. Anyone else got to try it yet?

I haven't, though I saw 300 and have to say that it's one of the top-three manliest movies of all time. All men present would grow a beard the morning after, and women's ovaries would hang outside their bodies, that's how manly it is.
As for auctions, I think I need more fame to make one, so I'm making avy art for a few friends of mine who are a bit famous in the Music Forum and GD. Maybe I'll get some clients then.

I didn't think it was manly, just gory.
It confused me, though, that Xerxes was prettier than any of the women in the movie.
On a different note, the first guy I ever had a crush on might be coming to the same college as me.

I liked 300, but it seemed to be missing some depth as it covered a very short period of time which left little room for character development. I was annoyed about the previews saying it was going to redefine the way film was done while comparing it to the Matrix. Yeah, not really.

The book's always better than the movie*or in this case, the graphic novel*

chidugi ...I grew a beard after watching it... There you go. Manliness galore. Another manly movie I recommend: Orgazmo, a Trey Parker film The opening song called "Now You're A Man" by D.V.D.A., Trey's band, goes: Hey! What makes a man? Is it the power in his hands? Is it his quest for glory? Give it all you got To fight to the top So we can know your story Now you're a man (man) A man, man, man Now you're a man (man) A manny, manny, man A man, man, man (man) You are now a man You're a man Now you're a man Live it, live it What makes a man? Is it the woman in his arms? Just 'cause she has big titties Or is the way He fights everyday? No, it's probably the titties Now you're a man (man) A man, man, man Now you're a man-man (man) Man-man, man, man-man Now you're a man (man) M-A-N, man, man Man-man, man Now you're man
